Cinnabon Is Leaving Singapore: Its Last Store at ION Orchard Serves Its Final Bon on 22 September 2026
Cinnabon announced on Instagram on 8 September 2026 that its ION Orchard store, #B4-61, will serve its last Bon on 22 September 2026, closing its chapter in Singapore. ION is the brand's only remaining outlet here, so this is a full exit rather than one shop shutting: Raffles City opened in February 2023 and Jewel Changi Airport in June 2024, and both have already gone. There is no closing-down sale. The post simply asks people to come back one more time, and the ovens run to the last day, with islandwide delivery still on through cinnabon.sg and Grab. Here is what is closing, the prices on Cinnabon's own order page as at 9 September, the delivery fine print that catches people out, and how many days you have left.

8 Best Bicycle Shops in Singapore 2026: Live Prices and Where Each One Is Cheapest
Every bike-shop roundup in Singapore lists the same shops and none of them lists a price, so we priced all eight off their own online stores on 9 September 2026. The cheapest new bike on this page is $69 (MOBOT's ROYALE Puggi kids balance bike, down from $399) and the cheapest adult bike is $249 (Cannasia's Twitter Elvis Pro, down from $499). The deepest live cut on a current-model bike is Tay Junction's 47% off a Giant Trance X 2, $2,499 against $4,700, one of 129 products sitting in its sale collection. Two findings matter more than the numbers: Coast Cycles, a Singapore brand headquartered in Siglap, sells in US dollars only, so its $1,439 Quinn is not a Singapore-dollar price; and Treknology3, the Trek dealer, publishes no prices anywhere on its own website, while its sister store Speedon5 quietly lists a Trek Marlin 5 at $749 against $999.

Seorae Jib 10th Anniversary: the $59 Jeju Pork Platter Is a 2-Pax Price, and After 5pm You Have to Buy a BBQ Set Too
Seorae Jib put its 10th Anniversary promotions live on 8 September 2026, headlined by a Premium Jeju Pork Platter at $59 against a stated U.P. of $100. Every write-up going around today quotes the $59 and the 41% without the two lines printed on the brand's own poster: the platter is 420g and the price is FOR 2 PAX, and the $59 only runs until 5pm, after which you must also buy a BBQ Set to get it. Prices are ++, so $59 is $70.74 once 10% service charge and 9% GST go on, or $35.37 a head. We read the anniversary menu PDF too, and the $118 10th Anniversary Set (760g, 2-3 pax, six meats plus a jjigae) is actually 10.5% dearer per gram than the Jeju platter, so the cheap way in is the platter before 5pm. The best-value item on the promotions page is neither: the 100 Knife Cuts Kkot BBQ Lunch Set for 2 is $29.90 against a U.P. of $60.70, a 50.7% cut and about $17.93 a head all-in. Five outlets, no end date published.

SUSHIRO x Pokémon Singapore: The Keychains and Card Cases Are Free With the Dish, and the Cheapest Way In Is $2.90++ (10 Sep to 22 Oct 2026)
SUSHIRO Singapore and Pokémon announced a 43-day campaign on 8 September, running 10 September to 22 October 2026 across all 22 outlets, and the part worth understanding is the mechanic rather than the merchandise list. Four of the five collectibles are not sold at all. They come attached to a specific dish, so the price of the merchandise is the price of the plate: a food pick rides on the $2.90++ Salmon Ball with Salmon Roe, a sticker on the $6.90++ Honey Yuzu Lemon Parfait, a keychain on the $15.90++ Bluefin Tuna and Fresh Salmon Roll Platter, and the card case with lanyard on the $19.90++ Toro Platter 5 Ways. The fifth, a Pokémon Sports Towel at $13.90+, is the only one you actually buy, and it is also the only one where you get to choose the design. Everything else is random per order, which is what makes a full set expensive: four keychains cost $76.26 nett with perfect luck and closer to $159 with average luck. Here is the full lineup for both waves, the towel's $20 dine-in gate, and the cheapest single order that gets a child something to take home.

Elijah Pies Opens Its Joo Chiat Flagship on 12 Sept 2026: Souffle Pie S$18, Pizza Pies From S$22, and Pies for Dogs
Elijah Pies, the homegrown pie brand that began in 2014 with a single Nutella pie, opens its second dine-in cafe and biggest space yet at 72 Joo Chiat Place on Saturday 12 September 2026. It is a heritage shophouse with 60 seats, a private room and a pet-friendly outdoor corner, and the menu that comes with it is the real news: Elijah's Souffle Pie at S$18 is dine-in only and cannot be delivered, a Kaya Toffee Pie joins the regular menu at S$9, and a new six-inch "Pizza Pie" series on a 27-layer croissant crust runs S$22 to S$24. Dogs get a S$9 pie by Petissier and a free cookie, young children get free babyccinos and cheese crisps. The catch: opening hours have not been published anywhere. As of 8 September the brand's own website has no Joo Chiat page at all, and it contradicts itself on the Tanjong Pagar hours, so call before you plan a weeknight visit there.

Burger King Singapore Puts Dragon Ball Super on the King Jr. Meal: 6 Figures, But One New Character a Week From 7 Sep to 12 Oct, Not the Random Draw the Deal Blogs Copied From America
Burger King Singapore has put Dragon Ball Super on the King Jr. Meal from 7 September 2026, and the schedule on its own campaign banner is the part everyone else got wrong. There are six figures, but they do not all land at once: BK Singapore is releasing one character a week over six weeks. Goku from 7 Sep, Vegeta from 14 Sep, Piccolo from 21 Sep, Super Saiyan Blue Goku from 28 Sep, Super Saiyan Blue Vegeta from 5 Oct, and Beerus from 12 Oct. The deal write-ups published on 7 September describe a random draw of all six, which is the American campaign that launched in the US and Canada on 1 September with a gacha mechanic and an adult Power Up Pack. Singapore is a staggered release, so if you want Beerus, going in September will not get you Beerus. The mechanic BK does print in full is one figure per King Jr. Meal while stocks last. What it does not publish is almost everything else: no King Jr. Meal price anywhere on its own site, no campaign end date, no participating-outlet list, and no wording making the figures app-exclusive. A full set is six King Jr. Meals bought across six separate weeks.

Seoul Yummy Closes for Good on 22 Oct 2026: Its Last Outlet, 18% Off Army Stew, and the Line You Have to Say
Seoul Yummy is being retired. The homegrown Korean chain, founded in 2008 and widely credited with popularising army stew here, will close its last remaining outlet at Kallang Wave Mall on 22 October 2026, and Gratify Group has confirmed it is sunsetting the brand rather than relocating it. Until that day the restaurant is running 18% off its signature Korean army stew to mark 18 years, which takes the $43.80 Daebak, Cheesy Odeng and Jja Jang pots to $35.92 and the $44.80 Spicy Seafood pot to $36.74. The catch is the mechanic: there is no code and no voucher, and the discount only applies if you say "I will miss Seoul Yummy" to a staff member. The offer is described as covering the signature army stew, which on the brand's own menu is a different section from the $14.80 to $16.80 Mini Army Stew, so ask before you order rather than at the till.

Pizza Hut All-You-Can-Eat Buffet Is Back, 10 to 27 Sep 2026: $19.95++ Dine-In, But the Eat-In Stores Are $2.17 Cheaper for the Same Food
Pizza Hut Singapore's 90-minute all-you-can-eat buffet returns for 12 days, every Thursday to Sunday from 10 to 27 September 2026, 11am to 10pm with last seating at 8:30pm. Every repost quotes the headline $19.95++ and stops there. The campaign's own key-details table splits the six outlets into three Dine-In stores and three Eat-In stores, and prices them on two different bases: the Dine-In three are quoted ++, the Eat-In three are quoted inclusive of GST. Run the arithmetic and the base price is identical, $19.95 on Thursday and Friday, $22.95 on Saturday and Sunday. The difference is the service charge, which the Eat-In stores do not charge. A weekday adult pays about $23.92 at Compass One, Tiong Bahru Plaza or Bukit Panjang Plaza, and a flat $21.75 at Heartbeat@Bedok, Wisteria Mall or Buangkok Square, for the same six pizzas and the same free-flow soft drinks. Two adults and two children on a Saturday save $7.90. The trade-off nobody prints: the Eat-In menu has no French Fries and swaps the sauteed pastas for baked ones.

Popeyes Late Night Crunch: Supper Sets From $8.90, 10pm to 2am Daily (From 7 Sep 2026)
Popeyes Singapore announced Late Night Crunch on its own Facebook page today: three supper sets from $8.90, starting tonight, 7 September 2026, at 10pm. The campaign poster carries the one detail every repost has dropped, a daily window of 10PM TO 2AM, not simply "from 10pm". The Late Night Supper Set is $8.90 for a Hainanese Fragrant Rice Kick Bowl and a regular drink, the Late Night Mac Attack Set is $8.90 for a Mac Attack Bowl and a regular drink, and the Late Night Supper Box is $9.90 for a D'Lite Chicken Sandwich, one piece of Signature Chicken and a regular drink. On Popeyes' own delivery store the Hainanese Fragrant Rice Kick Bowl is $12.50 and the Mac Attack Bowl is $12.90 by themselves, so both $8.90 sets land below the bowl alone with the drink thrown in. No end date is published. The catch is not the price, it is the clock. We read all 26 outlets off Popeyes Singapore's own locations page: only 14 of them stay open through the full 10pm to 2am window, four close at 10.30pm and so catch 30 minutes of it, and five (FairPrice Hub, IMM, Marina Square, NTU and Kallang Wave Mall) shut before or exactly when the offer starts, which means a wasted trip.

Xin Cuisine 1-for-1 Mooncakes to 21 Sep 2026: $42 a Box at Holiday Inn Atrium, but the Two Signature Boxes Get 15%, Not the 30% on the Banner
Xin Cuisine, the Cantonese restaurant on Level 4 of Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium, is running two mooncake offers at the same time until 21 September 2026, and its own pages never say which one to take. One is a flat 30% off. The other is 1-for-1, where the listed price buys two boxes, and that is worth about 50%. We put both versions of the same box through the checkout to settle it: the 1-for-1 listing stays at its full listed price with no discount applied, while the single-box listing drops from $92 to $64.40 under a line called \"Snowskin and Traditional Mooncake Discount [30% OFF]\". They are alternatives, not layers, and the 1-for-1 wins on all ten flavours that have one. The cheapest way in is a six-piece mini snowskin box at $84 for two boxes, or $42 a box and $7 a piece. The catch nobody has written up: the two Signature Series boxes, the Mini Baked Egg Custard with Yolk and the Teochew Yam Paste with Single Yolk, get no 1-for-1 at all, and the discount the cart actually applies to them is 15%, not the 30% on the collection banner and not the 20% printed on their own product pages. Order by 21 September, allow three days, and collect by 24 September, which is the day before Mid-Autumn.

KFC's Curry Twister Breakfast Meal Drops to $5.50 for One Week, But Only Before 10.45am
KFC Singapore is putting its Curry Twister Value Meal at $5.50 from 7 to 13 September, down from a usual $6.80. That is a saving of $1.30, or about 19%, on a set that pairs the curry-sauced Twister wrap with a hash brown and a coffee. The gate is what most listings skip. KFC's own poster limits the price to breakfast hours at selected outlets while stocks last, and KFC's help desk puts the breakfast order cut-off at 10.45am, which makes this a deal you have to be awake for. There is a second wrinkle for anyone planning to order in: KFC's own delivery service only opens at 11am, after breakfast has closed, so the poster points you at GrabFood and foodpanda instead. Worth knowing before you get excited about the number: $5.50 is already KFC's standing all-day price for three other value sets, so this week simply brings breakfast in line with the rest of the menu rather than beating it.

BreadTalk's Breadwinner Bundle: 30 Buns for $59 to 30 September, But the $2.50 Cap Decides Whether You Save Anything
BreadTalk is selling bun packages in its Rewards app until 30 September, and the poster gives the campaign a name the deal listings dropped: the Breadwinner Bundle. Fifteen buns cost $32, thirty cost $59, and both come with a strip of bonus vouchers BreadTalk values at $12.30 and $25.60. The arithmetic underneath is less generous than the headline. The vouchers only work on buns priced $2.50 or below, which sets the package's break-even at $2.13 a bun on the 15-pack and $1.97 on the 30-pack, so on the smaller package a household that buys $2.00 buns ends the month $2 worse off than if it had paid cash. Roughly 40% of the advertised bonus value sits in a single voucher for a 6-inch whole cake. And the three-month clock runs from the day you buy, not from 30 September, which makes the last day of the month the best day to buy.

GYG's $6 Minis Is Back on Sunday 6 September, 10.30am to 11pm: Two Outlets Are Shut on Sundays and Only Four Trade to the Cut-Off
Guzman y Gomez runs $6 Minis on the 6th of every month, and September's falls on Sunday 6 September 2026. GYG has never published the running hours in prose, but its own homepage answers the question anyway: the campaign slide is wrapped in a script that shows it only when the date is the 6th and the clock is between 10.30am and 11pm, which is the tightest window the brand itself will admit to. The banner's fine print adds the part that decides where you go, and it is dine-in and takeaway only, with the GYG app named for pickup. Delivery is out. Then the calendar does its own damage. Because the 6th is a Sunday this month, the two office-district outlets, Mapletree Business City and Ocean Financial Centre, are closed all weekend, so 21 of the 23 restaurants on GYG's own store finder are trading. Of those 21, only four are still open at the 11pm end of the window: Dunearn Village, Orchard Gateway and The Star Vista run to midnight, and VivoCity stops at exactly 11pm. Twelve close at 10pm, three at 10.30pm, and Funan and Our Tampines Hub shut at 9.30pm. The 10.30am start matters too, because most outlets open at 8am for breakfast and none of those first two and a half hours count. GYG does not publish an a la carte Mini price on its own menu page at all; the only Mini price it publishes anywhere is the $9.90 Mini Meal, the Mini plus a side, so $6 is at least $3.90 under the cheapest Mini deal the brand itself prints.

Holiday Inn Atrium's Halal 1-for-1 Buffet Turns Into Wagyu, Snow Crab and Suhaimi Yusof's Picks From 10 Sep to 22 Nov: About $76.74 Nett a Head
Atrium Restaurant's halal 1-for-1 does not stop when the Nyonya buffet closes on 9 September. From 10 September to 22 November 2026 the hotel replaces it with a Wagyu Beef, Seafood and Suhaimi's Buffet built with Suhaimi Yusof, and the 1-for-1 still covers every adult diner, with kids 5 and under free. Dinner is $128++ per adult Monday to Thursday and $138++ Friday to Sunday and public holidays, so two people split one cover: about $64++ each on a weeknight, which is $76.74 nett once the 10% service charge and 9% GST land, and $82.73 at the weekend. Two things the hotel's own offers page does not tell you. The first is that lunch keeps its 1-for-1 too: the restaurant's booking system lists a 1-for-1 International Weekday Lunch Buffet at $99++ and a weekend one at $109++ for the same 10 September to 22 November window, which is $59.35 nett a head and the cheapest way through the door. The second is that the 55% off table-of-five weekday dinner bundle, which beat the 1-for-1 on price all through August, is listed only to 9 September with nothing replacing it. Dinner also costs $9 more than the Nyonya menu it succeeds, and the bamboo lobster on the seafood-on-ice counter is weekends only.

Pepper Lunch Cheesy Omelette Is Back From $16.90 (1 Sep to 2 Nov 2026), and Every One You Order Comes With a Prize Card
The Cheesy Omelette that Pepper Lunch first served in 2012 is back on the Singapore menu from 1 September to 2 November 2026, while stocks last, in three sets that all include a drink: Beef Slices at $16.90, Chicken Steak at $16.90 and Striploin Steak at $20.90. Riding with it is a game called Sizzle. Tear. WIN!, and the rule is simple: one tear-to-reveal card for every Cheesy Omelette ordered, with prizes running from a free Cheesy Omelette to 1-for-1 and 2-for-1 vouchers, sides and ice cream. Here is the part the coverage keeps burying. The campaign does not run to 2 November. The poster prints two shorter dates: cards are only handed out from 1 September to 18 October, and whatever you win has to be redeemed by 31 October. The free dish is also narrower than it sounds, because the printed terms limit it to a Beef Slices or Chicken Steak Cheesy Omelette on your next dine-in visit, so the $20.90 striploin is not on the table and you cannot claim it on the same meal that produced the card.

Sushidan Opens at Parkway Parade on 5 September: Omakase-Style Sets From $19.90++, and 30g of Hokkaido Uni for $18.80++ Instead of $38.80++ Till 30 Sep
Sushidan, the Tokyo sushi-ya attached to MICHELIN-starred Chef Hiroyuki Sato of Ginza's Hakkoku, opens its second Singapore outlet at Parkway Parade on Friday 5 September 2026, and it lands on the first Friday of the September school holidays. The draw is the price floor: sushi from $1.99++ a piece, sashimi from $2.99++, hand rolls from $3.99++, and omakase-style sets from $19.90++, which is $23.86 once the 10% service charge and 9% GST are on. Riding with the opening is a single dated offer, and it is the biggest number on the page: 30g of premium Hokkaido nama uni served with toasted seaweed, added to any omakase course for $18.80++ instead of $38.80++, from 5 to 30 September 2026. That is $20 off the add-on, a little over half price, and it is exclusive to the Parkway Parade outlet, so the Raffles City flagship does not honour it. Two things decide whether the trip is worth it. The uni is while stocks last and the variety can rotate with the season, and the new outlet seats about 35, roughly half of Raffles City, which is a small room to absorb an opening weekend in a school holiday week.

Popeyes Ultimate Chicken Bucket: 4pc Signature Chicken for $12 (U.P. $19.60, 38% Off), 3 to 20 Sep 2026, But Popeyes' Own Wednesday Bucket Sells Four Pieces for $10
Popeyes Singapore announced its Ultimate Chicken Bucket on its own Facebook page on 2 September: four pieces of Signature Chicken for $12 against a usual $19.60, a 38% cut worth $7.60, running 3 to 20 September 2026. That works out at $3 a piece instead of $4.90. The fine print along the bottom of the brand's poster is short and strict: dine-in and takeaway only, excluding Changi Airport T1, so delivery and the app are out; no choosing of chicken parts; each bucket comes in one fixed flavour, classic or spicy, with no mixing; not valid in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts or privileges; while stocks last. That last line is what decides your fortnight. Popeyes' own offers page still lists Louisiana Chicken Wednesday, a 4pc bucket at $10 every Wednesday from 11am to 10pm, and inside this run that falls on Wednesday 9 and Wednesday 16 September. On those two days the 38%-off promotion costs $2 more than simply walking in, for the same four pieces. Two Mondays are awkward as well: Buttermilk Tenders Monday puts a 7pc Tenders Bucket at $10.90 on 7 and 14 September, cheaper and three pieces longer, though boneless. And the run's last day, Sunday 20 September, is the first day of Popeyes Week, when $3 more buys the $15 Bucket Set with 4pc Signature Chicken, 3pc Buttermilk Tenders and a large drink. On the other 13 days of the run, the $12 bucket is the cheapest bone-in chicken Popeyes has on the board.

Sakura Chicken Launches at 22 Giant Stores, 3 to 16 Sep 2026: $3.10 Drumsticks, Plus a yuu Points Draw That Runs to 30 Sep
Kee Song's premium Sakura Chicken line goes on sale at 22 named Giant stores from 3 to 16 September 2026, and Giant's own flyer prices four cuts: Sakura Chicken Breast 350g at 2 for $11.50 (was $12.80), Sakura Chicken Cut 12 Portion 1kg at $13.90 (was $14.50), Sakura Chicken Drumsticks 200g at $3.10 (was $3.40) and Sakura Chicken Boneless Legs 350g at 2 for $14.50 (was $16). Two things the deal blogs covering this have not said. First, the biggest percentage cut is not the best value: the breast bundle takes 10% off but works out at $16.43 a kilo, while the Cut 12 Portion takes only 4% off and is the cheapest thing on the flyer at $13.90 a kilo. Second, Giant's own flyer carries a $100,000 yuu Points lucky draw on a $30 Sakura Chicken spend that runs to 30 September, two weeks past the price promo, and the write-ups have replaced it with a launch-day thermal bag that Giant's flyer does not mention at all. One item is also cheaper direct: Kee Song's own shop sells the same Cut 12 Portion 1kg at $13.20, 70 cents under Giant's special offer.

GYG's $3 Brekkie Burrito Is Back on Thursday 3 September, Until 10.30am Only: 3 of the 18 Listed Outlets Do Not Open in Time
Guzman y Gomez runs its $3 Brekkie Burrito on the 3rd of every month, and September's falls on Thursday 3 September 2026. The burrito is $7 on the ordinary menu, so this is $4 off, and it is served from opening until 10.30am at 18 participating restaurants. Here is the part nobody has carried. GYG published that participating list, with opening times, for 3 July, and 3 July 2026 was a Friday. This month the 3rd is a Thursday, and GYG's own store finder shows three of the 18 keeping different Thursday hours: One Holland Village serves breakfast on Fridays, weekends and public holidays only, Northpoint City opens at 10.30am Monday to Thursday, and Dunearn Village opens at 10am Monday to Thursday with no breakfast hours listed at all. Two more timings on that July list have moved: Guoco Tower and Ocean Financial Centre now open 7.30am rather than 7am, and Serene Centre's weekday breakfast starts at 8.30am. There is also a straight contradiction inside GYG's own announcement, which promotes new breakfast service at Suntec City in the body and then excludes Suntec City in the terms.

9 Best Italian Restaurants in Singapore 2026: $22.90 Set Lunches to a One-Star Tasting Menu
Italian is the one cuisine in Singapore where the price gap is enormous and almost nobody explains it. A full set lunch at Peperoni Pizzeria is $22.90. A six-course dinner at one-MICHELIN-star Buona Terra starts at $248++. In between sits the most interesting thing to happen to Italian food here this year: Assaggi, opened in August 2026 on Neil Road by Buona Terra's own Chef Denis Lucchi, serving a tasting menu at $88++ and an express lunch at $58++. We read all nine menus, opening-hour pages and promotion terms off the restaurants' own websites on 2 September 2026, checked PastaMania's halal status against the MUIS register rather than repeating a brand claim, and listed every dated deal we could verify.

Thailand Cuts Visa-Free Stays to 30 Days From 15 September 2026: What It Means for a Singapore Passport
Thailand's Ministry of Interior published four regulations in the Royal Gazette on 31 August 2026, and from Monday 15 September the visa-free stay for a Singapore passport drops from 60 days to 30. The test is the day you are stamped in, not the day you booked: clear immigration by 23:59 on Sunday 14 September and you still get the full 60 days for that trip, and a 60-day stamp already granted is not cut short on the 15th. Singapore sits at position 48 on the new 60-country list. The part almost nobody is reporting is better news: the same regulation caps visa-free land border entries at twice a calendar year, and expressly exempts Malaysia, Brunei, Indonesia and Singapore, so the Hat Yai bus and drive-up crowd is untouched. Below: the exact dates, the before-and-after table, what changed about the stated purpose, the two routes to staying longer and what each costs, why the arrival card is still separate and still free, and one domain that looks like the Thai embassy and is not.

Satay by the Bay Closes From 1 October 2026: You Have One Month Left, and Here Is Where to Eat After
Gardens by the Bay posted the notice on Tuesday 1 September 2026: Satay by the Bay will close from Thursday 1 October 2026, to make way for a refreshed waterfront dining experience as part of the Wetlands by the Bay development. Read plainly, that makes Wednesday 30 September 2026 the last day of trading, so you have four weeks and a bit. Until then nothing changes: the drink stall opens 9am and the food stalls from 11.30am on weekdays, closing 10pm, and the whole place runs 9am to 10.30pm on weekends. What the notice does not say is just as important. There is no word yet on where the stallholders go, whether any of them return to the new waterfront dining spot, or what the replacement will actually be. Wetlands by the Bay itself was announced back in March 2026 as a five-hectare extension of Kingfisher Wetlands with a flagship teamLab museum, and construction only starts in the first quarter of 2027, opening progressively from late 2028. Below: the exact dates, the twelve other places to eat inside Gardens by the Bay with their official hours, the bit of the notice that is easy to misread, and how a satay club from 1940s Beach Road ended up here.

Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tart Goes Buy 1 Free 1 on 2 and 3 September 2026, but Only Two Outlets a Day
Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tart posted its 10th-anniversary offer on its own Facebook page on Tuesday afternoon, 1 September 2026: buy one Original Cheese Tart and get one free, from 12pm onwards, while stocks last. The catch is in the scheduling rather than the discount. The brand's poster splits the promotion across two days and pairs the outlets, so Wednesday 2 September runs at Jurong Point #B1-K2 and Parkway Parade #01-23B only, and Thursday 3 September moves to Changi Airport Terminal 3 #B2-11 and Bugis Junction #B1-K6 only. Turn up at the right shop on the wrong day and there is no offer. Causeway Point, the fifth of the five Singapore outlets the brand lists on its own page, is not in the promotion at all. The offer covers the Original Cheese Tart only, not the salted egg or durian versions, and the brand publishes no price list of its own, so the value of the free tart is whatever that outlet's counter charges. The Changi Airport shop is landside in the public basement, so you do not need a boarding pass to use it there.

Starbucks $12.90 Voucher Pack: 6 Vouchers Worth $25, On Sale 1 to 6 Sep 2026
Starbucks Singapore is selling a six-voucher pack for $12.90 that it values at $25, and it is on sale for six days only, 1 to 6 September 2026. Inside: 2 free Tall drinks, 1 x 1-for-1 Venti drinks, 1 free size upgrade, 1 x $2 off a minimum $10 spend and 1 x 10% off merchandise. The date most reposts get wrong is the second one: 6 September is the last day you can buy the pack, but the vouchers run for 10 days from the date of purchase, so buying on the last day gives you the longest runway. You buy it logged in on the Starbucks Online Store or in the app, and the store gates that category to Starbucks Rewards members, so the account is a hard requirement rather than a nicety. Three of the six vouchers only pay out if you spend first, which leaves the two free Tall drinks as the unconditional value, $6.45 a drink if you use nothing else.

Sentosa 1-for-1 Attractions with Mastercard: 7 Rides and Experiences, Counter Only, Listed Till 30 Nov 2026
Sentosa Development Corporation is running a 1-for-1 offer across seven island attractions for anyone paying with a Mastercard credit or debit card, and its own listing carries a valid-till date of 30 November 2026. The seven: Skypark Sentosa by AJ Hackett (1-for-1 Giant Swing, $69 a person), The Palawan @ Sentosa HyperDrive (1-for-1 on all ticket categories, $41 to $56), Mega Adventure Park (1-for-1 MegaZip, $59 a person online), Madame Tussauds Singapore (1-for-1 Standard Ticket plus Jumanji: Safari Tours 4D Expedition and a Digiphoto), AltitudeX Indoor Skydiving (1-for-1 Teaser package, from $59, usual price $99), Sentosa 4D AdventureLand (1-for-1 on the 4-in-1 Combo) and Scentopia (1-for-1 50ML Perfume Workshop). The catch is in one line of the terms: the promotion is valid only at the participating merchant's counter, so you cannot book it online, and several of these operators price online tickets below their own walk-up rate. Mega Adventure says outright that booking online saves 10% off over-the-counter prices, and Madame Tussauds sells from $29 online against a $34 usual price. Solo, online still wins. In a pair, the counter 1-for-1 wins comfortably, and on the Giant Swing it saves a clean $69.

I'm Kim Korean BBQ's Three September Promos: Students Eat 1-for-1 From $9.53 Nett a Head (1-13 Sep), and the Early Bird Beats the Restaurant's Own 4+1 Group Deal at Every Table of Five
I'm Kim Korean BBQ has posted three separate September offers on Kingdom Food Group's own site, and the aggregators have picked up two of them. The one nobody is writing about is the September Early Bird, $14.90++ at lunch and $21.90++ at dinner, and it runs to 31 October rather than the end of September. Two things fall out of putting all three next to the brand's published buffet rates. First, the Early Bird is cheaper than the 4+1 group deal in every scenario we could build: five adults at a Friday dinner pay $131.29 nett on the Early Bird against $143.40 on 4+1, and even at lunch the Early Bird wins by $1.32. Second, the Early Bird has quietly become dearer and shorter. August's version was $12.90++ at lunch and $20.90++ at dinner with a 90-minute sitting and a full hour of lunch entry; September's is $2 and $1 more, cuts the table to 80 minutes and halves the lunch window to 11.30am to 12pm. The genuinely cheap one is the Student 1-for-1, 1 to 13 September, which covers Teachers' Day and the whole 5 to 13 September school break: two students at lunch pay $15.90++ between them, about $9.53 each nett, against $38.13 for the pair at the normal student rate. All three need a prior online booking with the right code typed into Reservation Notes, all three ask you to follow the restaurant's Facebook or Instagram, and none of them stack. One more thing the calendar throws up: both August offers closed yesterday and the September set opens tomorrow, so Monday 31 August is the single day this month with no I'm Kim promo running at all.

Sushi Express x Tetris Stack Challenge: 10 Plates, 3 Colours, 10% Off the Whole Bill (Running Now, to 28 Sep 2026)
Sushi Express has turned its conveyor belt into a Tetris board, and the reward is 10% off your total bill rather than off the plates. The rules are printed on the brand's own campaign poster and there are four of them: stack 10 plates or more, stack the same colours together, use a minimum of 3 plate colours, and show the stack to the service crew when you ask for the bill. The third rule is the one that costs money. Plate colour at Sushi Express is the price tier, so a table of ten of the cheapest plate does not qualify: you have to spend across at least three tiers before the crew will apply the discount. The 10% then comes off the whole bill, drinks and side dishes included, which is where a chunk of the value sits. Two brands run it and they run it with different plate sets: the Sushi Express poster shows white, black, pale yellow and green, the Sushi Plus poster shows white, blue, black and yellow, so the three colours you need are not the same at both. The group's third format, the takeaway kiosk 争鲜gogo, appears on neither poster. Running alongside it since 27 August is a purchase-with-purchase: spend $30 and you can buy the Tetris Mini Pouch and Tote Set at $10.90 for members, $7.90 plus 1,000 points, or $12.90 if you are not a member. Neither poster carries a date, so here is what the artwork actually says, what the colour rule does to a two-person bill, and where the 24 belt outlets are.

Apple Confirms 'Surprise and Shine' Event on 9 September: That Is 1am Singapore Time on 10 Sep, With iPhone 18 Pro and the Foldable Expected
Apple has officially confirmed its next big keynote: 'Surprise and Shine' happens on Wednesday 9 September 2026 at 10am Pacific Time at Apple Park, which works out to 1am on Thursday 10 September in Singapore. Based on widespread reports, the event is expected to bring the iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone 18 Pro Max and Apple's first foldable iPhone, with the standard iPhone 18 reportedly held back to spring 2027. It is also expected to be the first keynote under new CEO John Ternus. Here is how to watch from Singapore, what usually happens to local preorder timings after an Apple keynote, and how to prepare your trade-in before the rush.

Sheng Siong 4 Days Special (27-30 Aug 2026): 5 Buy-1-Free-1 Lines from $4.95, and Seniors Get No 4% Day
Sheng Siong posted a new 4 Days Special to its own corporate site on 27 August 2026, and the promotion period stamped on the artwork is 27/08/2026 to 30/08/2026, so it closes on Sunday. Five lines carry a straight Buy-1-Free-1 badge: Tasty Bites Japanese Style Gyoza 200g at $4.95 a pack ($2.48 each), Knorr Stock Cubes 120g at $3.38 to $3.83 a box, Tasty Bites Fish Nuggets 400g at $8.95, Dove Body Wash 1L at $9.95 a bottle ($4.98 each) and a Cheval De Feu Languedoc AOP 750ml at $33.80 a bottle, which is $16.90 for appellation-classified French red. The deepest cash saving is Huggies Dry Comfort Pants at $19.80 for 2 against a usual 2 for $33.52, which is $13.72 off. The catch almost nobody carries over: the 4% Seniors Special Discount at the foot of the ad runs Tuesdays and Wednesdays only, and this promotion runs Thursday to Sunday, so it falls on none of the four days. CHAS holders do better, because Thursday 27 August is a Blue day and Friday 28 August an Orange day.

7-Eleven $1 Deals & Must Buy Lobang (26 Aug–8 Sep 2026): 19 Snacks and Drinks at $1, Plus 18 Drinks From $1, and the Same Pokka Bottle Costs $1 or $1.70 Depending Only on Flavour
7-Eleven Singapore restarted its snack-and-drink promotions today, and the brand's own site confirms two separate campaigns running side by side from 26 August to 8 September 2026. The first is $1 Deals: 19 lines at a flat $1, including Pocari Sweat 500ml, Milo Gao, the OREO x BTS mini pouch, Meiji Hello Panda, Milo Nuggets, Nature Valley granola bars and Magnolia milk, with Eurocake cookies and brownies the only 2-for-$1 line on the list (50 cents each, the cheapest thing in the promo). The second is Must Buy Lobang, whose poster states 18 drinks: 6 at $1 and 12 from $1.20 to $1.70. Read them together and one thing jumps out. Pokka's 500ml bottles appear on both posters, so Ice Mango Tea and Zero Passion Fruit Tea cost $1 while Jasmine Green Tea, Ice Lemon Tea and Ice Peach Tea cost $1.70, a 70% gap on the same brand and the same bottle size, decided purely by flavour. The catch is the same on both posters: selected stores only, availability varies by store, while stocks last. 7-Eleven links a Full Range Store List for the $1 promotion, and it runs to 278 addresses.

Swensen's Mochi-Snowskin Ice Cream Mooncakes 2026: The 15% Early Bird Ends 13 Sep, Then Drops to 10% — But It's Citi Cards In-Store Only, and Picking Your Own 4 Flavours Costs $7.50 MORE Than the Preset Sets
Swensen's mochi-snowskin ice cream mooncakes are back for Mid-Autumn 2026 in eight flavours — Mao Shan Wang, Sticky Chewy Chocolate, Cookies 'N' Cream, Durian King (D24), Sticky Chewy Chocolate Zer0, the new Dubai Cookie (pistachio ice cream with kataifi), Strawberry Mochi and Oriental Beauty Oolong. The early bird everyone is passing around is a Citi card offer, and its own terms are specific: 15% off from 10 August to 13 September 2026, then 10% off from 14 to 25 September, valid at all Swensen's and Earle Swensen's outlets EXCEPT Swensen's Unlimited, for in-store purchases only, and not combinable with any other promotion, voucher or discount on the same bill or table. That in-store rule is the catch, because the convenient way to buy — pre-ordering on Swensen's eStore with a collection outlet and date — is exactly where the bank discount does not apply; the eStore's own product pages say so. And on the eStore the prices are a trap of their own: the Moonlit and Signature four-piece sets are $52.50, Full Eclipse $54, Twilight $55 — but Create Your Own (Pick 4 Flavors) is $60, the same as the all-Mao Shan Wang New Moon Set, so choosing your own four costs $7.50 more than letting Swensen's choose. Two more things: Swensen's second, older mooncake page is still live and still advertises last year's Pistachio Kunafa and Chempedak flavours that you cannot order in 2026, and the DBS and SAFRA Swensen's mooncake pages still surfacing in search are dead — one redirects with an error flag, the other returns a 404.

LUXASIA's Beauty Festival Runs Fri–Sat in Its Own Tai Seng Carpark With Up to 89% Off 65 Brands — But the 10am Friday “Priority Hour” Is a DBS/POSB Cardmembers Preview Capped at the First 200, and LUXASIA's Own Form Says Registering Does NOT Guarantee Entry
LUXASIA, the prestige beauty distributor behind La Prairie, SK-II, Guerlain, Diptyque, Creed and Olaplex in this region, is running its Beauty Festival on Friday 28 and Saturday 29 August 2026 — up to 89% off across 65 beauty brands, in the Level 1 carpark of 12 Tai Seng Street, which its own contact page confirms is the LUXASIA Building, its Singapore headquarters. Free entry: Friday 11am–8pm, Saturday 10am–6pm. Two things the reposts get wrong or leave out. The 10am–11am Friday slot being passed around as general “priority access” is on LUXASIA's own page a DBS/POSB cardmembers early preview, limited to the first 200 registrants, and its form states plainly that submitting it does not guarantee a slot — only guests who receive a confirmation email are guaranteed entry. And the two money offers stack in exactly one place: the S$20 off needs a S$250 single receipt on a DBS Live Fresh or POSB Everyday Card (one redemption per card), while the gift worth up to S$450 needs S$300, so a single S$300 receipt takes both and a S$250 one takes only the discount. LUXASIA publishes no brand list for the sale. And this is NOT the Mega Beauty Festival at Singapore Expo, which ended on 23 August.

Meatsmith Is Giving Away 101 Free Cheeseburgers on Thu 27 Aug — but the Free One Is the $12 MSX Single Off the Xpress Menu, Not the $28 Wagyu, and Telok Ayer's Kitchen Shuts at 3pm
Meatsmith has just been ranked No. 50 on the World's 101 Best Burgers list for 2026 — the only Singapore entry inside the global Top 50 — and it is marking that by giving away 101 cheeseburgers at its Telok Ayer smokehouse on Thursday 27 August 2026, from 11.30am, walk-in, one per person, takeaway only, until the 101 are gone. Two things almost nobody reposting this has checked. First, which burger. The giveaway item is the MSX Single Cheeseburger — 95g of smoked beef brisket, American cheese, house pickles and burger sauce in a house-made potato bun — and MSX is Meatsmith Xpress, the brand's takeaway arm, where that burger is listed at $12. It does not appear on the dine-in menu at all. The burger most people picture when they read "world top-50" is the $28 Meatsmith Wagyu Cheeseburger, or the $30 Premium Brisket Burger that Meatsmith's own menu flags as its best seller — neither is what is being given away. So this is $12 of free food, 101 times over: about $1,212 in total, not the $2,800-odd a wagyu giveaway would imply. Second, the clock. Meatsmith's own contact page puts its weekday service at 11.30am to 3pm with last order at 2.30pm, then closed until 5.30pm. The giveaway opens at 11.30am and the brand says only "from 11.30am onwards" — but 27 August is a Thursday in the CBD, three minutes from Telok Ayer MRT, and the shutter comes down at 3pm. Treat 11.30am as the deal, not the start of a long window. Bring a colleague, not a plan.

Ya Kun's Far East Square Flagship Reopens Wed 26 Aug With 200 Free Chicken Pies From 3pm — Ahead of the September Its Own Notice Promised, and With No Purchase Needed
Ya Kun Kaya Toast shut its Far East Square flagship for renovation on 16 July 2026, and the notice it posted said in plain type: "Reopening in September." It is not September. Ya Kun's own Grand Reopening Promotion poster, published 20 August, is dated 26 August, 3pm onwards — so the shop the company itself calls its flagship comes back roughly six weeks after going dark and a week ahead of the month it told customers to expect. The reopening gift is the unusual part: a free Classic Comfy Chicken Pie, U.P. $6.80, to the first 200 customers from 3pm, with NO purchase and no minimum spend — Ya Kun's poster says "No Purchase Required" and its caption says "no minimum purchase required", which is rare in a market where almost every F&B freebie is really a purchase-with-purchase. The arithmetic is the catch: 200 pies is about $1,360 of giveaway at a single CBD shopfront at tea time on a Wednesday, in the Telok Ayer office belt, and the poster says "200 PIES GIVEAWAY ONLY" and the caption says "while stocks last". Ya Kun has published the 3pm start but has NOT published what time the outlet opens that day, whether the pie is dine-in or takeaway, or a queue system — so treat 3pm as the only fixed number and get there before it.

Morganfield's 1-for-1 Angus Ribeye — Two 300g Steaks for $42.90++, Which Is What One Normally Costs (21–30 Aug 2026)
Morganfield's has put its Angus Ribeye on 1-for-1 for ten days: two 300g Angus Ribeye steaks for $42.90++, served with French fries and garden salad, from 21 to 30 August 2026 at its Suntec City outlet. The number matters because $42.90 is exactly what Morganfield's charges for ONE Angus Beef Ribeye on its own menu page — so this is a straight 50% off, not a bundle with a markup hidden in it. In real money: $42.90++ works out to about $51.44 nett after the 10% service charge and 9% GST, or $25.72 a head if two of you split it, against $102.87 nett for the same two steaks any other week. The catches are all in the website T&Cs rather than on the poster: dine-in only with no takeaway or delivery, a 60-minute limit per table, no splitting bills or separate receipts, no stacking with other promotions, vouchers or membership privileges, and while stocks last. Note also that the promo plate comes with fries, while the regular à-la-carte ribeye is served with roasted potatoes.

Sheng Siong's New 2-Week Special (21 Aug–3 Sep 2026): $8.95 Softess 20-Roll Tissue and $6.95 Homeniks 3kg Detergent Are Purchase-With-Purchase — And the Whole Fruit & Veg Page Dies a Week Early on 27 Aug
Sheng Siong posted a new 2-week special to its own corporate site on 21 August 2026, and the promotion period printed on the artwork is 21/08/2026 – 03/09/2026. The two headline items are not straight discounts: both sit inside a Purchase-with-Purchase box, and the poster states that every $20 spent entitles you to buy them at the special price — Softess Premium Bathroom Tissue (Safari Edition, 3-ply, 20 rolls x 230 sheets) at $8.95 a bundle against a usual $15.90, and Homeniks Premium Liquid Detergent 3kg at $6.95 a bottle against a usual $12.80. That is $12.80 saved on $28.70 of usual price, roughly the value of the $20 basket you have to build to unlock it. The catch almost nobody carries over from the aggregators: the Fruits & Vegetables page prints its own, shorter window — 21 to 27 August 2026, seven days only — so the $1.99 Yunnan Shine Muscat box, the 48¢/100g Thai longan and the $4.99 South Africa strawberries stop a full week before the rest of the ad. Three Buy-1-Free-1 lines run the full fortnight, and the 4% senior discount printed at the bottom is not daily: it is Tuesdays and Wednesdays only.

Gokoku × JUMBO's Chilli Crab Komeko Pan Ends 30 Aug — $4.50 a Bun Unlocks 10% Off at JUMBO Seafood, Capped at $50; and the Two CBD Outlets Everyone Calls a Bonus Are the Only Ones That Skip Weekends
Gokoku Japanese Bakery's collaboration with JUMBO Seafood — a komeko (Japanese rice-flour) bun filled with chunky crab meat in JUMBO's award-winning chilli crab sauce — runs 22 July to 30 August 2026, so there are 10 days left including today. It is about $4.50 a piece or $8 for two, and the part worth planning around is on the notice Gokoku posts in its own stores: buy the Chilli Crab Komeko Pan and your Gokoku receipt takes 10% off your bill at any JUMBO Seafood restaurant, capped at S$50. That cap is the number nobody prints — 10% stops growing at a $500 bill, so a $4.50 bun is worth up to $50 off a family crab dinner, and above $500 the effective rate starts falling (a $800 bill still gets $50, or 6.25%). The batch timings are being reported backwards, too. Write-ups say buns drop at 12pm and 5pm across all outlets with an extra midday release for downtown office workers; Gokoku's own poster says the opposite — the two CBD outlets are the restricted ones. CapitaSpring gets ONE drop, 12pm, Monday to Friday only. Guoco Tower gets both drops but also Monday to Friday only. The other nine Singapore outlets get 12pm and 5pm daily, weekends included. Because the promo ends on a Sunday, that quietly makes Friday 28 August the real last day at CapitaSpring and Guoco Tower — two days before everyone else. Limited quantities per batch, while stocks last.

ChaPanda's 1-for-1 Soybean Oolong Milk Tea Is On at SIX Outlets, Not Three (20–27 Aug) — $6.50 Buys Two L Cups, $3.25 Each
ChaPanda has put its L-size Oolong Milk Tea with Soybean Cheese Foam (豆乳玉麒麟) on buy-1-get-1-free from Wednesday 20 August to Wednesday 27 August 2026. The brand's own poster prices that cup at $6.50, so two cups cost $6.50 — $3.25 each, a straight 50% off. The detail every repost has got wrong: the deal is being reported as three outlets (SCAPE, Century Square, Clementi), but ChaPanda's own Instagram caption lists SIX — those three plus Ang Mo Kio, Pasir Ris Mall and Paya Lebar Square. What that leaves out matters too: Northpoint, Chinatown Point and the brand-new VivoCity store are not in it, so the outlet that opened two weeks ago is the one you cannot use this at. L size only, and the poster carries a Nutri-Grade C mark at 7% sugar.

Tian Tian Opens Its First Flagship Restaurant at Jewel on 22 Aug With 88 Free Chicken Rice a Day — But the 20% Everyone Is Still Quoting Ended on 17 August, and the Blind Box Needs $30 in One Receipt
Tian Tian Hainanese Chicken Rice — the Maxwell stall Mdm Foo opened in 1986 — has its sixth outlet and first full flagship restaurant at Jewel Changi Airport, and it opens properly on Friday 22 August 2026. On 22 and 23 August it gives away 88 packets of its signature chicken rice a day, takeaway only, while stocks last. Two things almost every write-up gets wrong: the 20% discount being repeated as if it were live was the SOFT-OPENING rate and it ended on 17 August, so you pay full price from here; and the limited-edition plush blind box is a purchase-with-purchase — the brand's own artwork prints $10.80 a box after $30 spent in-store, and a single chicken rice is $11, so one person cannot reach $30 on the signature dish alone. The quiet win nobody has written up: read Tian Tian's own outlets page and Jewel is the ONLY one of the six open daily and past 8pm. Maxwell, Simpang Bedok and Clementi all shut on Mondays, Lucky Plaza shuts Sundays, Bishan shuts Sundays AND Mondays. From 22 August, a Monday plate of Tian Tian — or any plate after 8pm — exists in exactly one place.

Mala Mia's 61% Off at Changi T3 (14–31 Aug) — It Is NOT 'Guess Within 10g', It Is Guess Into the SAME 10g Bracket, So a 1g Miss Can Lose and a 9g Miss Can Win
Mala Mia, the build-your-own mala xiang guo counter that opened at Changi Airport T3 on 14 August 2026, is running an opening game until 31 August: guess your bowl's weight before you pay and get 61% off it. Almost every write-up is calling this 'guess within 10g', which makes it sound like a ±10g tolerance around your guess. That is not what the brand published. Mala Mia's own post sets the rule with an example — a 424g bowl wins on any guess from 420g to 429g — which means the winning window is the fixed 10g bracket the actual weight falls into, not a band centred on you. Guess 419g on that same 424g bowl and you lose by 5g; guess 429g and you win by 5g. The other line people skip: 'Base charge still applies', so the 61% comes off the weighed food, while the base you picked — $1.00 for a stir-fry, $1.50 for the cream mala, $2.50 for any of the collagen or pickled-vegetable soups — is charged in full. And the number you are being asked to estimate is priced at a per-100g rate that Mala Mia does not publish anywhere online. The shop is at B2-49/50 in the public, landside part of T3, so no boarding pass is needed.

Seafood Mania @ Food Capital, Grand Copthorne Waterfront (11 Aug–4 Oct) — the Member Deal Isn't 30% Off, It's DINE FOUR PAY TWO, and It's Weekdays Only
Food Capital at the Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel is running its Seafood Mania buffet from 11 August to 4 October 2026 — snow crab legs, baby lobsters and freshly shucked oysters at dinner, Singapore Chilli Crab and Lobster Thermidor on rotation, plus a lobster served to your table for every two adults. The member offer doing the rounds online is '30% off for MyMillennium members'; that is not what the hotel publishes. Its own offer page lists DINE FOUR, PAY TWO — four adults, two paid — which is a straight 50% off the adult buffet, but only Monday to Friday, only on the adult price, only with advance booking, and never on a public holiday or its eve. Membership is free. Run the numbers and a Monday-to-Thursday dinner lands at about $63.55 nett a head with two lobsters on the table for four; Friday costs about $6 more and hands you four seafood items instead of two, which makes it the best plate-for-dollar night of the week. Weekends are excluded entirely — Saturday dinner is the full $139.08 nett.

Starbucks $1 Second Venti Is Back — 18–20 Aug 2026 (Tue–Thu), 2pm–8pm Only, Rewards Members, 3 Vouchers Each
Starbucks Singapore has brought back its sharpest recurring drink deal: buy two Venti drinks in a single order and the lower-priced one is charged just $1. It runs Tuesday 18 to Thursday 20 August 2026, and only between 2pm and 8pm each day — the morning coffee run does not qualify. It is exclusive to Starbucks Rewards members (free to join via the app), non-transferable, and capped at 3 vouchers per member with one redemption per voucher. The catch that costs people the deal: it must be redeemed in store over the payment counter — Mobile Order & Pay, the Starbucks Online Store and every delivery platform are out — it will not stack with any other promotion or privilege, and the Kaya Toast series and Reserve beverages are excluded. Customisations on the $1 drink are charged on top. Pair two similarly expensive Ventis and you are effectively halving a Frappuccino run; pair a $9 Frappuccino with a cheap brewed coffee and you waste the voucher on the cheap cup.

SUSHIRO Turns 7: Big Cut Bluefin Fatty Tuna $4.9++, Salmon Belly With Ikura $3.9++, Tonkotsu Ramen With Egg $7.7++ — Plus ANA Tickets to Japan in a $30 Scratch-Card Draw (12 Aug – 8 Sep 2026)
SUSHIRO Singapore posted its 7th-anniversary lineup on 17 August, and it is two promotions bolted together. The first is a seven-item menu: Big Cut Bluefin Fatty Tuna at $4.9++, Big Cut Fatty Salmon Belly with Ikura at $3.9++, Fresh Yellowtail and Scallop Sashimi at $7.7++ (U.P. $8.7++), Tonkotsu Ramen with Egg at $7.7++ (U.P. $8.6++), and three plates at $2.3++ — Extra Surf Clam Mayo Salad, Shio Koji Tuna and Chicken Meat Ball (the last two U.P. $2.9++). The second is a lucky draw: spend $30 in a single receipt at any outlet and you get a scratch card, with two pairs of ANA round-trip economy tickets from Singapore to anywhere in Japan as the top prize. Here is the part the banner buries — the campaign dates read 12 Aug to 8 Sep, but the anniversary key visual labels those seven prices 'PART 1 12 AUG – 25 AUG'. The menu you are reading about has nine days left, not three weeks. The draw is the half that runs the full window, and it excludes every delivery platform.

Toys"R"Us Clearance Sale @ Alexandra Retail Centre — 7 Days Only (17–23 Aug 2026), 10am–10pm, LEGO · POP MART · Mighty Jaxx · Bandai — But It Is CASH & NETS ONLY, So Leave the Cards at Home
Toys"R"Us Singapore has taken over the Level 1 Main Atrium at Alexandra Retail Centre for a seven-day clearance sale, and it starts today: 17 to 23 August 2026, 10am to 10pm daily. The brand's own poster names nine labels on the floor — Mighty Jaxx, Hasbro, POP MART, LEGO, YOLOPARK, Crayola, Bandai, KEEPPLAY and Jakks Pacific — plus 'and many more', which is the usual clearance mix of end-of-line stock and last-season boxes. There is one line in Toys"R"Us' own announcement that almost every repost has dropped, and it will ruin your trip if you miss it: payment is by CASH and NETS ONLY. No credit cards, no contactless, no scan-to-pay — this is an atrium pop-up, not a store, so bring notes or make sure your bank card does NETS. The other thing worth knowing before you drive down: Toys"R"Us has not published a single discount percentage for this sale. No 'up to 80% off', no starting price, nothing — the poster sells the brand list and the dates and stops there, so treat the markdowns as unknown until you are standing at the tables. And with POP MART and Mighty Jaxx on the bill, the collectible-flipper crowd will be there at 10am on day one.

Coffee Bean 1-for-1 Chocolate of a Thousand Leaves Sliced Cake — 5 Weekdays Only (17–21 Aug 2026), In-Store While Stocks Last
The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is putting its long-running topseller on buy-one-get-one-free: order a slice of Chocolate of a Thousand Leaves and a second slice comes free, from today Monday 17 August through Friday 21 August 2026 — five weekdays, then it's gone. It's the cocoa-dusted layer cake CBTL has built a following on: alternating chocolate sponge and chocolate cream, crisp against creamy, finished with a matte dusting on top. The catch is that it's in-stores only (no delivery, no app orders), while stocks last, and CBTL's own post says store exclusions apply — so it's worth calling your usual outlet before making a trip. Running alongside it: 50% off the 6-inch whole cake, on a longer 17–30 August window, which needs a pre-order. CBTL hasn't published the slice's a-la-carte price on either post, so check the counter menu when you order.

Popeyes Chicken Mania Bucket: 5pc Signature Chicken for $10.90 (U.P. $24.50, 55% Off) NOW ON, 17–30 Aug — But It Kills Your Wednesday $10 Bucket AND Popeyes Week, Because Nothing Stacks
Popeyes Singapore is putting a 5-piece bucket of its Signature Chicken at $10.90 from Monday 17 to Sunday 30 August 2026, 11am to 10pm — against a usual price of $24.50, that is 55% off and $13.60 back in your pocket, or $2.18 a piece instead of $4.90. It is the cheapest bone-in chicken Popeyes has put on a poster all year, and unlike the Singapore Heartbeat delivery sale that dies today, this one is dine-in and takeaway only — excluding Changi Airport T1 — so no Grab, no foodpanda, no app delivery. Two lines of fine print decide how much you actually get out of it. First, the bucket comes in a SINGLE flavour, Classic or Spicy, with no mixing and no choosing of chicken parts, so a table that is split on spice needs two buckets. Second, and this is the part the reposts skip: the poster says the offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts or privileges — and the 14-day run swallows both of Popeyes' standing deals whole. Popeyes Week (the $15 Bucket Set, 4pc Signature + 3pc Buttermilk Tenders + a large drink, U.P. $30.60) runs 20 to 26 August, entirely inside this window, and Louisiana Chicken Wednesday ($10 for a 4pc bucket) lands on 19 and 26 August. You cannot combine them; you have to pick. On the Wednesdays the maths is blunt — 90 cents more buys you a fifth piece, so Chicken Mania wins on both count and per-piece. During Popeyes Week it depends on whether you want the tenders and the drink, because that is what the extra $4.10 is buying.

Goodwood Park Hotel's SG61 Afternoon Tea: 'The Local Palate' Buffet at $61++ for the Whole of August — Chilli Crab Sliders, Beef Rendang With Prata & Ondeh-Ondeh Cake, But the Saving Is Nearly Double on a Weekend
L'Espresso at Goodwood Park Hotel has rebuilt its English afternoon tea buffet as 'The Local Palate' — a Singapore-flavoured spread of Crispy Soft Shell Crab Sliders with Singapore Chilli Crab Sauce, Beef Rendang with Kaffir Lime Leaves and Toasted Coconut served with Crispy Prata, Butter Chicken Pizza, and a dessert run of Ondeh-Ondeh Cake, Pineapple Financier, Raspberry Rose Bandung Cake and Mango & Gula Melaka Gelato. For the whole of August 2026 the hotel is charging a flat $61 per adult for it, to mark Singapore's 61st birthday. Here is the bit the reposts miss: $61 is a single price replacing TWO different usual prices, so what you actually save depends entirely on which day you book. L'Espresso normally charges $65++ per adult Monday to Thursday and $68++ per adult Friday to Sunday and on public holidays — so the flat $61 saves you $4++ midweek but $7++ at the weekend, which in real money after service charge and GST is $4.80 versus $8.39. The other catch is that $61 is stated per ADULT only: child pricing ($39 Mon–Thu, $40.80 Fri–Sun/PH, for ages 6–11) is untouched by the promotion, so a family table saves on the grown-up seats and nothing on the children's. Weekends also run two separate sittings (12pm–2.30pm and 3pm–5.30pm) against a single 2pm–5.30pm session midweek — and because the promotion ends on Monday 31 August, the last weekend sitting of the whole run is Sunday 30 August.

Sheng Siong's 4 Days Special Ends TOMORROW (Sun 16 Aug): Buy-1-Free-1 Sunsilk, Fruit Tree Juice, Breaded Fish Fillet & Roasted Unagi, Nanox Capsules 56% Off at $38.80 for 4 — Plus $3 Off Eggs AND Rice TODAY With DBS/POSB
Sheng Siong's 4 Days Special runs 13–16 August 2026, which makes this weekend the whole remaining window — it closes on Sunday 16 August. The poster's real value sits in four straight Buy-1-Free-1 lines: Sunsilk shampoo/conditioner 625ml at $11.15 a bottle, Fruit Tree No Sugar Added juice (6 x 250ml) at $4.30 a pack, Tasty Bites Breaded Fish Fillet 350g at $7.95 a box and Jean Fresh Frozen Roasted Unagi 200g at $13.95 a pack — each one effectively half price when you take the free unit. The deepest percentage on the whole flyer is Top Nanox laundry capsules at $38.80 for 4 against a usual 4 for $88.40, a 56% cut worth $49.60, followed by Sprite Mini at $9.95 a carton (U.P. $18.50, 46% off) and the housebrand Tasty Bites Crispy Chicken with Seaweed 1kg at $10.95 (U.P. $17.95). Two things decide whether you actually save: the blanket cap is 3 per product per customer per transaction while stocks last, and the separate DBS/POSB offer that takes $3 off eggs and $3 off rice runs on SATURDAYS only — so it lands today and then not again inside this catalogue. The catch on that one is narrower than it reads: it applies only to Egg For You Fresh Eggs (30s) and Happy Family Fragrant Jasmine Rice (5kg), not to eggs and rice generally. And the 4% senior and CHAS concessions are Tuesday-to-Friday offers, so they cannot be used on either of the two days this sale has left.

Châteraisé Teacher's Day Mix & Match: Any 5 Baked Treats for S$11 (14 Aug – 4 Sep) — $2.20 a Piece, But Schools Celebrate on Thu 3 Sep, Not the Last Day of the Promo
Châteraisé Singapore has opened its Teacher's Day Mix & Match: pick any five selected baked treats and pay S$11 for the lot — $2.20 a piece — from 14 August right through to 4 September 2026, which is Teachers' Day itself. The poster puts three items on the front: the Longevity Ring (their ring-shaped baumkuchen-style bake), the Uji Matcha Bouchée and the Lemon Cake, with a line promising more treats in the selection, so you're building the box at the counter rather than picking a fixed set. The date to watch isn't the one printed on the poster. Teachers' Day 2026 falls on Friday 4 September, and it is a school holiday — MOE schools hold their concerts, class parties and gift-giving on the last school day before it, Thursday 3 September. If the box is going to a teacher at school, the promo's final day is a day too late; buy by Wednesday 2 or Thursday 3 September. The offer runs at Châteraisé's Singapore stores — its own pickup store list currently shows 30 outlets — and the poster prints no per-customer cap, no minimum spend and no outlet exclusions.

Prime Supermarket's 4-Day WOW! Deals (14–17 Aug): 500g Canadian Cherries Drop From $24.95 to $9.95 — Plus Norwegian Salmon at $1.59/100g and an 18-Tub Dehumidifier Carton for $19.90
Prime Supermarket's weekly WOW! Deals run is live and this one is unusually top-heavy: air-flown Canadian cherries, 500g a bag, have been cut from $24.95 to $9.95 — a $15 drop and 60% off, comfortably the deepest markdown across all six of Prime's posters. Underneath it sits the deal most people will scroll past: Prime Choice Dehumidifier at $19.90 a carton (6 x 3 x 720ml) against a usual $35.50, which works out to $1.11 a tub versus $1.98, and unlike the fruit it keeps. The rest is a proper marketing shop — whole Norwegian salmon at $1.59/100g (U.P. $2.59), tiger prawn at $1.59/100g (U.P. $2.39), pork prime rib at $1.50/100g, Australian navel oranges 3 for $4.95, dragonfruit 3 for $3.25, and Prime Choice 2L cooking oil at $4.80. Two things the posters bury: the window is Friday to MONDAY, not the usual Thursday-to-Sunday, so there is a weekday tail after the weekend crowds clear — and none of it applies at Prime Kiosk, which matters because Prime runs both formats under the same logo.

Haidilao's S$29.90 Student Set Is Back for the New Semester (From 13 Aug) — 10 Outlets, Student ID Required, But Mon–Fri It Ends at 5PM and Saturday Is Out Entirely
Haidilao Singapore has brought back its Student Set at S$29.90 for the new semester, live from 13 August 2026 at ten outlets: 313 @ Somerset, IMM, Plaza Singapura, The Seletar Mall, Sun Plaza, Century Square, Wisma Atria, Bugis+, Jurong Point and Northpoint City. All you need is a valid Student ID — no app, no membership, no code. The catch is the clock, and it is stricter than the headline suggests: the set runs Mon–Fri BEFORE 5PM and Sun–Thu AFTER 10PM, which means Friday and Saturday nights are out, Sunday only works as a supper, and Saturday has no window at all — it is the one day of the week you cannot use this. Haidilao's poster prints S$29.90 while its own caption and the deal coverage list it as S$29.90++, so budget about $35.85 nett a head until the outlet confirms. Set items also vary by outlet, and no end date has been announced.

McDonald's Samurai Burger Is Back 20 Aug, 11am — Plus Katsu Chicken Tenders, Kyoho Grape Soft Serve, Strawberry Daifuku Pie and a FREE Samurai IKE! Pop-Up at Bugis Junction (18–30 Aug)
McDonald's Singapore is bringing back the Samurai Burger from 20 August 2026, 11am, and this year it arrives with four new side-kicks. The Samurai Beef and Samurai Chicken Burgers return alongside Seaweed McShaker™ Fries, joined by Tamago Samurai versions of both burgers and three genuinely new items: Katsu Chicken Tenders, a Kyoho Grape Soft Serve (and a Kyoho Grape McFlurry® with OREO® bits) and a Strawberry Daifuku Pie. The campaign artwork puts the Samurai Special Meal — burger, Large Seaweed McShaker™ Fries and a Medium Fuze Green Tea — at $10.15 single and $12.95 double, with the Tamago versions at $11.45. The part most people will miss: the free Samurai IKE! pop-up at McDonald's Bugis Junction runs 18–30 August, which means it opens two days BEFORE the burgers do. Admission is free, it's open 12pm–9pm daily, and there are three Japanese game-show-style games with goodies to win.

MoreYogurt 1-for-1 Yogurt Shakes — Jewel Changi TODAY to 16 Aug, Waterway Point 17–19 Aug (3 Shakes, No Minimum Spend)
MoreYogurt (茉酸奶) — the Chinese fresh-made yogurt drink chain that opened its first Singapore store at Suntec City in January — has just added two more outlets, and it is marking each one with a three-day buy-1-get-1-free run on its three best-selling shakes. Jewel Changi Airport (#B2-234) goes first: TODAY, Friday 14 August, through Sunday 16 August. Waterway Point (#01-63) follows on Monday 17 to Wednesday 19 August. The 1-for-1 covers exactly three drinks, per MoreYogurt's own poster: the Almond Avocado Yogurt Shake (their Top 1 seller), the Original Avocado Yogurt Shake and the Mango Yogurt Shake — reportedly around $8.90, $7.90 and $6.90 respectively, which puts a pair of mangoes at roughly $3.45 a cup. There is no advertised minimum spend and no app to download; the poster's only stated condition is that the discount applies to those three items, with T&Cs applying. Both new stores also carry the Molato (yogurt-meets-gelato, $7.90 in Pistachio Avocado and Mixed Berry), and Jewel gets three Handcrafted Yogurt Oat Bowls exclusive to it, from $9.50.

McDonald's Singapore x Chiikawa Happy Meal — 8 Toys Across 4 Weekly Drops (13 Aug – 10 Sep), New Ones Every Thursday 11am, But It's One Toy Per Happy Meal and Week 1 Is Chiikawa + Furuhonya Only
Chiikawa has taken over the Happy Meal. From today, 13 August, McDonald's Singapore is running an eight-toy Chiikawa collection across four weekly drops that finish on 10 September, and the schedule on McDonald's own campaign artwork is the whole story: new toys land every Thursday at 11am, two designs at a time, and each pair only runs for its own week. Week 1 (13–19 Aug) is Chiikawa as a McDonald's Manager and Furuhonya as McDonald's Crew. Week 2 (20–26 Aug) brings Kurimanju as a McCafé Barista and Hachiware on a McDelivery bike. Week 3 (27 Aug – 2 Sep) is Rakko on McDelivery and Momonga as a Guest Experience Leader. Week 4 (3–10 Sep) closes with Usagi as Crew and Shisa as Manager. Every figure is dressed for a real McDonald's job, which is the joke and the reason this set will move. The catches are the ordinary Happy Meal ones and they bite harder on a licensed drop: one toy per Happy Meal (from about S$5.95, and the price varies by restaurant), it is while stocks last with availability differing restaurant to restaurant, the display toys at the counter are not for sale, and McDonald's reserves the right to swap toys and shift dates without notice. There is also a book route — the Happy Meal Readers 'I Can' series — if the toy you want has already gone.

Kopitiam 'Feast & Celebrate': $6.10 National Day Dishes at 29 Kopitiam & Bagus Outlets Till 31 Aug — Plus FREE Hawker Wars Plushies and Keycap Keychains Every Fri–Sun (Till 13 Sep)
The cheapest National Day deal this month isn't in a mall restaurant — it's in the food court. Kopitiam's 'Feast & Celebrate' campaign runs 1 August to 13 September 2026, and the food half is dead simple: curated local favourites and signature dishes at a flat $6.10 at selected stalls across 29 Kopitiam, Bagus by Kopitiam, Kopitiam Corner and Kopitiam Food Hall outlets — but only until 31 August. Layered on top are weekend 'Spend & Redeem' activations that rove from mall to mall every Friday to Sunday, 12pm–8pm: spend $10 in a day and you get one go on a claw machine stocked with limited-edition Lau Pa Sat x Hawker Wars food plushies (chicken rice, nasi lemak, Hokkien mee, satay), $18 gets you two goes; at the keychain outlets, $12 redeems a build-it-yourself nostalgic mechanical keycap clicker keychain. This weekend (14–16 Aug) the claw machine is at Kopitiam Food Hall @ Parkway Parade and the keychains are at Bagus by Kopitiam @ Causeway Point. There's also a free 'Kopitiam Feast' mini game on the FairPrice Group app paying out Kopitiam eVouchers till 31 Aug. One catch worth knowing before you plan around it: the Coca-Cola x Kopitiam complete 3-box brick set at $38.80 is already marked FULLY REDEEMED.

Tai Cheong Bakery's August Mid-Week Deal — 4 Signature Egg Tarts for $8 (U.P. $9.60), But ONLY on Wednesdays 12, 19 & 26 Aug 2026
Tai Cheong Bakery has put its signature egg tarts on a mid-week clock: a box of 4 for $8 instead of $9.60, at all 11 Singapore outlets, while stocks last. The catch is the calendar — the price only exists on three single days, Wednesday 12, Wednesday 19 and Wednesday 26 August 2026. Walk in on a Thursday and you pay full price. It works out to $2 a tart against the usual $2.40, so you save $1.60 a box, and there is no cap published on how many boxes you can buy — which makes this an office-run deal more than a solo-snack one. Confirmed on Tai Cheong's own Facebook page on 11 August. Worth knowing if you only want one: SG deal sites report a separate Kris+ app voucher putting a single Signature Egg Tart at $0.88 (U.P. $2.40), one per account, redeemable to 31 Aug — check the app's Deals section before you queue.

Tom's Palette Is Closing After 21 Years — Both Bugis and Kovan Outlets Shut in Mid-to-Late October 2026, With an 'Encore Collection' of Returning Flavours Until Then
Tom's Palette, the homemade-gelato shop that has been scooping salted egg yolk, nasi lemak and Hainanese kaya since 2005, announced on 11 August 2026 that it is winding up. Both outlets — 51 Middle Road in Bugis and 212 Hougang Street 21 in Kovan — will close in mid to late October 2026; the brand has not published a final trading day yet. Until then it is running an 'Encore Collection', bringing back its most-requested flavours from a library of roughly 260 across the years, starting with a chocolate-led run (Nasty Mix, Mocha Macadamia Nut and Melt & Sizzle Version 2) from 11 to 20 August. A spokeswoman put the reason plainly: the dessert trade does well for about three hours a day, and that does not cover the other 21. The shop, its 250-plus recipes and the brand are being offered for sale to anyone who wants to keep it going.

Rive Gauche's 33rd Anniversary: Its Signature Guanaja Chocolate Cake (Size 5) Is Just $33.30, U.P. $52 — All Outlets, 19–21 Aug
Rive Gauche, the French patisserie behind one of Singapore's most-loved chocolate cakes, turns 33 this month — and it's marking the occasion with a fittingly-priced treat. From 19 to 21 August 2026, at all outlets, its signature Guanaja Cake in Size 5 drops to $33.30 (U.P. $52), a nod to the 33 years and a saving of about $18.70, or 36% off. The Guanaja is Rive Gauche's icon: layers of Valrhona Guanaja dark chocolate, chocolate glaze, ganache, chocolate sponge and crunchy feuilletine. It's a three-day-only, while-stocks-last deal, so plan your chocolate run.

Coffee Bean Is Doing 2 Choc Cookie Crumble Ice Blended for $10 (11–14 Aug) — $5 a Cup, But It's the SMALL Size Only and It Won't Stack With Anything Else
The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Singapore has put its best-selling Choc Cookie Crumble Ice Blended® on a 2-for-$10 deal from 11 to 14 August 2026 — four days, Tuesday to Friday, working out to $5 a cup. It is the brand's own post, not a repost: Coffee Bean announced it on its official Facebook page on 10 August, framed as "the cure for the post-long-weekend blues". Read the poster carefully, though, because three details decide whether this is actually worth the trip. The price applies to the SML (small) size only, so upsizing takes you straight back to menu price. It runs at participating #CoffeeBeanSG stores while stocks last — Coffee Bean's own wording is "store exclusions and terms apply", and a commenter on the post asking whether it's at all stores hadn't been answered at time of writing. And the poster's fine print says it is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions, offers or discounts, which rules out stacking it on app or card deals. Nutri-Grade C at 8% sugar, per the label on Coffee Bean's own artwork. Two cups is the whole point — this is a bring-a-friend deal, not a solo one.

Artyzen Singapore's National Day Line-Up: a Luxe Singapore Chilli Crab, Boozy Ice Kachang & a Sling-Filled Orchard Staycation (From $330)
For National Day, Artyzen Singapore is reworking local classics with a fine-dining hand. Cafe Quenino's Singapore Chilli Crab uses succulent Indonesian mud crab in a rich, tangy sauce with golden mantou, while the bar NINE at CQ turns ice kachang boozy with a three-drink Alcoholic Ice Kachang Series, including a Singapore Sling-inspired 'Sling on Ice'. For the long weekend, the Singapore Unscripted staycation starts from S$330 per night with an Artyzen Sling, welcome treats, late check-out and dining privileges, and guests staying on 8 or 9 August also get 'The Artyzen Scoop', a complimentary handcrafted ice cream made with the Museum of Ice Cream.

Sushi Plus SG61 All-You-Can-Eat — $61 Nett for 2 Pax, 130+ Varieties, Tuesdays Only (11, 18 & 25 Aug 2026)
Sushi Plus — Sushi Express's sit-down sister brand — has brought back its All-You-Can-Eat for National Day, priced to the SG61 gimmick: $61 nett for 2 pax, with a third diner joining at $35 nett, and a complimentary portion of thick-cut salmon sashimi thrown in. That works out to $30.50 a head nett for two, across over 130 varieties of sushi, mains and sides. The catches are all about timing and geography: it runs on Tuesdays only — 4, 11, 18 and 25 August 2026, and the 4th has already gone — inside a 12pm–6pm window with last entry at 5pm, you get 60 minutes at the table, and it is exclusive to just two outlets, Tampines 1 and 313@Somerset. Sushi Plus's third branch at Bugis Junction is not included. One quirk worth doing the maths on: the 3rd pax at $35 nett actually costs more per head than the first two, so a group of three pays $32 each rather than $30.50.

McDonald's Singapore — National Day McSpicy® Meal at $6.50, $2 Happy Treats and a FREE Iced MILO at the Drive-Thru (Till 19 Aug 2026)
McDonald's Singapore is running three offers at once, and all three are on its own website rather than buried in the app. The headline is the National Day play: the iconic McSpicy® Meal at $6.50, which McDonald's says is available "for a limited time in-store, via Drive-Thru, and on the McDonald's app only" — read that literally, because it rules out McDelivery and the third-party delivery apps, where the same meal stays full price. Running alongside it are the $2 Happy Treats — a Small French Fries, a Vanilla Sundae or an Ice MILO® (Junior) for $2 each, at every restaurant plus the Dessert Kiosks, but only after breakfast hours. And the one almost nobody claims: quote "car decal" at any of the 20 Drive-Thrus with a minimum $10 spend and the Iced MILO® (S) is free — McDonald's own Drive-Thru page dates that one to 19 August. The body copy on the McSpicy page says only "limited time", but the campaign artwork itself carries the numbers: 13–19 AUG, $6.50, U.P. from $8.30 — a $1.80 drop, and the same 19 August closing date as the Drive-Thru offer. Only the $2 Happy Treats have no published end date.

Mom's Touch Opens in Singapore on 14 August — Free LE SSERAFIM Selfie Cut Set With Every Set Meal Upgrade, 100 a Day, 14–19 Aug 2026
Mom's Touch — the Korean chicken-and-burger chain returning to Singapore with FairPrice Group behind it — opens its first outlet on South Bridge Road on 14 August 2026, and the brand has now confirmed the opening promotion on its own Instagram. From 14 to 19 August, every upgrade to a set meal comes with a free Mom's Touch x LE SSERAFIM Selfie Cut Set, and there are three different designs released in pairs of days: Set 1 on 14–15 Aug, Set 2 on 16–17 Aug, Set 3 on 18–19 Aug. The catch is the quota — 100 sets a day, lunch and dinner menu only, maximum two redemptions per transaction. Mom's Touch has also confirmed a Singapore-exclusive Super Thigh Burger with a savoury-sweet black pepper glaze, and is running a follow-and-tag giveaway that closes 16 August 11.59pm.

Burger King's 2 Chicken Fries for $6.10 Is Live Till 16 August 2026 — 39% Off, But It's App-Only and One Redemption Per Transaction
Burger King Singapore has priced a National Day snack deal at the SG61 number everyone is using this month: two portions of Chicken Fries with Smoky Maple Sauce for $6.10, against a usual price of $10 for the pair. That is $3.05 a portion and a 39% saving, and it runs from 7 to 16 August 2026 — a window that outlives most of the SG61 deals that died on National Day weekend. The catch is the channel and the counting. It is a BK App exclusive, which means you open the Chicken Fries reward inside the app and hit 'Use Reward' at the counter; there is no code to type at a kiosk and no way to claim it on a third-party delivery app. It is valid for dine-in and pickup, limited to ONE redemption per transaction, cannot be stacked with any other BK App offer, and is while stocks last. So a group of four wanting four portions is two separate transactions, not one — and if you were planning to pair it with BK's other running SG61 deal, the $6.10 Rendang Burger + Milo on code SG61YAY from 11-16 August, those are two trips or two bills, not one clever basket.

Gyukatsu Kyoto Katsugyu's Grand Opening Lunch Is $18.90 for a Half-and-Half Zen Set (3–31 Aug) — But It's Parkway Parade ONLY, Mon–Thu 11am–4pm, and Public Holidays Are Excluded, So Mon 10 Aug Is Out
Japan's largest gyukatsu chain opened its third Singapore outlet at Parkway Parade in late July, and the grand-opening lunch promo is the cheapest this brand has ever been here: a Sirloin & Yasai Gyukatsu Zen at $18.90 and a Sirloin & Salmon Gyukatsu Zen at $19.90, running 3 to 31 August 2026. For scale, the closest thing on Katsugyu's regular menu is a half-and-half Zen set at $29, and a plain Sirloin Gyukatsu Zen alone is $25 — so $18.90 for a two-cutlet set is roughly 35% under the normal half-and-half price, and it still comes with the personal hot-stone grill and refillable rice and julienne cabbage that every Zen set includes. Three things the reposts leave out. It is Parkway Parade EXCLUSIVE — the Raffles City and One Holland Village outlets are not in it. It is weekday lunch only, Monday to Thursday 11am to 4pm, and the brand's own artwork excludes eves and public holidays, which knocks out Monday 10 August (the holiday in lieu for National Day) — after this weekend there are exactly 12 qualifying lunch sittings left. And the printed price is before charges: Katsugyu's menu states prices are subject to 10% service charge and 9% GST, so $18.90 is about $22.66 nett. Running alongside it since 22 July is a Kids Dine Free deal at the same outlet and the same weekday-lunch window — one free children's set (the Minced Wagyu set lists at $12) for kids 10 and under with every two Zen sets ordered.

luckin coffee Is Running 1-for-1 on ALL Coffee for National Day (7–10 Aug 2026) — App-Only, and the Free Cup Is the Cheaper of the Two
luckin coffee's National Day poster keeps it short: 1 FOR 1, on ALL Coffee, 7–10 Aug — and the only way in is the luckin coffee app. Pick your coffee, tap 'Select another drink' to add a second, and at checkout you pay for the higher-priced cup while the cheaper one comes free. With a Coconut Latte around the $6+ mark, two cups for one price puts a pair of specialty lattes near $3 a head, which is roughly what a kopitiam kopi-o costs. Four things the reposts leave out. First, the poster says ALL Coffee — not all drinks — so the fruit teas and the non-coffee frappes are not the safe assumption, and Luckin's July 1-for-1 was limited to selected coffee categories with the MILO collab drinks carved out; check what the app actually lets you pair before you commit. Second, it does not stack — the deal cannot be combined with vouchers or other in-app promotions, so your $0.99 new-user cup and any coupon in your wallet stay unused this round. Third, availability varies by store, which Luckin prints on its own artwork, so the drink you want may not be orderable at the outlet you picked. Fourth, it ends Sunday 10 August with the long weekend, and the two brand-new outlets at United Square and Rivervale Plaza are running their own opening 1-for-1 on drinks that runs past this window.

Secret Recipe SG61 'Shiok Deals' — Second Selected Main for $6.10++ (8–10 Aug) — But There's Now Only ONE Outlet Left in Singapore
Secret Recipe is running an SG61 'Shiok Deals' promotion over the National Day long weekend: buy one selected main and the second selected main is $6.10++, from Friday 8 to Sunday 10 August 2026. Split between two people, that's a proper sit-down café meal for a shade over $7 nett on the second plate. The catch that trips people up isn't in the fine print — it's the map. Secret Recipe's Plaza Singapura outlet closed permanently after 27 July 2026 as part of the mall's revamp, so the chain is now down to a SINGLE Singapore outlet: Toa Payoh HDB Hub (470 Lorong 6 Toa Payoh, #01-71), open 11am–9.30pm daily. If you were planning to swing by the Orchard branch, it isn't there any more. The brand's poster doesn't publish which mains count as 'selected' or what the first main costs, and marks the offer '*T&Cs apply' — so confirm the qualifying list at the outlet before you order.

Eu Yan Sang Buy 1 Free 1 on Essence of Chicken (6–10 Aug) — 4 Flavours in the Deal, But 'Free = Lowest Value' Means Mixing Costs You the Discount
Eu Yan Sang has put its Essence of Chicken range on Buy 1 Free 1 for the National Day long weekend — its own campaign artwork reads 'Daily Nourishment For The Whole Family, BUY 1 FREE 1, Limited Time Only! 6-10 AUG'. Four bottles-of-six qualify, and the brand lists them on its site at Traditional $19.90, Goji Berries & Red Dates $24.90, Ginkgo Biloba Leaf $27.90 and American Ginseng, Cordyceps & Huaishan $35.90. Two things the listing sites left out, both of which decide what you actually pay. First, Eu Yan Sang files this under 'Weekend Crazy Deal (Member Only)' and every product tile says 'Login for EuRewards Members' — so it is not an open shelf price, you need a (free) EuRewards account. Second, the asterisk on the artwork reads 'Free item will be the item of the lowest value', which means the saving is always capped at the CHEAPER of your two boxes: pair two identical boxes and you get a clean 50% off, but pair a $19.90 Traditional with a $35.90 Ginseng and you pay $35.90 for $55.80 of goods — 35.7% off, not half price. Here is the per-bottle maths for all four, the pairing that actually gets you 50%, and the delivery terms.

A&W 1-for-1 Root Beer Floats, All 10 Outlets — Buy One Get One FREE for National Root Beer Float Day & SG61 (6–9 Aug)
A&W Singapore is running buy-1-get-1-FREE on its signature Root Beer Float from Thursday 6 August to Sunday 9 August 2026 — four days that deliberately bookend National Root Beer Float Day (6 Aug) and Singapore's 61st National Day (9 Aug). It's the full-size float, not a mini cup: A&W Root Beer made fresh in-restaurant, topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, in the branded frosted mug. The deal runs at ALL 10 Singapore outlets — Admiralty Place, Anchorvale Village, Canberra Plaza, Jewel Changi Airport, Jurong Point, Mandai Wildlife West, Northshore Plaza II, Tampines Junction, The Woodleigh Mall and VivoCity — and covers dine-in and takeaway, but NOT delivery. One thing to know before you plan: A&W's official menu doesn't publish prices online, so check the board in-store to see what your half-price-per-head actually works out to.

IKEA's SG61 Menu: a $14.90 Combo, $4.90 Chilli Crab Mantou & D24 Durian From $3.90 — All at IKEA Family Prices, and the Durian Ends 10 Aug
IKEA Singapore's Swedish Restaurant has put a National Day menu on its own IKEA Family food page, and the prices only appear if you scan the (free) membership card at the till. The SG61 Combo — breaded pork cutlet with fries, a fried mantou with chilli crab sauce and a bowl of mushroom soup — is $14.90 for members against $17.80 regular, and the Chilli Crab Mantou Trio (3 pcs with chilli crab sauce) is $4.90 against $5.90. Both run 1–31 August while stocks last. The part with a real clock on it is the D24 durian trio, which stops on 10 August: cheese tart and mousse cup at $3.90 each (U.P. $4.50) and a cream cake at $4.90 (U.P. $5.50). Also live and cheaper than most people realise: the plant balls combo at $6.90 (U.P. $8.40, dine-in only, till 31 Aug), a $12.90 baked chicken chop on Tampines' halal line (U.P. $15.40, till 30 Sep), $1.50 lattes at Tampines, a $2.90 cake-and-coffee fika from 3–5pm daily, and $5.50 student meals on weekday afternoons. One thing to not bother queueing for: the Kräftskiva Crayfish Party buffet on 14 and 21 August is already sold out on IKEA's own page.

Sushiro's SG61 Menu Is Live (5–11 Aug) — Assorted Sashimi at $6.10++ (U.P. $9.90++), Three Drinks at $6.10++, a Chilli Crab Trio at $4.90++ & a $15.90++ SG61 6+1 Platter
Japan's biggest conveyor-belt sushi chain has put a National Day line-up on the belt for exactly one week. From 5 to 11 August 2026, Sushiro Singapore drops four items to $6.10++ — Assorted Sashimi (U.P. $9.90++), Premium Malts (U.P. $10.50++), Kaku Highball (U.P. $9.00++) and Lemon Sour (U.P. $8.00++) — and the sashimi plate is the standout at $3.80 off. Around it sits a set of local-flavour plates: Soft Shell Chilli Crab, Chilli Crab Chawanmushi and Soft Shell Crab at $4.90++ each, Bluefin Tuna Akami & Fatty Swordfish at $3.90++, Fresh Shrimp Taste and Compare at $2.90++, and Big Cut Tuna & Big Cut Swordfish at $2.30++. Feeding two? The SG61 Anniversary 6+1 Platter is $15.90++ for seven pieces. It runs at Sushiro's outlets islandwide, while stocks last — but prices differ at the Mandai Wildlife Reserve (Digiro) outlet.

Don Don Donki 'Makan Fiesta' SG61 — Bak Kut Teh Oden, Chicken Satay Don & Black Pepper Takoyaki All at $6.10 (1–15 Aug 2026), But Only One Is a Real Saving
Don Don Donki has put a National Day price on three of its Japanese-meets-Singaporean ready-to-eat items: Bak Kut Teh Oden (10pcs, pork-based broth), Chicken Satay Don and Black Pepper Takoyaki (8pcs), all at $6.10 each from 1 to 15 August 2026, at all outlets while stocks last. The $6.10 is the SG61 gimmick — 61 cents times ten — and because it's a flat price stamped onto three items with three different usual prices, the actual discount ranges from decent to almost nothing. Donki's own poster prints the sums: the Bak Kut Teh Oden falls from $8.90, saving $2.80 (about 31% off); the Chicken Satay Don falls from $7.90, saving $1.80 (about 23%); and the Black Pepper Takoyaki falls from just $6.90, saving $0.80 — roughly 12%, which is under a dollar for a snack you'd have paid nearly the same for last week. If you're making one trip, the oden is the buy. Here's what's in each, the fine print, and the outlets and timing that decide whether you'll actually find them on the counter.

Pizza Hut's SG61 Deals — $61 National Day Bundle (U.P. $106.55), $6.10 Off Takeaway Bundles (8-10 Aug) + New Cheesy 7 Durian & Otah Laksa
Pizza Hut Singapore is running two National Day deals this August, plus two limited-edition local-flavour pizzas. The headline: a National Day Bundle from $61 (U.P. $106.55) with four Regular pizzas and three sides. Order takeaway on 8, 9 or 10 August and take $6.10 off all bundles (min spend $40), bringing the bundle to $54.90. There's also 2 Regular pizzas for $22 (or 2 Large for $33), and new Cheesy 7 Durian and Cheesy 7 Otah Laksa pizzas. Here's what's on.

Haidilao's SG61 Menu: Laksa Soup Base, Yong Tau Foo & Red Bean Ice Kacang — Plus Three Dishes at S$6.10++ Each, All Day (3–31 Aug 2026)
Haidilao Singapore has put local flavours on the hotpot menu for Singapore's 61st birthday — and separately dropped three of its regular dishes to S$6.10++ each. The SG61 National Day Local Flavours range, billed as 'A Taste of Singapore, Nanyang Style!', runs from 3 to 31 August 2026 and adds a Laksa Soup Base, a Yong Tau Foo Platter, Kangkong and a Red Bean Ice Kacang dessert. Alongside it, the SG61 National Day Special puts Snakehead Fish Slices, Pork Belly Rolls and Angus Beef Topblade at S$6.10++ a plate, available all day across the same dates. The catch is in Haidilao's own fine print: dine-in only, no takeaway, prices before GST and service charge, and it cannot be stacked with the Late-Night 20% discount, Crazy Friday, or any Haidilao voucher — including birthday, membership-upgrade, CapitaLand and VivoCity vouchers.

Sony is celebrating SG61 with a superhero encounter and exclusive deals at Sony Store 313@somerset. On 8 August, Spider-Man swings in for a 'Swing Into Action' meet-and-greet, with a free photo print, tied to Spider-Man: Brand New Day. Alongside it, Sony's National Day promotion runs 31 July to 23 August with storewide promo codes and scratch-and-reveal offers across BRAVIA TVs, Theatre audio and more. Here's what's on.

6 Best Burger Deals in Singapore (September 2026): All 20 Live BK Coupon Codes (DL1–DL20), 2 Burgers for $6.50 and McDonald's McSaver From $5
September opens with the same value floor as August: Burger King. Its King Deals e-coupon set runs to 4 October 2026, and we read all 20 coupons off Burger King's own artwork rather than a secondhand list, which is how we can say the live set is numbered DL1 to DL20 with no PM-prefixed code in it at all. The best of them cut 36% to 62%: DL12 gets two burgers, a BBQ Chicken Burger or a Whopper Jr., for $6.50 (U.P. $13.10), which is $3.25 a burger and the cheapest burger anywhere on this page; DL8 gets 9pc BK Nuggets with an ice lemon tea for $5 (U.P. $13.15, 62% off); DL14 gets a Whopper with Cheese and onion rings for $7.50 (U.P. $14.75); and DL5 gets a coffee, hot chocolate or SJORA for $2. All are redeemed by typing the code at the kiosk. New this month, and needing no code at all: Burger King's own Offers page now carries Value Your Way at $6.20 a set and a 5-in-1 combo at $9.50, while the Taste of Singapore rendang range that ran to 31 August has come down. McDonald's cheapest line is not the one everyone quotes: McSaver meals start at $5, a 1pc Chicken McCrispy, Filet-O-Fish, McChicken or Smoky Beef meal, after breakfast hours. Its live September campaign is the Samurai Meals Challenge in the app, running to 30 September. MOS Burger runs two Deluxe Mushroom Wagyu burgers for $10 every Monday and Tuesday, against a menu price of $8.10 each. Shake Shack's Shack Meal is a burger, side and drink from $15.10 on weekday lunchtimes through the Happy Point app. Carl's Jr is back at full menu price, with a weekday Student Meal and the returning Portobello Mushroom Burger but no published prices for either. And Mom's Touch, open since 14 August on South Bridge Road, has finished its opening offers, though its signature chicken burger is still $6.95.

KFC Singapore's First 'SWAGS' Merch Line Is Live — Drumstick Plushie $23.90 (Already Sold Out), Bucket Bag $15.90, Jacket $65.90 (From 1 Aug 2026)
KFC Singapore has put its own merchandise line on sale: the 'KFC Swags' collection went live on merch.kfc.com.sg on 1 August 2026 with five pieces — the KFC Drumstick Plushie at $23.90 (an oversized plush cushion printed like a Hot & Crispy drumstick), the KFC Bucket Bag at $15.90 (a compact crossbody in the bucket's red stripes with Colonel Sanders on the front), the KFC Utility Phone Lanyard at $14.90, the KFC Original Red Tumbler at $38.90, and the cream KFC Finger Lickin' Good Jacket at $65.90 in S/M and L/XL. All five together come to $159.50. The catch is already visible on the store: the Drumstick Plushie — the piece everyone wants — is marked SOLD OUT as of today. Here's the full price list, what's still in stock, how delivery works, and the returns fine print, all read off KFC's own store.

Singapore-Exclusive Merlion Monchhichi Is Here for SG61 — Where to Get It (Simply Toys 7 Outlets + Shell From $28.80)
A Singapore-exclusive Merlion Monchhichi is out for SG61, on sale from 1 August 2026. Get it at Simply Toys / Simply Zakka across 7 outlets (limit 2 per customer, very limited daily stock), or via a Shell promotion (1 Aug - 30 Sep): a Mini Plush Keychain at $28.80 or a Plush Doll at $37.90, each with 80 litres of Shell V-Power on Shell GO+. Here's where to buy, the full outlet list and the fine print.

Mister Donut x MILO Is Back for SG61 — 'Nation's First Love' Pon De Royale & Cream Treasure Bomb at $3.20 Each (1 Aug – 13 Sep 2026)
Mister Donut has reunited with MILO for its National Day drop, and the campaign page went live on misterdonut.com.sg this morning under the name 'Nation's First Love (Made with MILO®)'. Two donuts, both $3.20 a piece, both built on chocolate malt cream made with MILO. The Pon De Royale is the classic chewy Pon De Ring filled with the malt cream and crowned with crispy kunafa flakes — the shredded-pastry texture that made the viral chocolate bars famous. The Cream Treasure Bomb is a soft round donut piped full of the same malt cream, with crunchy MILO Nuggets buried at the centre and a chocolate malt glaze over the top. The run is 1 August to 13 September 2026 at Mister Donut outlets islandwide, and the brand's own artwork is explicit about two things: they're made in limited quantities daily, and if you slot one into a Bundle Deal box there's a $0.50 per-piece top-up. At $3.20 a piece these sit above Mister Donut's everyday Pon de Lion range — worth it for the kunafa, but go early in the day, because 'limited quantities daily' is the brand's own wording, not ours.

Unity Pharmacy Buy 1 Get 1 FREE — 4 Days Only, 20 Lines From Blackmores to Colgate, QV & Neutrogena (30 Jul–2 Aug 2026)
Unity — FairPrice Group's pharmacy chain — has put 20 health and beauty lines on straight buy-1-get-1-free for four days only, 30 July to 2 August 2026, and the poster is unusually broad: it is not a single hero SKU but a full sweep across supplements, oral care, shampoo, shower gel and moisturisers. The supplements headline the list — Blackmores Fish Oil Odourless 1000mg 400s at $100.50 a bottle (so 800 capsules for the price of 400, about 12.6 cents a capsule), Holistic Way Probiotic Acidophilus Complex 30 Billion 30s at $43.80, 21st Century Prebiotic + Probiotics 12½ Billion 30s at $19.90 and Centrum Silver 100s at $67.95 — while the cheapest entry point is Colgate Total 150g at $7.20 for two tubes. Also in: Swisse Liver Detox, GreenLife Magnesium Glycinate, Redoxon, Oral-B, Neutrogena Hydro Boost, Klorane, Growell, Regaine, Simple, QV Gentle Wash, Aveeno, Ceradan, BRAND'S Lutein and a Unity-exclusive Flying Wheel bird's nest set. The catch you have to plan around: the prices shown are what you pay for the FIRST unit — you take the second free — so the deal only works if you actually want two, and Unity's own fine print says availability of products and variants varies from store to store, while stocks last. Here's every price on the list, what each works out to per unit, and where the maths genuinely beats a normal shelf price.

Takagi Ramen 1-for-1 Crab Ramen for SG61 — Chilli Crab & Salted Egg Crab at $16.50 Nett for TWO Bowls (~$8.25 Each), All 13 Outlets
Takagi Ramen has put its two Singapore-flavoured crab bowls on buy-1-get-1-free for Singapore's 61st birthday: order a Chilli Crab Ramen or a Salted Egg Crab Ramen at $16.50 nett and the second bowl comes free, so two people eat for $8.25 each. Both bowls are built on the chain's 12-hour tonkotsu base — one with a sweet-spicy chilli crab gravy, one with a creamy salted-egg sauce, each topped with a whole soft-shell crab and a soft-boiled egg. It runs at all 13 outlets islandwide, nine of which are open 24 hours, plus Takagi's own order.takagiramen.com and the delivery apps. The campaign started 17 July and Takagi's poster carries no closing date — the brand has only said it runs through the National Day season, with food media putting it at mid-August — so treat this as a while-it-lasts deal rather than one with a deadline you can plan around. Nett pricing means no GST or service charge on top: $16.50 is what you pay for both bowls.

Penang Place Puts FREE-FLOW Chilli Crab Into Its Buffet for $5.99++ More — $42.89++ Weekdays, 31 Jul–30 Aug (Suntec City)
Penang Place at Suntec City has switched to an 'Aug Special' buffet menu from 31 July to 30 August 2026, and the headline is unlimited chilli crab: its Head Chef's Signature Chilli Crabs go free-flow, alongside the usual Penang spread. Weekday buffets are $42.89++ per adult ($34.31++ senior, $21.50++ child); Friday night, Saturday, Sunday and eve-of/on public holidays are $45.89++ ($36.71++ senior, $22.95++ child). Set that against the restaurant's own standing buffet prices — $36.90++ weekday, $39.90++ weekend — and the free-flow crab costs exactly $5.99++ more a head, or about $7.18 nett once 10% service and 9% GST land. Free-flow crab in Singapore normally means a $70–$120++ hotel buffet, so this is the cheapest way to eat crab until you stop this August. Mantou is on the same buffet line for the sauce.

Cold Storage Häagen-Dazs 3 Tubs for $25 (U.P. $44.25) — 13 Pint Flavours, Mix & Match, Till 5 Aug 2026
The best ice cream price in Singapore right now isn't at a scoop shop — it's in the Cold Storage freezer aisle. Häagen-Dazs pints are going at any 3 for $25 at Cold Storage and CS Fresh from 30 July to 5 August 2026. The tubs are shelf-priced at $14.75 each, so three normally come to $44.25 — you're saving $19.25, about 44% off, and it works out to $8.33 a tub. Thirteen pint flavours carry the deal on Cold Storage's own online catalogue, and you can mix and match freely: Belgian Chocolate, Caramel Biscuit & Cream (the Lotus Biscoff one), Chocolate, Coffee, Cookies & Cream, Macadamia Nut, Mango & Raspberry, Matcha Green Tea, Pistachio & Cream, Rum & Raisin, Salted Caramel, Strawberry and Vanilla. No membership needed — this one isn't yuu-gated. For context, FairPrice is currently running the same pints at any 2 for $27.50, or $13.75 each, so Cold Storage is roughly $5.40 a tub cheaper this week. One catch worth knowing: Pistachio & Cream comes in a 420ml tub rather than 473ml at the same price, so it's the weakest value of the thirteen. Availability varies from store to store and it's while stocks last — six days left, and the National Day long weekend is right after it ends.

City Square Mall's SG61 'Eat. Shop. Celebrate.' — $1 Drinks (BYO Flask), a Mao Shan Wang Durian Party & a $200 Free-Lunch Contest (24 Jul–23 Aug 2026)
City Square Mall is running a month-long National Day festival from 24 July to 23 August 2026. The pick of it: bring your own reusable flask and redeem a selected drink (usually $2–$5.90) for just $1 via the CityNexus app at outlets like Dunkin', Fun Toast, Holla Juice & Acai and Lai Lai; enter the 'Lunch on CSM' social contest to win a $200 lunch; and feast at the Mao Shan Wang Durian Party with Ms Durian (60-minute all-you-can-eat sessions, 14–16 August). There are also community markets, live performances and a National Day food fair. Here's what's on and how to redeem.

Singapore Flyer SG61 Buddy Deal — 2 Tickets for $61 (U.P. $92), Locals Only, Through August 2026
The Singapore Flyer has put two National Day tickets on its own site that only Singaporeans and PRs can buy. The SG61 Buddy Deal is $61 for two Singapore Flyer tickets, against a usual price of $92 — about $30.50 a head instead of $46, so roughly a third off, and each ticket still includes the Time Capsule pre-boarding experience, one 30-minute rotation in a shared capsule and the FLYER360 AR app. Its companion, SG61 Sip and Soar, is $61 for one adult premium flight — either the Singapore Sling Experience or the Premium Champagne Experience (U.P. $79) — with priority boarding, a drink and a Janice Wong chocolate. The condition to plan around: EVERY ticket holder must show a Singapore Citizen or PR NRIC at admission, so this is not a deal you can bring a visiting relative on. The Flyer publishes no cut-off date on either ticket page; its National Day materials describe the SG61 offers as running through August 2026, so treat 31 August as the working deadline and confirm at checkout.

Twinkle Twinkle Lands in Singapore — POP MART's Star Characters at 3 CapitaLand Malls + a Meet & Greet at POP BAKERY (30 Jul–30 Aug 2026)
POP MART's new characters Twinkle Twinkle — a group of tiny, glowing stars — have made Singapore their first stop in Southeast Asia, and there are two ways to catch them. First, a FREE roving pop-up tours three CapitaLand malls: Plaza Singapura (30 Jul–10 Aug), Funan (11–20 Aug) and Westgate (21–30 Aug), with photo zones and exclusive merch. Second, a paid meet-and-greet runs at POP BAKERY — South-east Asia's first, at Resorts World Sentosa — on Thursdays to Mondays, with a minimum spend and advance booking required (no walk-ins). Here are the full dates, the schedule, the costs and how to book.

Mom's Touch Is Coming Back to Singapore — Korea's Biggest Burger Chain Opens on South Bridge Road on 14 Aug 2026, With FairPrice Group Behind It
Mom's Touch — the Korean chicken-and-burger chain that abruptly shut all three of its Singapore outlets in February 2022 — is coming back, and this time with a much heavier local partner. Mom's Touch & Company announced on 29 July 2026 that it has signed a master franchise agreement with FairPrice Group, Singapore's largest grocery and food-services group. The first outlet opens on 14 August 2026 on South Bridge Road in the CBD, with three outlets targeted by the end of 2026 and more than 25 planned over the next 10 years. Menu and prices for Singapore have not been announced yet, and while Mom's Touch holds Korean (KMF) halal certification, MUIS recognition here is still being worked through — so don't assume it is halal-certified in Singapore on day one.

T-Swirl Crepe Debuts Singapore's First Dubai Nutella Crepe at Plaza Singapura — Plus a Member-Exclusive 50% Off One Crepe (Sign Up by 15 Aug 2026)
T-Swirl Crepe — the US-viral, Tokyo-style gluten-free crepe brand whose first Singapore store opened at Plaza Singapura earlier this year — has launched what it calls Singapore's first-ever Dubai Nutella Crepe, available from 1 August 2026 for a limited time. The hand-rolled cone crepes riff on the viral Dubai-chocolate trend: a Strawberry Dubai Nutella from $10.90, a Pocky Nutella Crepe from $8.90 and a Banana Nutella Crepe from $7.90, at the Plaza Singapura store (B2-33/34). New for August: sign up as a member between 1 and 15 August 2026 and you get a coupon for 50% off one selected crepe (Dubai Nutella from $9.90, Nutella from $6.90 or Pocky Nutella from $8.90) — valid 30 days, one per member. Prices shown are 'from' prices and it is a limited-time run, so check before you head down.

TSUJIRI 1-for-1 Matcha & Houjicha Floats for SG61 — 7 Outlets, Takeaway Only (26 Jul–9 Aug 2026)
Kyoto matcha, half price if you bring a friend: TSUJIRI Singapore — the 165-year-old Uji tea house that opened in 1860 — is running a 1-for-1 Float promotion for Singapore's 61st birthday, from 26 July to 9 August 2026. Buy one float and the second is free, across two flavours: the Matcha Float and the Houjicha Float, each a cup of iced Japanese tea topped with TSUJIRI's own soft serve. It runs at seven outlets — Tsujiri Premium Tanjong Pagar, Tsujiri Premium Holland Village, Tsujiri Sengkang Grand Mall, Tsujiri Clementi Peaks, Tsujiri Tanjong Pagar, Tsujiri Pasir Ris Mall and Tsujiri The Central. The catch is in the poster's fine print: it's available for takeaway, while stocks last, and T&Cs apply. Here's the full mechanics, the outlet list and what to watch for, verified against TSUJIRI Singapore's own announcement.

TungLok Is Selling Its Premium Deep-Sea Golden Croaker at 61% Off for SG61 — Across 7 Restaurant Brands, 12 Outlets (Till 31 Aug 2026)
TungLok Group has put its premium Deep-Sea Golden Croaker — the fish it brands as TungLok Fish 同乐鱼 — at 61% off for Singapore's 61st birthday, and unusually for a National Day gimmick this one is not a token side dish: it runs across seven of the group's restaurant brands and 12 outlets, from Tóng Lè Private Dining at OUE Tower down to TungLok Teahouse at Square 2, in a spread of styles (pan-fried, deep-fried, braised, and in porridge). The fish is wild-bred in deep-sea waters and fully traceable, which is the part that normally lands it on the premium half of a Chinese menu. Two things the artwork doesn't tell you: TungLok has not published the fish's usual price anywhere, so you can only judge the 61% at the table — and the offer explicitly cannot be stacked with TungLok Membership Privileges, which means TungLokFirst members have to choose between this and the group's other running perk (50% off one signature dish daily till 30 Sep). Dine-in only, while stocks last, and the bill still takes 10% service charge plus GST.

8 Best Baby Full Month Gift Boxes in Singapore (2026): Prices, Halal Options and Minimum Orders
A baby's full month (满月) is when Singaporean families announce their newborn with a gift box of red eggs, ang ku kueh and glutinous rice, or a modern box of cupcakes, brownies and Swiss rolls. We compared 8 providers by tradition, price, minimum order and halal status, checking every halal claim against the MUIS register rather than the brand's own wording. Celebox, Divine Artisan and Lek Lim are on the register; PapaMama and LULUS are not, though both say their food is halal. Boxes start from $7.50 nett and run to $30.90, and there is a voucher route that skips the minimum orders entirely. Prices, stock and halal status re-checked on 6 September 2026, when both of Old Seng Choong's sets were showing as sold out.

Coffee Bean Drops Its 8" Chicago Cheesecake to $30.40 — 61% Off a $78 Whole Cake, Order by 2 August 2026
The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is running a flash deal on its signature 8-inch Chicago Cheesecake: $30.40 for the whole cake, down from $78. That is 61% off and $47.60 saved — the steepest discount the chain has put on a whole cake this year, and a neat SG61 number for the season. The part most people miss is that this is a pre-order, not a walk-in buy: you order between 20 July and 2 August 2026, then collect between 6 and 30 August, with limited quantities on each collection date. You can add a 9-piece Mini Pandan Muffins party pack for $10. Here is the full breakdown, the fine print (no changing your collection date or outlet once confirmed, and it will not stack with other offers), and whether it is worth locking in.

KFC x Pokémon 'The Ultimate Launch' — Blind-Box Pouch $14.95, Poké Ball Bucket $12.95, $99 Charizard Jacket & a Japanese Nanban Menu From $3.95, 19 Aug–29 Sep 2026
KFC Singapore has announced its biggest collab of the year: 'The Ultimate Launch by KFC', a Pokémon takeover running 19 August to 29 September 2026 across all 71 outlets. It comes in three parts. First, a limited-time Japanese Nanban menu — the Japanese Nanban Zinger from $7.50 (a Zinger fillet brushed in a sweet-tangy soy Nanban glaze and topped with Japanese-style tartar), Japanese Nanban Chicken Bites from $6.90, Japanese Nanban Loaded Fries $5.95 and Sweet Potato Balls from $3.95, all available as meals, box meals, buddy meals and family feasts. Second, collectibles released in two waves: from 19 August, a Pokémon Reversible Everyday Blind Pouch at $14.95 with any Japanese Nanban Zinger or Chicken Bites Box — a Poké Ball that turns inside out into one of four surprise designs (Pikachu, Eevee, Mew or Snorlax) — plus a free Pokémon sticker sheet with selected breakfast meals ordered with a Milo before 11am; then from 9 September, a 23cm Poké Ball Bucket at $12.95 with a 5pc Chicken Bucket, Pikachu and Gengar Gaming Chopsticks at $15.95 on delivery orders only, a Pikachu Car Neck Pillow set of two at $32.95 at drive-thru and extended-hour stores, and a limited-edition Pokémon Evolution Jacket at $99 carrying the Charmander–Charmeleon–Charizard line, sold at just five outlets and capped at one per person. Third, the experience layer: five outlets get type-themed makeovers (NEX is Water, JEM is Fire, Kallang is Electric, Compass One is Ghost, Jurong Point is Grass), all 71 restaurants become Pokémon GO PokéStops and Gyms, Pikachu does a meet-and-greet at three stores on 29 August, and over 200 free Trading Card Game beginner sessions run 12–20 September with a playmat, a voucher and two 30-card decks for everyone who finishes. The part the poster doesn't lead with: every collectible is a paid add-on gated behind a specific food purchase, not a free gift — and the pouch is a blind box, so you cannot choose your Pokémon.

UNIQLO 'Celebrate Singapore' SG61 — $9.90 Kids Tees, $14.90 Adult Tees & the Sure-Win Garapon (Limited Offers Run 24 Jul–9 Aug; Garapon 31 Jul–2 Aug & 7–9 Aug)
UNIQLO's National Day campaign — 'Made For All. Made For Singapore.' — is running in two halves, and most of the coverage has only reported the first. Half one is a price drop that runs 24 July to 9 August — UNIQLO's campaign materials extend the limited pricing to National Day weekend, not the 30 July date first reported: adult AIRism and Mini T-shirts at $14.90 (U.P. $19.90), kids' AIRism crew necks at $9.90 (U.P. $14.90), the Ultra Stretch AIRism UV Protection Full-Zip Hoodie and UV sunglasses at $19.90 (U.P. $29.90), Denim Culottes and Sweat Pants at $39.90 (U.P. $49.90), and the Miracle Air Jacket at $59.90 (U.P. $89.90). Half two is the in-store Sure-Win Garapon, and this is the bit worth reading the fine print on: UNIQLO's own terms and conditions say you need to spend a minimum of $100 in a single receipt AND pay with a DBS or POSB card to get a spin — the campaign page's headline just says '$100 min. nett spend', so plenty of shoppers will turn up with the wrong card. Week one is done; two rounds remain, 31 July–2 August and 7–9 August, 11am to 10pm, at every Singapore store except Changi Airport Terminal 1 and the Marina Bay Sands pop-up. Every ball wins something — the top prize is a $100 UNIQLO gift card capped at one winner per store per day, and the rest run from Mandai and Singapore Oceanarium tickets down to a $2 Ya Kun voucher. Here is the full price list, the complete prize table for both remaining weekends, and the conditions that decide whether you actually get a spin.

Sentosa GrillFest 2026 — Every Deal Worth Knowing: $10 Back For Every $100 On Mastercard, 11 Islander-Only Sets From $11, and $5 Off Grab Rides (9 Days Left, Till 16 Aug)
Sentosa GrillFest is back at Siloso Beach for its ninth edition and it is the biggest one yet — 42 vendors across five zones, 18 of them new — but the part almost nobody reads is the promotions tab, and that is where the actual money is. There are four stacked offers running alongside the festival, all confirmed on Sentosa's own campaign and terms pages. First, Mastercard: spend $100 at GrillFest on a Mastercard credit or debit card and you get a $10 voucher back at the Emerald Pavilion information booth — and you may combine up to four same-day receipts to hit the $100, which is what makes it realistic for a group. Second, a separate Mastercard offer: spend $50 (up to two same-day receipts) and you get a complimentary Express Pass free with the purchase of a MegaZip ride, redeemable at the MegaZip beach counters. Third — and this is the one most people miss because it is free to unlock — Sentosa Islander members get 11 exclusive sampler sets priced below menu, from Pergh!Chicks' Chargrilled Jumbo Dog at $11 (U.P. $14) and DAMN's Miso Aged Pork Belly Skewer at $12 (U.P. $16) up to CRAFT'B's chicken-and-drink set at $24 (U.P. $27). Islander sign-up is free. Fourth, Grab is the official ride-hailing partner: the code SENTOSAGRILL takes $5 off a ride to or from Siloso Point and Beach Station between 5pm and 11pm on festival days, limited to the first 200 bookings a day. There is also a free mocktail if you post a food photo and tag Sentosa. The festival runs Fridays to Sundays and there are only nine days left: 31 July to 2 August, 7 to 9 August, and 14 to 16 August, 4pm to 10.30pm. Here is how every offer works, what stacks and what does not, and the fine print that decides whether you actually walk away with the vouchers.

Creative Eateries SG61 Deals — $1.88++ A5 Kagoshima Wagyu at Suki-Ya (Only 61 Plates a Day), $61++ Sets & $6.10++ Add-Ons Across 10 Restaurants (Aug 2026)
Singapore's biggest home-grown restaurant group is doing National Day by the numbers, and the headline is genuinely silly: Suki-Ya is putting A5 Kagoshima Wagyu on its shabu-shabu line at $1.88++ per 60g plate (usual $4.88++) from 1–14 August 2026 — but only 61 plates a day per outlet, first-come-first-served, capped at 2 plates per guest and only on top of the Premium Buffet. It's part of a group-wide SG61 push across Creative Eateries' 10 brands: Tajimaya's $61++ SG61 Prestige Miyazaki Set (till 15 Aug) plus a $61++ dinner buffet on 3–6 Aug (U.P. $69.90++); Siam Kitchen's $61++ National Day set for 3–4 people (worth $80+, Mon–Thu all August); and $6.10++ add-ons at Barossa Steak & Grill (buy 2 mains, add a premium side, drink or dessert for $6.10++, Mon–Wed 5–8pm) and Bangkok Jam (any rice or noodle dish + dessert AND drink for $6.10++, Mon–Thu all day). On top of that, members who spend $61++ across their first two visits with at least one Pepsi get $30 in cashback vouchers — and the top three spenders each win an iPhone 17. Here's every offer, the dates, and the fine print that decides whether it's worth the trip.

8 Best Rooftop Bars in Singapore (2026): Happy Hours, Levels and Skyline Views Compared
Singapore's rooftop bars are the cheapest way to buy a skyline view, but only if you go at the right hour. Nearly every big name runs an early-evening deal, and the gap between a 3pm drink and an 8pm one can be $20 a glass. We checked the level, opening hours and current promotions of 8 rooftop bars straight from their own websites, last re-verified on 7 September 2026, and lined them up side by side: CÉ LA VI on Level 57 of Marina Bay Sands, LeVeL33 (Guinness World Records' highest microbrewery in a building), Lantern at The Fullerton Bay Hotel with drinks from S$10++ from 3pm, Milli (the brand-new National Gallery rooftop from Labyrinth's chef Han Liguang and Native's Vijay Mudaliar, which took over the old Smoke & Mirrors space in May 2026), SKAI on Level 70 of Swissôtel The Stamford, Southbridge on Boat Quay with a different deal every night of the week, Kinki's neon graffiti rooftop at Customs House, and 1-Altitude Coast on Sentosa, where the Sentosa fireworks go off twice a night. Two things worth knowing before you book: Smoke & Mirrors and the original 1-Altitude at One Raffles Place have both closed, so half the rooftop listicles you'll find online are out of date.

$5 Friday Flash Deals at Kopitiam's Bagus & Cantine Halal Food Halls — 5 Dishes for $5 Each, One Mall Every Friday (Till 7 Aug 2026)
Kopitiam is running a run of $5 Friday flash deals across its halal food halls — Bagus by Kopitiam and its sister Cantine courts — with a different northern mall in the spotlight each Friday from 17 July to 7 August 2026. Each week, five featured dishes from the food hall's stalls go for just $5 each, claimed as vouchers on the FairPrice Group app with a limited number of redemptions per week, while stocks last. The line-up rotates: 17 Jul was Bagus @ Northpoint City and 24 Jul was Cantine Corner @ Admiralty Place — but there are still two Fridays to catch, 31 July at Bagus @ Causeway Point and the finale on 7 August at Cantine @ Canberra Plaza. Bagus is billed as Kopitiam's first fully-halal 'elevated' food hall, so it's an easy, wallet-friendly halal lunch or dinner if you're up north. Grab the voucher in the app before you queue — redemptions are capped each week.

BEST Denki Warehouse Clearance Sale: Up to 90% Off TVs, Laptops & Appliances at Leong Huat Building — 5 Days Only (22–26 Jul 2026)
Electronics on the cheap this week: BEST Denki is running a Warehouse Stock Clearance Sale at the Leong Huat Building — up to 90% off TVs, laptops, smartphones, tablets, home appliances, audio and IT accessories — for five days only, 22–26 July 2026, 11am–8pm daily. It's held off-mall at 6 Harper Road, #02-08 (Singapore 369674), and it's the deep-discount kind of clearance: display sets, overstock and last-season models rather than a normal storewide promo. Reported doorbusters have included a Philips 43" FHD TV at $188, IT accessories from $2, and premium TVs like a Sony 65" BRAVIA marked down to the $2,899 range — but many are in limited quantities, with selected models capped at one set per customer and fresh one-day offers rolled out through the run. Nothing is restocked once it's gone, so the early birds get the doorbusters. Here's what to know before you go.

Kleenex 'Everyday Softies' — FREE Plushie Keychain Blind Box (Worth $18) With $25 Spend, at 5 Supermarket Chains (20 Jul–15 Sep)
The blind-box craze has reached the tissue aisle: Kleenex Singapore has launched 'Everyday Softies', a set of four collectible plushie keychains shaped like its own products — a tissue box, a tissue roll, a soft little pouch and a cheeky brown one — and it is giving them away FREE. Spend at least S$25 on any Kleenex products in a single receipt between 20 July and 15 September 2026 and you can claim one Plushie Keychain Blind Box, valued at S$18, at the customer service or cashier counter. It is a genuine blind box: there are four designs, they are issued at random, you cannot pick, and duplicates are possible if you redeem more than once. Redemption is at selected FairPrice, Cold Storage, Giant, Sheng Siong and Prime Supermarket outlets only — and at selected FairPrice stores you also get a free pack of Kleenex Skin Care 2in1 Tissue Cloth 50s on top. Stocks are limited and the campaign can end early, so if the plushies are the point, go sooner rather than later.

KFC's FREE Milo Dabao Plush Eco Bag — Redeem With Any Breakfast Platter Buddy Meal (~$15.50), Till 8 Sep 2026
Breakfast just got a collectible: KFC Singapore is giving away a FREE Milo Dabao Plush Eco Bag with every Breakfast Platter Buddy Meal, from 22 July to 8 September 2026 while stocks last. The plushie is shaped like a classic 'dabao' (takeaway) Milo cup — brown body, the green Milo logo patch, a little smiley face, tiny arms and legs and the signature red carry-strings — and it doubles as a mini reusable eco bag, so it's a keepsake and a bag in one. To claim it you buy any Breakfast Platter Buddy Meal (the sharing set with waffles and butter, crispy fried chicken, fluffy scrambled eggs, golden hash browns and a loaded breakfast wrap; listed around S$15.50, price may vary by outlet) during KFC breakfast hours. The catch: it's for dine-in and takeaway during breakfast service only — you must order before 11am — at participating KFC breakfast outlets islandwide, one plush per qualifying meal while stocks last, and once the plushies run out at a store they're gone. KFC Singapore is MUIS halal-certified. Here's the deal, the fine print and how to grab one before they sell out.

itea Opens at Giant Tampines With Buy-2-Get-1-FREE Bubble Tea + $1 Jumbo Cones (Buy-1-Free-1) — Grand-Opening Week, 22–28 July 2026
New bubble tea stop in Tampines: itea (Taste of Tropical Asia) has opened an outlet inside Giant Tampines and is running a grand-opening Buy-2-Get-1-FREE on all drinks for one week only, 22–28 July 2026. Buy any three drinks and the cheapest is free — itea's own opening poster states 'free drink applies to the lowest priced item' — so a round of three lands at roughly a third off, with featured pours like the Brown Sugar Pearl Milk Tea, Peach Green Tea White Pearl and Coco Shiok with Chestnut Popping Pearl. Running alongside it is a $1 Jumbo Cone deal — New Zealand milk soft-serve in a crispy waffle cone, on a Buy-1-Free-1 basis, valid during the opening week only. It's at Giant Tampines, 21 Tampines North Drive 2, Level 3 Stall No. 5 (S528765) — the itea kiosk inside the hypermarket, a handy grab after a grocery run. T&Cs apply and it's while the opening week lasts, so it's an early-week grab: the drinks offer and the cone deal both end on Tuesday 28 July.

HarbourFront Centre Shuts For Good on 27 Jul — Final-Week Closing-Down Sales: Moley Apparels 30% Off, Refash $6/Item, Vacanza 4-for-$10, Vivian & Sean Up To 70% Off
The old World Trade Centre is done. HarbourFront Centre will cease operations on 27 July 2026 — the date is confirmed on the mall's own website notice — after which the 1 Maritime Square site makes way for a 33-storey office-and-retail redevelopment with an elevated park, due in the first half of 2031. That leaves less than a week of trading, and the stores that are staying open to the end have marked everything down. Moley Apparels — the label's very first shop, open at HarbourFront since 2011 — is doing 30% off storewide plus buy-2-get-1-free, with tees at $15, till 26 July. Vivian & Sean (travel gear, bags, footwear) has up to 70% off with school bags from $15, till 26 July. Vacanza is clearing all accessories at 4 for $10 till 26 July. Refash is selling pre-loved pieces at $6 an item with buy-3-get-1-free till 27 July, and Design & Comfort is running buy-1-get-1-free on all regular-priced bags and shoes (higher-priced item charged) with no firm end date beyond the mall's last day. The Cocoa Trees has clearance tags as low as 2 for $9, while stocks last. Don Don Donki's own closing sale already finished on 19 July. Mall hours are 10am–10pm daily until the shutters come down — go early, because stock is not being replenished.

Domino's MEGA WEEK — Regular Pizzas From $4.99 & Large From $9.99, Pickup Only With Code 785735 (20–27 Jul 2026)
Domino's Pizza Singapore has flipped on its MEGA WEEK campaign, running 20–27 July 2026: one Regular pizza from $4.99, with Domino's own poster stating the price is available in all flavours (upgrade surcharges apply if you change the flavour tier, the crust or the toppings). The catch is printed right on the artwork in a red badge — PICKUP ONLY, and you must enter coupon code 785735 at checkout. There is no delivery version of this price and no dine-in version; you order in the Domino's app or on dominos.com.sg, choose Pickup, pick your store, then drive or walk over to collect. Domino's Hot Deals page also lists a second MEGA WEEK line, 1 Large Pizza from $9.99, in the same section. For scale: Domino's everyday '50% Off 1 Regular Pizza' deal starts at $12.95, so $4.99 is well under half of even the chain's own standing half-price rate. Six days left including today, ending Monday 27 July.

Minecraft Experience: Villager Rescue at Mandai — Asia's First, From $46, and You Can Bundle It With the Zoo (Till 13 Sep 2026)
Asia's first Minecraft Experience is running at Mandai Wildlife Reserve until 13 September 2026 — a 55-minute, walk-through quest through real-life Overworld biomes at Green Canvas, 80 Mandai Lake Road. Weekday tickets start at $46 for adults and $40 for children, rising to $51 and $44 on weekends, public holidays and school holidays. The value move is the bundle: pair it with Singapore Zoo, Night Safari or the new Exploria and Mandai lists savings of up to 27% off the Exploria bundle, with WildPass members getting a further 5% off admission tickets. Entry is by timed 15-minute slot, all ages are welcome, under-12s must be with an adult, and children aged 0-2 go free. With the September school holidays and the long National Day weekend still ahead, this one has real runway — but weekend slots are the first to go.

Where to Watch NDP 2026 Fireworks — Best FREE Spots Around Kallang (The Parade Moves to the National Stadium This Year)
Your old Marina Bay fireworks spot won't work this year. NDP 2026 returns to the National Stadium in Kallang for the first time in a decade — with the Marina Bay Floating Platform closed for the NS Square rebuild — so the fireworks now launch over the Kallang Basin, not Marina Bay. That completely changes where you should stand. We rounded up the best FREE, no-ticket viewing spots ringing the basin — from the front-row Stadium Riverside Walk to the wide-open Tanjong Rhu Promenade and quieter Kallang Riverside Park — with the nearest MRT, the crowd level and the smart move (catch a Preview night, not just National Day). Fireworks run from about 7.30pm with the finale around 8.10-8.30pm on each show night: the two Previews (Sat 25 Jul & Sat 1 Aug) and the parade itself (Sun 9 Aug).

1-for-1 Weekday Lunch Buffet & Seafood Buffet Deals in Singapore: 3 Live in September 2026, Crab & Lobster Back 10 Sep, From ~$31++/pax
Buffets are where 1-for-1 saves you the most: split the second cover and a $62++ spread drops to $31++ a head. This was our July 2026 round-up of 1-for-1 (and effectively half-price) buffet deals in Singapore, re-checked on 1 September 2026 against every venue's own channels. THREE ARE LIVE TODAY. Cafe Mosaic at Carlton Hotel does a 1-for-1 Hong Kong Kitchen lunch buffet at about $31++/pax on weekdays and $34++ on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, plus a 1-for-1 Hong Kong seafood dinner buffet at about $69++/pax Thursday to Saturday, on DBS/POSB, Citi, OCBC or UOB. Permata's 1-for-1 halal buffet at Gedung Kuning is $88++ for two at lunch and $108++ for two at dinner, so $44++ and $54++ a head, with no card needed and no end date published. Hari's at Holiday Inn Orchard runs a 1-for-1 Straits Indulgence high-tea buffet at $78++ for two, but only to 4 September. BACK ON 10 SEPTEMBER: the same hotel returns its 1-for-1 Crab & Lobster buffet as Crack, Dip and Indulge, S$168++ for two adults, Thursday to Sunday at the newly renovated Window on the Park, running to 22 November 2026. NO LONGER 1-FOR-1: Seasonal Tastes reopened at The Westin on 1 September with 50% off the second diner instead of a free cover, Crossroads is 20% off with code CR20OFF to 30 September, and TungLok has published no replacement. CLOSING: Carnivore is shutting at the end of September after 20 years, and has cut its farewell buffet to $50++ on weekdays and $60++ at weekends. Below: the effective price, which card you need, the hours and the fine print for each, plus where to find a 1-for-1 seafood buffet and how weekday lunch compares with dinner.

QĪN @ The Clan Hotel — Citi 1-for-1 Eight-Course Dinner With Prosecco (U.P. $150++), Till 31 July 2026
Fine dining at nearly half price: modern-Chinese restaurant QĪN, on Level 4 of The Clan Hotel in the CBD, is running a Citi Cardmember exclusive — a 1-for-1 eight-course dinner set, each with a glass of prosecco, at a usual price of $150++ per person. Redeem it as an eVoucher through the Citi Mobile App (My Vouchers → Discover New Vouchers), on a first-come-first-served basis while vouchers last, till 31 July 2026. Two diners share the eight-course menu of QĪN signatures — think Hokkaido snow pork belly 'har cheong', Shanghainese hairy crab roe 'dou hua' and Zuwaigani snow crab claw 'lao mian' — so the pair effectively pays for one. Citi cardholders also get $6 off every $60 spent (capped at $60) here till 30 December 2026. Here's exactly how the deal works, the fine print, and how to claim it.

Where to Watch the FIFA World Cup 2026 Final LIVE in Singapore — Argentina vs Spain FREE on Channel 5 & 60+ Free Screenings (Mon 20 Jul, 3am)
The 2026 World Cup Final is set: Argentina vs Spain, Monday 20 July, 3.00am Singapore time — and you don't have to pay a cent to watch it. The Final is live FREE on Mediacorp Channel 5 and mewatch, and there are free public screenings at 56 PA community clubs islandwide (walk-in, no reservation — only Ayer Rajah CC needs registration), 5 ActiveSG sport centres running all-night sport carnivals from 12am with complimentary refreshments, The Kallang's screening at Kallang Wave Mall with carnival activities from midnight, Our Tampines Hub across four venues, One Punggol's open-air Celebration Square (hawker centre in the same building), Northshore Plaza and 888 Plaza's mall watch parties, and all 7 SAFRA clubhouses. The catch: it's 3am on a Monday — the MRT isn't running at kick-off and there are no Sunday-night night buses, so plan your ride there, catch the first train home around 5.45am, and maybe apply for that Monday-morning leave now. Here's the full venue-by-venue guide.

7 Best Attraction & Theme Park Deals in Singapore 2026: Ticket Prices and Resident Rates for USS, Oceanarium, Mandai, Gardens by the Bay & Wild Wild Wet
Singapore tourist attraction ticket prices in 2026, with the Singapore-resident (local) rates that quietly save you a lot. Every price here was re-checked on the venue's own site on 31 August 2026. The 7 best attraction and theme-park deals in Singapore for 2026: Universal Studios Singapore (One-Day tickets from $76, plus Minionland and the Universal Season Pass); the Singapore Oceanarium at RWS, three times bigger than the old S.E.A. Aquarium, where the honest number is $55 for an adult and $43 for a child or senior, because the Oceanarium dropped its separate Singapore-resident rate on 1 January 2026 and now charges everyone the same; Mandai's Bird Paradise (resident $39 adult / $27 child on weekdays, $44 / $30 on weekends and public holidays, seniors $25 any day) and Rainforest Wild Adventure, the park formerly known as Rainforest Wild Asia, renamed and doubled to 20 hectares when its East zone opened in May 2026 (resident $50 / $35 with Adventure+ activities); Gardens by the Bay (Flower Dome from $12 for residents, free Supertree Grove); the Singapore Flyer (from $40, PAssion Card 10% off with code SFPASSION); and Wild Wild Wet, Singapore's largest waterpark, whose Splash Fest cuts the Day Pass to $22 adult and $16 child from 1 September to 31 October 2026. The catch most guides skip: Bird Paradise, Wild Wild Wet and several others charge a higher rate on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, so a weekday visit buys the same day out for $5 to $10 less a head. Two offers are live as we update this: the Singapore Oceanarium's resident-only anniversary bundle, three tickets for $110 until 30 September, and Wild Wild Wet's Splash Fest. Mandai's WildPass 2-Attraction Pass ended on 31 August 2026 with no replacement announced. Below: the real prices, peak versus off-peak, what each is best for, and how to plan a day out without overpaying at the gate.

You don't get to choose your chicken parts, it can't be stacked with other promos, and it's while stocks last — so with only three nights left as of 15 Jul, go early in the window.

TungLok Seafood 1-for-1 Deluxe À La Carte Seafood Buffet — U.P. $59.80++, So Two Eat for ~$30++ Each (Citi, Till 31 Jul 2026)
One of Singapore's best-known Chinese seafood names is doing a proper 1-for-1: at TungLok Seafood inside Park Regis by Prince Singapore (23 Merchant Road, near Clarke Quay), the Deluxe à la carte seafood buffet — usual price $59.80++ per adult — is buy-1-get-1-free for July, so two diners split it for the price of one, roughly $30++ a head before the 10% service charge and 9% GST. Unlike a self-serve steam-tray line, it's an order-to-your-table à la carte buffet: everything's cooked fresh as you tick it off the menu. The Deluxe tier piles on the good stuff — deep-fried salt-and-pepper oysters, braised whole abalone with mushrooms and seasonal vegetables — on top of Japanese sashimi and sushi, Chinese à la carte dishes, rice and noodles, and desserts, with as many rounds as you can finish. The catch: it's a Citi Cardmember eVoucher, claimed on the Citi Mobile App on a first-come-first-served basis, valid 1–31 July 2026 while stocks last. Here's the full menu tier, the fine print, and how to claim it.

It's a 'Thank You For The 39 Years Of Trust' send-off as the East Coast flagship — where JUMBO started in 1987 — prepares to close on 30 September 2026, when its lease ends under NParks' East Coast Park rejuvenation. Confirmed on JUMBO Seafood's own promotions page and official '$39 Mud Crab' campaign poster: valid at the JUMBO Seafood East Coast Seafood Centre outlet only, daily, till 31 July 2026, while stocks last, dine-in only, and not stackable with other discounts, promotions or vouchers. Curry Times has brought back its much-requested Hainanese Curry Chicken Rice — and it comes with a free drink. From 2 to 31 July 2026, $9.90++ gets you a loaded plate: crispy chicken cutlet, braised chicken wing, Hainanese chap chye, a braised soy-sauce egg and fragrant rice, all under the brand's signature curry gravy — plus a complimentary Iced Lemon Tea with Grass Jelly thrown in. It's a proper one-plate meal at hawker-adjacent pricing, verified on Curry Times' own campaign poster (©2026 Curry Times). Available at four outlets — Novena Square (Velocity), Westgate, Changi Airport Terminal 3 and Terminal 4 — while stocks last. The catch: it's $9.90++ so GST and service charge are on top (roughly $11.65 nett), it runs only through 31 July, and the free drink is the fixed Iced Lemon Tea with Grass Jelly (not any-drink of your choice).

KFC's New Curry x Sambal Zinger — Prata-Bun Burger + Curry Dip, from $8.10 (à la carte) / $9.90 (meal), Till 18 Aug 2026
KFC Singapore has dropped its most local burger yet for National Day: the Curry x Sambal Zinger swaps the usual bun for crispy roti prata, stacks in a Zinger fillet, lettuce and sambal, and serves it with a tub of Chinese-style curry (with potato chunks) on the side to dip, dunk or pour. It's a proper multicultural mashup — Malay sambal, Indian prata, Chinese curry and the Western Zinger in one — priced at $8.10 à la carte or $9.90 as a meal (with fries + a drink). The full Curry x Sambal series runs 8 July to 18 August 2026 at all KFC outlets except Singapore Zoo, for dine-in, takeaway and delivery (GrabFood, foodpanda, KFC Delivery), while stocks last. 7-Eleven Is Giving Away 2,500 FREE Sandwiches Islandwide — Wed 8 July, From 8am, First 50 Per Store
Set an early alarm: on Wednesday, 8 July 2026, 7-Eleven Singapore is giving away 2,500 FREE ready-to-eat sandwiches islandwide — no membership, no app, no minimum spend. This is the opening act of 7-Eleven's new 'Find the Good Stuff' campaign, which is handing out free ready-to-eat items every Wednesday through July (packed meals, onigiri and wraps on the following weeks). Here's the confirmed store list by region, exactly how to redeem, and the fine print to check before you queue.

7 Best Pizza Deals & Promotions in Singapore (September 2026): Cheapest Pizza from S$3, Pizza Hut's S$5 Monday Pan Pizza, Domino's S$5.99 Pickup
Craving pizza without the guilt of the bill? We re-read every brand's own ordering system on 8 September 2026, and the cheapest pizza in Singapore is still Pizza Hut's Takeaway Pocket Pleasers: S$3 personal, S$6 regular, S$10 large. What is new this month is a set of day-of-the-week deals almost no roundup lists. Me-Time Monday puts a personal pan pizza at S$5, Takeaway Tuesday and Wednesday drops a full large pizza to S$10 (U.P. S$35.05), and both are self-collection only. Domino's all-day pickup holds at S$5.99 and Canadian's 2-for-1 still starts at S$22, or S$20 on self-collection. Both of August's deadlines have now passed: Pizza Hut's S$61 National Day Bundle and Canadian's SAFRA Book Out Bundle are gone, and the one Pizza Hut coupon has rotated to OCBC3OFFSEP.

Taiwan-street-snack favourite Shihlin is marking International Fried Chicken Day with a simple deal: buy one XXL Crispy Chicken, get your second one at 50% OFF — three days only, Monday to Wednesday, 6–8 July 2026, across all outlets islandwide (per Shihlin Singapore's official site, shihlin.sg). The XXL Crispy Chicken is their hand-sized signature — crunchy outside, juicy inside, dusted in that addictive six-spice coating — and third-party menu listings put it around $8.30 a la carte, so the second at half price works out to roughly $12+ for two instead of ~$16.60 (prices vary by outlet — confirm when you order). It's a 'limited time only' promo tied to Fried Chicken Day (Mon 6 Jul), so don't leave it to the last minute.

6 Best Durian Delivery Services in Singapore 2026: MSW From $31.20 a Box, Durian Delivery Cuts to $51.20 (1 Sep Update)
Prices moved in BOTH directions since our 20 August check, which has not happened all season. Durian Delivery Singapore cut its entire board about 20%: the 800g Mao Shan Wang box is $51.20, down from $64, and its per-kg badge fell from $20 to $16. It also widened from 5 fresh lines to 7, adding an XO D24 box at $48 (the cheapest fresh box on this page) and a Gua Musang Black Thorn at $57.60. Durian 36 went the other way and raised every Mao Shan Wang line by $2/kg: MSW is back to $24/kg from $22, Old Tree $28, Raja Kunyit $30. Its cheap tier held at $17/kg. Fresh Durian raised its discount instead of its prices, swapping the 35% code for FD40%DIS26, which takes a 400g MSW box from $52 to $31.20 and makes it the cheapest Mao Shan Wang delivered anywhere here. Its free-delivery threshold also settled at $100, not the $105 we carried. Royal Durian is still sold out. And the season is closing: 99 Old Trees now dates its Pahang supply to early September, with Mao Shan Wang the only one of its 16 varieties still badged In Season.

What follows: Prata Goreng at $2.34 (U.P. $6) from 8–14 Jul; the headline Plain Prata at $0.61 and Egg Prata at $0.99 from 15–21 Jul; the Chicken Floss Prata Special at $2.46 (U.P. $6.30) from 22–28 Jul; and the Mini Ultimate Murtabak at $6.10 from 29 Jul–4 Aug. NDP Sales 2026 Singapore: The NDP Coupons Still Redeemable in September, Plus What's Left of SG61
National Day is over, but the SG61 season is not, and this is the part most guides stop updating. The best thing left is also the most misunderstood: the free NDP coupons are still live, and we have gone through the actual booklet rather than describing it. Re-checked on 2 September, these still work: Shihlin's Signature Mee Sua and drink at $6.10 and Domino's $1 Large Pizza (code 229715) to 30 Sep, $10 off a $100 spend at COURTS to 14 Sep, 20% off the Lee Kong Chian Natural History Museum to 30 Sep, Delifrance's $6.10 Signature Sandwich or Pie to 31 Oct, and giga!'s GIGANDP2026 taking the $19.90 5G plan to $13.90 a month for three months, to 31 Dec. Sony has rotated in a fresh September code set. The museum free-entry, Harry's and Coffee Bean coupons now read FULLY REDEEMED, because a good number of these coupons are capped by volume rather than by date.

8 Best Steakhouses in Singapore 2026: Prices, Best Affordable Steak and the $39++ Steak Buffet
We read all eight steakhouses' own menus in August 2026, re-checked them in September, and priced them properly. The cheapest steak in the guide is ASTONS' Prime Sirloin at $20.90 with two sides, not the ~$18 every roundup still quotes. Collin's, the other value chain, is dearer than ASTONS once its 10% service charge and GST land. Morton's publishes $102 for a 6oz filet and $136 for a 16oz ribeye before service and GST, so its real floor is well above $120 a head. And Singapore does have a steak buffet: Barossa at VivoCity pours unlimited Josper-grilled Black Angus striploin at $39++ on weekdays.

Best Hotpot in Singapore 2026: 6 Restaurants Compared, from S$23.90++ AYCE to Halal and Premium Picks
Singapore hotpot in 2026 runs from a S$20++ two-person lunch set at Imperial Treasure Steamboat to S$90/pax collagen-broth dinners at Beauty in The Pot. We re-verified every price against the restaurant's own menu in September 2026 and mapped 6 spots across three tiers: premium a la carte, service-led a la carte, and AYCE value buffets. One change this month: Shabu Sai is out, dropped from parent company Creative Eateries' own brand list with its website dead, and halal-certified Suki-Suki Hot Pot takes the budget-AYCE slot. Includes Seoul Garden's full buffet ladder (S$24.90++ weekday lunch, S$15.90++ for students, seniors and NSmen), Suki-Ya's S$23.90++ 80-minute lunch, Haidilao's S$29.90++ student set, and Beauty in The Pot's 30%-off supper deal.

6 Best Korean BBQ Restaurants in Singapore 2026: Wang Dae Bak, Seorae, 8 Korean BBQ, Don Dae Bak & More
Singapore's Korean BBQ scene keeps thinning (Daessiksin, Kim Dae Mun and now Magal BBQ have all closed), so we re-checked every pick against official sites in August 2026. Six that are genuinely still grilling: charcoal at Wang Dae Bak (three outlets, plus free meat when you order two), Seorae (five malls, galmaegisal from S$24.90/150g), CheongDamChae in the Telok Ayer unit Magal left behind, set-menu 8 Korean BBQ at Clarke Quay + Shaw Centre, and two buffets, Don Dae Bak's charcoal AYCE at a flat S$34.90 adult and ManNa at SingPost Centre from S$29.80++.

Best Singapore Promos & Deals This Month, September 2026: TRIP.COM'S 9.9 MEGA SALE PUTS S$199 OFF IN ITS OWN PAGE TITLE, BUT THAT COUPON IS BUSINESS AND FIRST CLASS ONLY, THE ECONOMY ONE IS S$69 OFF S$700, AND EVERY FLASH FARE IS APP-ONLY
Updated 9 Sep: our running list of live Singapore deals, sorted by urgency. NEW THIS MORNING, AND IT SHUTS ON SATURDAY 12 SEPTEMBER: Trip.com Singapore's 9.9 Mega Sale is live, and its own terms page (promotion ID SG-47083) fixes the window at 9 to 12 September 2026, Singapore time, both dates inclusive. The page is titled "9.9 Mega Sale: S$199 OFF on Flights & More Deals" and every roundup has lifted that number into a headline, but Trip.com's own 9.9 cheat sheet puts the S$199 flight coupon on Business and First Class only, and gives the same S$199 again as a DBS and POSB cardholder voucher at 12AM daily. The coupon an economy booker can use is S$69 off a minimum spend of S$700, which is 9.9% at the threshold and 5.75% on a S$1,200 fare, or 9% off capped at S$30, whose cap binds at S$333. The second thing nobody prints is that this page releases by clock time rather than by date: the S$69 and S$109 coupons dropped at 12AM, the S$399 nett Singapore to Beijing fare at 9AM, the S$199 nett Singapore to Manila fare at 1PM and JB hotels from S$39 a night at 3PM. Every one of those flash sales is app-only by Trip.com's own terms, so a desktop browser cannot reach them, and the overseas hotel flash price is capped at a two-night stay. Only 9 September carries the full coupon stack; 10 to 12 September keep the daily 4PM attractions, 5PM China tours and 7PM new-user hotel voucher. CLOSING TONIGHT AT 11.59PM: Crocs' 30% off almost everything online, where only one shoe of 41 is really 50% off. DIES TOMORROW (THU 10 SEP): LAC's 9.9 ladder, Nike's 9.9 sale whose 336-item Buy-2 rail is a flat 50%, adidas' extra 30% in cart, Decathlon's Smashing Sale and Sheng Siong's Rivervale Mall opening prices. STARTS TOMORROW: Pizza Hut's 90-minute all-you-can-eat buffet at $19.95++ dine-in, the Winter Time sale at Expo Hall 5A, and SUSHIRO x Pokemon. STILL LIVE: Sa Sa's app-only 9.9 codes to 11 Sep, where the flat $10 delivery fee is bigger than either coupon and everything you add between $76 and $80 is free; Starbucks at 25% off storewide to 13 Sep on a minimum 2 items; Xin Cuisine's 1-for-1 mooncakes at $42 a box, orders to 21 Sep; and I'm Kim's Student 1-for-1 KBBQ at about $9.53 nett a head to 13 Sep. Two deals that closed with 8 September have been removed: 7-Eleven's $1 Deals and Must Buy Lobang, and KFC's free Milo Dabao plush eco bag.

10 Best Things to Do in Sentosa (2026): Universal Studios, Singapore Oceanarium, Adventure Cove, Beaches & More
Sentosa packs ~12 km² with theme parks, beaches, luxury hotels, casinos, golf courses, and adventure activities — Singapore's only resort island. We mapped 10 things to do across budget tiers: Universal Studios Singapore (now with Minion Land), the Singapore Oceanarium (the rebuilt, 3× bigger replacement for S.E.A. Aquarium), Adventure Cove Waterpark, SkyHelix open-air panoramic ride, MegaZip at Mega Adventure, Skyline Luge, Wings of Time night show, the 3 beaches (Siloso/Palawan/Tanjong), AltitudeX indoor skydiving (formerly iFly), and free walking trails. Plus a full Sentosa free entry rundown, a beach-by-beach guide to Siloso/Palawan/Tanjong, transport (Sentosa Express vs cable car vs Sentosa Boardwalk) plus ticket bundling. Every price was re-checked against each operator's own booking store on 7 September 2026: the month-banded USS ticket is S$76 this month against S$89 in August, the Singapore-residents 3-for-S$110 Oceanarium deal runs only to 30 September, SkyHelix has quietly repriced its counter ticket up to S$25, and both cable car lines close for annual maintenance on dated windows in September.

8 Best Dim Sum Restaurants in Singapore (2026): From Tim Ho Wan Michelin Casual to Imperial Treasure Premium
Singapore's dim sum scene runs the full range, from Hong Kong-imported casual chains (Tim Ho Wan) to premium Cantonese kitchens (Imperial Treasure, Crystal Jade Golden Palace, Yan Ting at St Regis). We mapped 8 SG dim sum destinations across budget tiers: Tim Ho Wan (S$28/pax), Swee Choon (S$22/pax, open till 2am, or 4am Fri/Sat), Yum Cha (S$32/pax), Red Star (S$28/pax, old-school cart service), Crystal Jade Golden Palace (S$58/pax), Imperial Treasure Fine Teochew/Cantonese (S$68/pax), Hai Tien Lo at Pan Pacific (S$72/pax), Yan Ting at St Regis (weekend dim sum brunch from S$168++/pax). Best for: weekend family dim sum, business lunch, special occasion brunch.

9 Best Cafes in Singapore (2026) — Led by Apartment Coffee, Asia's No.1: Specialty Coffee, Work-From-Cafe Spots & Brunch Cafes
Singapore has ~500+ independent cafes — we mapped 9 that consistently deliver beyond just the coffee. If you only want the single best cafe in Singapore, it is Apartment Coffee on Selegie Road: the only SG entry on The World's 100 Best Coffee Shops 2026, ranked No.6 globally and No.1 in Asia for the second year running — though it opens Friday to Tuesday only, 10am-4.30pm, and is closed Wednesdays and Thursdays. The rest spread across specialty roasters (Common Man, Nylon, Sarnies), brunch-cafe hybrids (PS.Cafe, Wild Honey, Atlas Coffeehouse), and heritage gems (Chye Seng Huat Hardware, The Coffee Academics). Cost range: S$5-8 for a flat white; S$18-38 for cafe brunch mains, and at Common Man, Chye Seng Huat and Sarnies those are pre-GST, pre-service-charge menu prices. Best for: digital nomad work-from-cafe, weekend morning catch-up, post-lunch coffee dates, specialty coffee discovery.

7 Best Date Night Restaurants in Singapore (2026): The Most Romantic Rooms, Every Price Re-Verified
7 Singapore restaurants where the room, the food and the service ritual make a proper date night rather than just dinner. Every price here was re-read on each venue's own site on 31 August 2026, and four of the seven had moved. The range runs from a S$26 Margherita at Cicheti to Cloudstreet's S$398++ eight-course tasting, and the cheapest sit-down on the list is Bottega di Carna's S$30++ two-course weekday lunch. Includes Cicheti (Kandahar St), Esquina (Jiak Chuan), Atlas Bar (Parkview Sq), Saint Pierre (One Fullerton), Bottega di Carna (Duxton Hill), Burnt Ends (Dempsey) and Cloudstreet (Amoy St). Best for anniversaries, proposals and special-occasion dating.

8 Best Brunch Spots in Singapore (2026) — From Wild Honey All-Day Breakfast to PS.Cafe Iconic Sundays
Singapore's brunch culture spans Aussie-style all-day cafes, Tiong Bahru patisseries, and Dempsey-tier weekend destinations. We rounded up 8 brunch spots that consistently deliver: Wild Honey (Mandarin Gallery), Common Man Coffee Roasters (Martin Rd), PS.Cafe (Harding Road Dempsey + Palais Renaissance), Tiong Bahru Bakery (Eng Hoon St), Carrotsticks & Cravings (Robertson Quay), Sarnies (Telok Ayer), Symmetry (Jln Kubor), and Atlas Coffeehouse (Bukit Timah). Price spread S$12-$36/pax, though only two of the eight quote prices you actually pay — most are before 10% service charge and GST. Best for: weekend family brunch, work-from-cafe productive mornings, dating without dinner-rate commitment.

Great Singapore Sale 2026: There Isn't One. What Replaced It + the Year End Sale Dates That Matter
Short answer on GSS 2026: there is no islandwide Great Singapore Sale any more. The Singapore Retailers Association stopped organising the GSS after 2022 and replaced it with the Singapore Retail Festival, whose 2026 edition ran 4-26 July, with festival grounds at Ngee Ann City Civic Plaza over three themed weekends to 19 July and a closing weekend that moved to Funan and Bugis Street. That means no single June-to-August sale window and no centralised launch date: malls and retailers now run their own promotions on their own calendars. This guide explains what actually changed, plus the 8 brand categories still worth watching (Takashimaya, Tangs, Apple Singapore, Sephora + Watsons, Uniqlo + Zara, Best Denki + Courts, Books Kinokuniya, and mall-wide events at VivoCity, Jewel, MBS, Ion and Paragon), with a discount-stacking method and tourist GST refund steps. Updated 2 September 2026: with National Day over, the whole calendar now points at the year end sale run, and the dates to plan around are 9.9 on 9 September, Amazon Prime Big Deal Days in October, 10.10, 11.11, Black Friday on 27 November and 12.12. We re-checked Apple's Back to School offer, which is still live and still gives AirTags rather than the AirPods or Apple Pencil most guides list, and corrected the Mac mini education price after Apple moved it to the M6 generation.

8 Best Cheap Lunch Sets in Singapore Under $15 (2026) — Long John Silver’s $5.30, Subway, IKEA, Saizeriya, Pepper Lunch & More
The everyday lunch list: 8 SG chain restaurants where the set lunch genuinely comes in under S$15 per pax — usable as a weekly rotation, not a once-in-a-while treat. Long John Silver's Golden Deals from S$5.30 (fish or chicken + a side + a regular drink, GST included, all day — the cheapest chain lunch in Singapore, and it is not Subway), Subway Everyday Value Meal S$6.80 (6-inch sub + cookie + drink, 5 select subs), IKEA plant balls combo S$6.90 with the free IKEA Family card, Saizeriya S$9.00 nett weekday set (Italian-Japanese, one flat price for all 9 sets, includes free-flow drink bar), MOS Burger S$9-11 (Japanese burger), Astons Specialities from S$10.90 (Western diner — the weekday-only lunch set is gone, prices are now all-day), Crystal Jade La Mian from S$9.80 before 10% service and GST, Pepper Lunch weekday set from S$11.90 (Japanese pepper rice, restaurants only). Prices re-verified 21 August 2026 — three widely-repeated claims corrected: Singapore has no Subway 'Sub of the Day', IKEA's S$5.50 meal is a student deal rather than an IKEA Family one, and Subway is no longer the cheapest chain lunch in SG. Counterpart to our premium-tier lunch listicle ($22-$98 spread).

5 Best Personal Accident Insurance Plans in Singapore (2026) — Real Yearly Premiums From S$92.82, Compared
Every other roundup tells you to "get a quote" because personal accident premiums depend on your age and job. Three of these five insurers publish their actual rate card, and we have put the numbers in: Income PA Secure is S$92.82 a year for an individual (S$146.22 for the tier that pays the S$2,000 medical limit most listicles quote at the S$0.25-a-day price), Income PA Assurance runs S$233.26 to S$1,045.31 across five tiers, FWD Life PA is S$168.95 for S$100,000 of cover and S$640.92 for S$500,000, and AIA Solitaire PA (II) starts at S$0.62 a day, which is S$226.30 a year. Tiq's PA35 code takes 35% off till 26 October 2026, and Income has 10% off PA Secure to 31 December. FWD's LIFEPA20 code expired on 31 August and FWD has not published a replacement. Re-verified against all five insurers' own product pages, brochures and promotion T&Cs on 24 August 2026.

Best Set Lunch Singapore 2026: 6 Weekday & Weekend Lunch Set Menus, From $14.17 Nett to a $98 Michelin Tasting
Six SG restaurants where the set lunch price is genuinely the cheat-code of the menu, same kitchen, same chefs, same plating, materially lower per-head spend versus the dinner equivalent. Spread from Atlas Coffeehouse's $14.17 brunch plate in Bukit Timah to Burnt Ends' ~$98 lunch tasting at Dempsey. Includes Saveur (French casual, 3-course from $28+ at Purvis Street, and now confirmed open seven days), Le Bistrot du Sommelier (its TGV Lunch Set is $48, not the $38 every roundup including ours had guessed), Origin Grill at Shangri-La (Executive Set Lunch $42++ for 2 courses, $48++ for 3, price held on the September menu) and Wolfgang's Steakhouse at Robertson Quay ($45++ Wolfgang Experience lunch course, served daily). Also converts every ++ price to what you actually pay, says which of these serve weekend and Sunday lunch sets, and which areas of Singapore each sits in. Best for: affordable set lunch hunting, 1-on-1 work lunches you want to elevate without the dinner-rate spend, low-key dating that punches above weight, or first-time sampling of a high-end kitchen before committing to a dinner reservation.

Top 10 Hokkien Mee Stalls in Singapore (2026): 3 Bib Gourmands, the Real Late-Night Pick, Best Dry Plate
Wok-fired yellow noodles and bee hoon, soaked in prawn stock, finished with crispy lard, sambal and a wedge of calamansi. We re-checked all ten stalls in September 2026 against their own live listings: three hold a 2026 Michelin Bib Gourmand, three sell a plate at S$5, and the stall everyone calls the late-night pick now shuts at 10pm. The one that genuinely fries past 10pm is Singapore Fried Hokkien Mee at Whampoa, until 11.30pm, and it was missing from every version of this guide until now.

Top 10 Best Wanton Mee Stalls in Singapore (2026): Every Address, Opening Hours and Price, by Area

We ranked the 10 best stalls for 2026 and grouped them by area, with every address, opening time, rest day and price re-checked on 4 September. Two corrections most guides still get wrong: Eng's has left Tanjong Katong for 360 Joo Chiat Road, and Fei Fei is no longer 24 hours (it now runs 6am to 2:30am), so no famous-name wanton mee in Singapore trades round the clock.

11 Best Roti Prata in Singapore (2026): Hours, Halal Status and the 3 Genuinely 24-Hour Prata Shops

8 Best Ramen Shops in Singapore (2026): Tonkotsu, Tantanmen and Every Tsukemen Worth Ordering
Tsuta's truffle shoyu is S$16.80 on Tsuta's own menu, not the S$22-25 everyone quotes. Takagi has repriced its entire menu: the house tonkotsu is now S$10.90, not S$7.90. Marutama has started publishing prices, and its ION Orchard shop quietly sells two tsukemen nobody lists. Ramen Keisuke still gives unlimited free kaedama every Monday at seven outlets. We ranked the 8 best ramen shops in Singapore for 2026, with signature bowls, prices read off each brand's own menu, current outlets, and exactly where to get tsukemen and tantanmen.

Charcoal-toasted bread, pandan-fragrant kaya, a slab of cold butter, half-boiled eggs and a thick local kopi. Every price and opening hour here was re-checked against each shop's own listings on 8 September 2026, including Ya Kun's Far East Square flagship, now reopened after its renovation closure.

10 Best Halal Restaurants in Singapore (2026): Non-Malay Cuisine, From Korean BBQ to Halal Dim Sum
Halal Korean BBQ, dim sum, tze-char, Lanzhou beef noodles, North Indian and even halal French: Singapore's 10 best halal non-Malay restaurants for 2026, with every pick checked against the official MUIS eHalal register on 7 September 2026, not just the brand's own website. Eight of the ten are certified; Zam Zam and The White Label are Muslim-owned but are not on the register, and one Tongue Tip outlet every roundup lists isn't either. Plus Captain Kim's two outlet-specific price tables (the same weekend lunch buffet is S$20.90++ at Clementi and S$28.90++ at Junction 10 and Tampines), the September 2-for-1 that replaced its expired early bird, is Tim Ho Wan halal, and which halal restaurants opened in 2026.

Ten hotpot and steamboat restaurants in Singapore, every price and outlet re-checked against each brand's own menu, store list and promo terms on 5 September 2026. Haidilao is a 15-outlet chain (not the 20 usually quoted) with five branches serving until 6am. Beauty in The Pot publishes its full soup-base table (from $22.80 a pot, plus a compulsory $3.80/pax condiment charge), is down to four outlets, and now takes 30% off ingredients after 10pm. Captain Kim's $12.90++ early bird is dead: the halal floor is $15.90++. Imperial Treasure, the priciest name here, quietly serves a $20++ lunch set. Plus Paradise Hotpot from $19.90/pax at the two malls people search for and cannot find.

10 Best Nasi Lemak in Singapore (2026): S$4 Hawker Plates to S$26 Atas Ones, and The Coconut Club's S$9 Plate Is Gone
Crispy ikan kuning, fluffy coconut rice, and sambal that punches above its weight. We ranked Singapore's 10 best nasi lemak from queue-worthy hawker stalls to high-end interpretations of the Malay classic, then re-read every price and closing day against each place's own menu on 4 September 2026. The Coconut Club's current menu still does not list the S$9 Traditional plate at all, so the cheapest nasi lemak at the atas pick is the S$17 otah and the signature ayam goreng berempah is S$22, both before GST and 10% service. Two things moved since our August check: Crave's operator now claims 35 outlets rather than 43, and No. 1 Adam's at Adam Road trades 8.30am to 1pm, not to 2pm.

Which Ride-Hailing App Is Cheapest in Singapore? All 7 Compared for 2026, Including the Hidden Fees That Flip the Ranking
Is Grab still worth it, or should you switch to Gojek, TADA, Ryde, CDG Zig, Geolah or Trans-Cab? Seven operators now hold a full Ride-hail Service Operator Licence from LTA, and what changed most in 2026 is not the fare. It is the two fixed charges bolted on top of it. Every operator raised its platform fee at the start of the year, and then four of them added a fuel surcharge on top: Grab and Gojek at 90 cents a trip, TADA at 90 cents to S$1.20 and CDG Zig at 50 to 80 cents, all extended to 30 September 2026 and passed to drivers in full. That makes Grab's real fixed cost S$2.10 a trip, not the S$1.20 platform fee most people quote, although Grab's is the surcharge that skips Standard and metered taxi rides. Two more charges never make it onto a comparison table: Trans-Cab's Smile Ride quietly runs its own S$0.60 driver fee to the same 30 September date on top of a platform fee that starts at S$0.80, and Ryde and Trans-Cab both bill a percentage transaction fee for paying by card, enough to cost Ryde the cheapest-app title above roughly a S$20 fare. Bigger still, and missing from every comparison we have seen: pay a metered ComfortDelGro or Trans-Cab taxi fare by credit card and 10% plus GST is added to it, which on a S$20 meter is more than any platform fee on this page. We compared every licensed ride-hailing app in Singapore on fares, platform fees, the fuel surcharge, card fees, driver commission and coverage.
