Postnatal massage prices in Singapore are quoted as packages, so we divided every provider's own published rate by its sessions, and re-read every one on 12 October 2026. AllTenTic's 10-day home jamu package is the cheapest at $102.80 a session with transport included, PNSG is close behind with a genuine trial first session, and Cosmo's $78 outlet trial is the cheapest way to try one. The spread up to Nik's Bodywork is more than double, and two centres add a transport fee on every home visit.
Postnatal massage is sold by the package, and the per-session price swings by more than double between providers.

Running home-based jamu postnatal massage since 2008, AllTenTic prints its whole rate card and it is the lowest per-session price we could verify. The Signature Jamu Postnatal package is a 1-hour full-body jamu massage plus 10 minutes of jamu herbs (tapel, pilis and slimming cream) and bengkung binding: 5 days for $628, 7 days for $798 and 10 days for $1,028, which is $102.80 a session. Prices are nett with no GST and no transport charge anywhere in Singapore, except Sentosa (+$40 a day) and a short list of landed estates such as Seletar Hills and Swiss View (+$30 a day). Every package throws in a breast and lactation massage using heated stones, two baby-massage demo classes at home, a customised cloth binder worth $60 that you keep, and baby massage oil. You provide a mattress and towels, or rent their mobile massage bed at $85 for the whole package. The Royal package adds a 90-minute TCM meridian massage: 10 days (5 jamu + 5 meridian) for $1,968, 12 days for $2,138 and 15 days for $2,368. Extra jamu sessions after a 10-day package are $100 each but must run straight on from the last day. PNSG is the one to pick if you are nervous about committing $1,000 to a stranger. The first session of every package counts as a trial: cancel after it and only $98 is kept from your Signature package deposit, with the balance refunded by bank transfer. The Signature Postnatal Massage is 60 minutes of massage plus 10 minutes of binding with tapel cream, at $698 for 5 sessions, $868 for 7 and $1,138 for 10 ($113.80 a session). The longer 90-minute lines cost more: Soothing is $1,528 for 10 sessions, Premium is $1,698 for 10 and adds slimming massage, a herbal hot compress, breast massage, a slimming ampoule and a customised binder, and Prestige is $2,398 for 15. PNSG says every package price is nett and includes transport, and all sessions are done at your home across Singapore. It starts 5 days after a vaginal delivery or 21 days after a caesarean. Its booking page also headlines a freebie bundle it values at over $3,000, itemised as $290 off a pelvic restoration trial session, a slimming and wellness treatment worth $279, $250 off helper hiring, $100 off 28 days of double lactation meals, a gift worth up to $168 and a $14.99 e-book, with the mix varying by package. Since our first check it has added a hybrid line, Eternal Elegance at $2,700, which pairs 10 home massages of 90 minutes with in-centre tummy and womb revitalisation, lymphatic detox and pelvic care. The hotline (+65 6417 9690) runs 9am to 6pm daily, and the office is at Ark@Gambas, 7 Gambas Crescent.BEST FOR: first-time mums who want a genuine exit after session one.

Mummy's Massage sells postpartum care rather than just a massage, and its packages read like a Malay confinement checklist. Deluxe is 5 sessions: $748 for daily postnatal massage (including womb and breast massage) with bengkung binding and belly herbs, or $888 once you add jamu postpartum treatments, a herbal bath, a herbal sitz bath and two heat therapy sessions. Premium is 7 sessions at $988, or $1,188 with four slimming thermotherapy sessions. The Royal Jamu package (full care plus slimming) is $1,588 for 10 sessions, $2,288 for 15 and $4,588 for 30, and the longer ones add vaginal peristeam. That puts it at roughly $149 to $159 a session, pricier than the two above, but more is done in each visit. Every package comes with a complimentary set made with Birth Matron: lemongrass or ginger massage oil, bengkung belly cream, a jamu herbal bath and a Batik Bengkung BellyBind, subject to availability. Custom packages are available, it says all its prices are nett with no hidden or additional charges, and it warns that slots are limited. Therapists come to you; its listed address is Sultan Plaza, 100 Jalan Sultan, and bookings go through WhatsApp (+65 9336 9747).BEST FOR: mums who want herbal baths, sitz baths and binding handled as one routine.

If you only want to find out whether postnatal massage suits you, Cosmo is the cheapest single session on this list. It blends jamu and TCM techniques (tui na, meridian work, binding and a jamu mask), and at its outlets the à la carte price is $108 for 60 minutes, $158 for 90 and $198 for 120. First-timers pay $78, $108 and $138 respectively. The catch is that trial prices apply only at the outlet, not for home visits, and home visits are sold only as 5, 7 or 10-session packages with transport and binders included (Cosmo quotes those on enquiry). It suggests starting 3 to 5 days after a natural birth or 21 days after a C-section, and 2 to 3 sessions a week. Outlets are at Toa Payoh Central (Blk 177), Clementi Avenue 3 (Blk 443) and Hougang Central (Blk 806). Cosmo is an aesthetic spa, so lactation massage, facials and slimming treatments are under the same roof.BEST FOR: a low-risk first session near an HDB town centre.

Madam Partum is the postpartum arm of Chien Chi Tow, the TCM heritage brand, so this is the pick for mums who would rather have tui na and meridian work than jamu. Post-partum massage is $120 for 60 minutes or $180 for 90 minutes at its Tanjong Katong Road (192-196) and Holland Avenue (265) centres, and it is also bookable at any Chien Chi Tow outlet island-wide, which adds Ang Mo Kio (Blk 452 Ave 10), Bendemeer (Blk 44), Redhill (Blk 78 Redhill Lane) and Jurong East (Blk 253 St 24). Home service adds $50 a trip, the CBD included, and $70 for Sentosa, though its own terms page prices the CBD at $70 as well, so confirm which rate applies before you book. Home visits are weekdays only (not public holidays), need 2 days' notice and a minimum 90-minute booking, so a home session really costs $230. Weekend and public holiday appointments need a non-refundable $20 deposit, and cancelling with less than 24 hours' notice counts as a session used. The saving is its e-Wallet: top up $500 for 5% off pre- and post-partum and wellness services, $1,000 for 10% off or $2,000 for 15% off, plus 5% off products, with the value valid for 12 months. On a $2,000 wallet, a 90-minute centre session drops to $153. It also sells 28-day confinement soup, tea and bath packs if you want the herbal side from the same source. Nik's Bodywork is the most expensive home service here, and it is upfront about it: its packages are sold online with the price on the page. Sessions are 75 minutes of traditional postnatal care with jamu belly binding, done at your home.PACKAGES: it renamed and repriced its range in late September. Signature Care is 10 sessions plus its Complete Essential Kit with U~Nik Shapewear (valued at $238) for $2,108, down from $2,298, and Nurture & Restore is 5 sessions plus the same kit for $1,248. Strip out the kit and you are still paying about $187 a session, close to double AllTenTic.THE ENTRY POINT: Gentle Recovery is 3 sessions plus U~Nik Shapewear for $718, and Nik's treats those first 3 sessions, booked on its website, as your deposit: your therapist then schedules sessions 4 to 10, and the balance is due before the 4th. A single trial session can also be arranged for a one-time $50 transport fee, credited back to your package if you continue.EXTRAS: complimentary lactation support comes with all three postnatal packages, which matters because Nik's sells that same session on its own for $210, and Tapil drops add $22.90. Addition is a women's wellness spa in the Wisma Atria office tower (435 Orchard Road, #17-05), and it suits the later stage of recovery rather than the first fortnight. Its Jamu Postnatal Slimming Massage combines jamu herbal pastes with Chinese massage techniques to target water retention, the abdomen and stretch marks, and it is aimed at mums 4 to 6 weeks postpartum. It costs $209 for 60 minutes or $269 for 90 minutes. Home service is possible on weekdays only (not public holidays), needs a minimum 90-minute booking and adds a $60 transport fee, or $80 for Sentosa, which makes a home session $329. Bookings need 2 days' notice and a 50% non-refundable deposit, and cancellations need 24 hours. The centre also runs a TCM herbal postnatal massage, a signature lactation massage and a Mum's Shape Up programme. Hours are 10am to 8pm on weekdays and 10am to 6pm on Saturdays, by appointment; closed Sundays and public holidays. WhatsApp +65 9776 3994. All seven providers were re-read on their own sites on 16 September 2026, three days after publication. Every package price held to the dollar, so the ranking and the per-session figures are unchanged. Three things did move.
Madam Partum is bookable in six places, not two. Its post-partum page states the massage can be had at Madam Partum Katong or at any Chien Chi Tow outlet island-wide, which adds Ang Mo Kio, Bendemeer, Redhill and Jurong East to Katong and Holland Village.
Its home-visit fee is cheaper than we had it, and narrower. The fee chart prices a normal booking at $50 with the CBD included, and only Sentosa at $70, where we had the CBD at $70 as well. Its terms page still says CBD and Sentosa are both $70, so the two contradict each other and it is worth confirming when you book. The same page limits home visits to weekdays, excluding public holidays, which we had not recorded.
PNSG and Nik's Bodywork include more than we credited. PNSG's booking page headlines a freebie bundle it values at over $3,000, and it has added a $2,700 Eternal Elegance package mixing home massages with in-centre treatments. Nik's includes complimentary lactation support, a $210 service on its own price list, with all three postnatal packages including the trial.
Every price above was read off the provider's own website on 13 September 2026, not from a directory or a review site, and re-read on 16 and 28 September and again on 12 October 2026. All seven are still trading; the only price move in a month was Nik's Bodywork cutting its 10-session package to $2,108 in October. Per-session figures are simply the package price divided by the number of sessions, so they include whatever extras come bundled (binders, kits, herbal baths). Providers change prices without notice, so confirm on WhatsApp before you pay a deposit.
We left out several well-reviewed names because they do not publish prices at all, including Beauty Mums & Babies and Babies Bellies, whose package pages ask you to message them for a quote.
Home or centre. In the first two weeks most mums are not leaving the house, which is why the jamu specialists (AllTenTic, PNSG, Mummy's Massage, Nik's Bodywork) come to you. Centres like Cosmo, Madam Partum and Addition are cheaper per session but add $50 to $80 a trip for home visits, or restrict home service to packages. Cosmo has three heartland outlets and Madam Partum can be booked at any Chien Chi Tow branch, so between them the centre option reaches most of the island.
Transport is the hidden line. AllTenTic, PNSG and Mummy's Massage all say their package prices are nett and include transport. Madam Partum and Addition charge it per visit, take home bookings on weekdays only and require a 90-minute minimum, so their true home price is $230 and $329 a session.
Timing. The providers here agree on roughly 5 days after a vaginal delivery and 21 days after a caesarean, and abdominal work is skipped until a C-section wound has healed. Check with your gynae first, especially after a complicated birth.
Consecutive days. Jamu packages are designed to run daily, and top-up sessions often must follow straight on from the last one. If you are also juggling a confinement nanny or visitors, book the start date around them.
Jamu or TCM. Jamu is a Malay and Indonesian oil massage finished with herbal pastes and bengkung binding. TCM postpartum massage (Madam Partum, and parts of Cosmo and Addition) uses tui na and meridian work. Plenty of mums mix both.
Home jamu packages work out to about $100 to $210 a session. The cheapest we verified, re-checked on 12 October 2026, is AllTenTic at $1,028 for 10 days ($102.80 a session, transport included), followed by PNSG at $1,138 for 10 ($113.80). Mummy's Massage runs about $149 to $159 a session, and Nik's Bodywork about $211 with a binding kit included. A single trial is cheapest at Cosmo Medical Spa, $78 for 60 minutes at its outlets.
Most providers here, including PNSG and Cosmo Medical Spa, say to wait about 21 days after a caesarean, compared with roughly 5 days after a vaginal delivery. Some will massage earlier but avoid the abdomen entirely until the wound heals. Get your gynae's clearance first.
It depends on the provider. AllTenTic and PNSG say their package prices include transport (AllTenTic adds $40 a day for Sentosa). Mummy's Massage says its prices are nett with no additional charges, and Nik's Bodywork adds nothing for travel on its packages; only a single standalone trial session carries a one-time $50 transport fee, credited back if you go on to buy a package. Madam Partum charges $50 a trip with the CBD included and $70 for Sentosa, though its terms page prices the CBD at $70 as well, and Addition charges $60 ($80 for Sentosa). Both take home bookings on weekdays only and require at least 90 minutes per home session. Cosmo only offers home visits as 5, 7 or 10-session packages with transport included.
Packages in Singapore come in 5, 7, 10 and 15 sessions, with some going to 30. Cosmo recommends starting with at least 6, and jamu providers design their packages to run on consecutive days during confinement. If you are unsure, PNSG's trial-first-session policy or Nik's Bodywork's 3-session Gentle Recovery package lets you test before committing.
