Cosmo Medical Spa does something most Singapore spas and aesthetic chains refuse to do: it prints the whole price list, trials included, on its own website. The brand sits under Theresa Holdings and runs two HDB shopfronts, at Hougang Central and Clementi Ave 3, which is also why the numbers undercut most mall operators.

Prenatal massage: $58 on a weekday
The 60-minute prenatal massage à la carte price is $118; the first trial is $58 on weekdays and $68 on weekends, a split the spa's team confirmed to us (the website prints the $58 trial rate). A 90-minute first trial goes for $98 (U.P. $158), and the Belly Care add-on trials at $38 (U.P. $68).
One structural catch: home visits are only sold as packages of 5 sessions and up, so the trial pricing is strictly an outlet visit.
Facials: every trial price is published
The facial menu lists a first-trial price against every usual price, which makes comparison shopping unusually easy:

The CO2 Oxygen Facial at $68 against a $238 usual price is the biggest single markdown on the menu. The spa's team says trial sessions include an AI skin analysis.
Laser hair removal: flat 50% off the first session
The discounted first-trial grid is printed straight on the treatment page: mini areas $28 (upper lip, chin, fingers or toes, eyebrow), small areas $38 (underarm, bikini line, jawline or neck), medium areas $58, which include the full Brazilian covering the VIO area, an upper or lower leg and the tummy, large areas $68 (full face or scalp, full legs, full back, full arms), and men's specialised areas at $78 (Boyzilian, chest). The page states these prices exclude GST.
Fat freeze: $68 a cup against $250
The cryolipolysis first trial is $68 per regular applicator cup; the published usual prices are $250 for a regular cup and $338 for the large cup. A session runs about 30 to 60 minutes per area with minimal downtime, per the treatment page.
The fine print
- Everything is before GST. Add 9%: a $58 trial is $63.22 nett, $68 is $74.12, $98 is $106.82.
- Trial prices are outlet-only. Prenatal home visits start at 5-session packages.
- No cash. From our earlier checks of this brand, outlets take card or e-payment only.
- Two outlets: Blk 806 Hougang Central #01-152 (6386 2322) and Blk 443 Clementi Ave 3 #02-65/67 (6776 8663), Mon-Fri 10am-9pm, Sat/Sun/PH 10am-7pm. The former Toa Payoh branch has come off the brand's own outlet list.
