What makes this one worth a trip is the spread. Most pharmacy promotions push one hero SKU; this poster runs from supplements to toothpaste to shower gel, which means it works as a genuine restock run rather than a single-item errand.

  5. Today is Friday 31 July, so what's left is this evening plus Saturday and Sunday.

How to actually play it

Go in with a list of things you already use and would have bought twice anyway — that's the only version of a buy-one-get-one that saves money. The consumables (toothpaste, brushes, shower gel, shampoo) are the safe stock-ups; the big supplement bottles are the ones to check expiry dates on first, because 800 fish oil capsules or 240 liver-detox tablets is a long commitment.
