It bundles a 90-minute Intuitive Wellness Massage, breakfast (7-11am) or Sunday brunch (12-3pm) at Fiamma, use of the three cascading swimming pools from 8am to 7pm, and complimentary access to the purification water experiences + fitness centre, plus two discounts the write-ups miss: 20% off your total food and beverage bill at Fiamma, Bob's Bar and the pool menu (dine-in), and 10% off Auriga retail. Everything must be used on the day the pass is activated, and it cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts or loyalty programmes. That is a genuine hotel-spa day pass, not a treatment booking with facilities attached, worth knowing if you've been told Singapore hotel spas don't sell them. St. Regis's spa is the understated-luxury choice, quieter and less Instagram-flashy than Banyan Tree or Auriga, but with Tanglin's residential calm + the brand's signature butler-service ethos extended to spa visits.NAME NOTE: this spa now trades as ST.REGIS SPA: the old 'Iridium Spa' name has been retired brand-wide, though the design still nods to the historic Iridium Room at The St. Regis New York. Search 'Iridium Spa Singapore' and you'll land on the same place. THE CORRECTION THAT CHANGES THIS GUIDE (re-checked 10 Sep 2026): we said for months that St. Regis publishes no a la carte menu. Ikeda is Singapore's only proper Japanese-style spa with hinoki cypress baths (the wood prized for natural antibacterial + aromatic properties). Located in a heritage shophouse cluster at Bukit Timah, the setting alone is part of the value. Fall for Fuji Apple (Fuji apple hinoki onsen) from S$228+, up to 29% off; Japanese KEIRAKU dry head massage from S$88+, up to 44% off; and the HydraFacial trial from S$68+, up to 55% off, which is still the cheapest way in. The free onsen bath on a first visit now reads extended to 17 Oct 2026, and it keeps being rolled forward. The affordable Japanese onsen play, Yunomori sits inside Kallang Wave Mall (#02-17/18, 1 Stadium Place, now part of the rebranded THE KALLANG precinct, the mall keeps its own name) and offers a real multi-pool onsen circuit for a fraction of hotel-spa pricing.HOW MANY BATHS: 11 pools in total, five on the women's side (bubble, soda spa, jet, silk, cold) and six on the men's (the same five plus a hot bath up to 44°C). SAUNA: READ THIS BEFORE YOU GO: Yunomori's own pass terms state the SAUNA IS IN THE MALE ONSEN AREA ONLY. The steam room is available to everyone, but women booking specifically for a sauna session will not find one here, this is the single most common misunderstanding about Yunomori, and worth knowing before you pay. DAY PASS (re-verified 10 Sep 2026, GST-inclusive, no weekday/weekend split any more): S$49.05 adult, S$38.15 child aged 3-15 and senior 65+, unlimited time, includes locker + 1 set of towels + onsen yukata + amenities + relaxing lounge access. No reservation needed for onsen entry, and no re-entry once you leave. Passes bought online stay valid 12 months with no blackout dates.FREQUENT VISITORS: THERE IS A FLAT MONTHLY PASS NOW: Yunomori's promotions page has launched a MONTHLY UNLIMITED PASS at S$433.82 with GST, sold at the front desk only (there is no online listing). Do the division before you buy: at S$49.05 a visit it breaks even at nine visits a month, which is why Yunomori pitches it at people going more than twice a week, gym-goers using the hot and cold baths for recovery. Below that cadence, single passes win. OUTLETS (verified Jul 2026, the chain has consolidated, so ignore older guides listing Robertson Quay or Holland Village): WHEELOCK PLACE 501 Orchard Road #03-19 (6479 0070), GREAT WORLD 1 Kim Seng Promenade #03-107 (6468 1292), RAFFLES CITY 252 North Bridge Road #B2-24 (6333 9530). All three are MRT-adjacent, which is the practical argument for using them as your monthly spa.POSITIONING: between budget reflexology shops + hotel luxury spas, meaningful treatment quality, prices that allow monthly visits. REAL PRICES, FROM SPA ESPRIT'S OWN STORE (re-checked 10 Sep 2026 (these are exact, not '~'): every full-body massage is S$120 single) Deep Tissue Relief, Classic Aromatherapy, Hot Stone, Tui Na, Muscle Relaxer and PRE-NATAL are all S$120, so our old ~S$140/75min prenatal figure was too high. The 'every Wednesday in July' free tea-house access has ended.ARAMSA IS 20 THIS YEAR, AND THAT IS WHERE THE VALUE MOVED: a S$20 NETT 15-minute add-on on any booking of an hour or more, first run 1 August to 30 September and now renewed from 1 October to 31 December 2026 (re-checked 5 Oct 2026). It is now a Jing Botanics scalp treatment when added to a body or facial therapy, or bojin when added to a facial (gua sha has dropped off the list), it is add-on only and cannot be booked on its own, and you have to reserve by phone on 6456 6556 quoting "$20 Special".A CONTRADICTION TO SETTLE ON THE PHONE: the add-on's own terms say it CAN be used in conjunction with other ongoing promotions, which would make a S$118 weekday massage plus S$20 scalp treatment a S$138 booking of about 90 minutes. Two rules that catch people: admission is ONE entry only, and there is NO RE-ENTRY once you leave the premises, so a 24-hour pass is 24 hours inside, not 24 hours of coming and going. Auriga has a new September menu: the moon rituals are S$650++ (were S$610++), the 120-minute Vibrational Sound Therapy is S$470++ and the Rejuvenating Body Treatment S$450++. Intuitive Wellness and Deep Tissue are now booked online from 90 minutes (S$330++), with 60 minutes on request only, so its S$230++ hour is now the prenatal massage or Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and the Mon-Thu non-peak rates moved to 120-minute treatments. Aramsa's S$20 Blossom Day Pass is live again: its terms now run to 31 December. Aramsa has also added a free kids session for a child with two paying adults (to 31 Oct) and a free exfoliation on paid treatments of 90 minutes or more (to 30 Dec). The one change: Ikeda's free first-visit onsen bath has been extended again, now to 24 Sep 2026. 5 Oct 2026 update: Aramsa's S$20 anniversary add-on has been renewed to 31 December, with a scalp treatment in place of gua sha; Tuning into Harmony ended on 30 September and the Mandi Lulur ginger ritual (S$298 single / S$448 couple, Mon-Fri) runs to 30 December in its place; and Ikeda's free first-visit onsen bath now reads extended to 5 October.
Prices re-checked against each spa's own site on 10 Sep 2026. Seven of the eight publish a real menu online. Auriga's booking system, Ikeda, Spa Esprit's store, Yunomori's store, G.Spa's PDF price list, Aramsa's promotions page and now St. Regis's own PDF rate card all carry exact figures, so nearly every number below is exact rather than indicative. Only Banyan Tree still withholds its menu, which is why its treatment prices alone are marked "~". Note the quoting basis differs: Yunomori, G.Spa, Aramsa and Spa Esprit quote nett, Ikeda quotes before 9% GST, and Auriga, St. Regis and Banyan Tree quote ++, so a S$195++ St. Regis hour is about S$234 once service charge and GST land.
Four things changed since our last check, and the first one rewrites the guide: St. Regis publishes a full rate card after all, as a 10-page PDF behind its Menus page, and a 60-minute Relaxation massage on it is S$195++, which takes the cheapest-hotel-spa-hour title off Auriga's S$230++; its seasonal ritual is also renamed The Revitalising Escape, same S$278++ for 75 minutes, now dated 1 Sep to 31 Oct. Ikeda has retired the Ramune summer package and replaced it with Fall for Fuji Apple from S$228+. G.SPA has a new first-timer rate of S$114 nett for 90 minutes against a usual S$228, which is cheaper than its own S$138 hour. And Aramsa's In Bloom day has passed, leaving the S$20 nett anniversary add-on, now renewed to 31 December, as the live offer, with the stacking caveat below. Still true, and still the thing readers get wrong: Yunomori's sauna is on the men's side only, the steam room is for everyone, the sauna is not.

The short answer: if you specifically want a sauna you can sit in for as long as you like, G.SPA at S$88 is the only 24-hour option, and it's the one to pick if you're a woman searching for a sauna, Yunomori's is on the men's side only. If you want sauna as part of a luxury circuit, book any 60+ minute treatment at a hotel spa and arrive 45 minutes early.

Marina Bay Sands states that Banyan Tree Spa is reserved exclusively for in-house hotel guests, and its own page gives the location as Hotel Tower 2, Level 5 rather than the Level 55 room the views were famous for. It was open to the public in previous years, so older guides (and older versions of this one) are out of date. AURIGA AT CAPELLA IS THE EASIEST NON-GUEST OPTION: it sells an outright Wellness Discovery Day Pass at S$460++ per person, or S$560++ with Sunday brunch instead of breakfast (both Sun-Thu 8am-8pm, and both S$10 dearer than earlier in 2026). Everything must be used on the activation day and it cannot be combined with other offers. IKEDA SPA: every promotion on its page, the S$68 HydraFacial trial, the S$88 KEIRAKU head massage, the S$228+ Fall for Fuji Apple package, is for FIRST-TIME customers who are LOCAL RESIDENTS, and Ikeda states outright that its introductory spa promotions are not for visitors to Singapore; proof of residency is required. Tourists pay the full menu instead (from S$100 for a 30-minute hinoki bath, S$220 for a signature massage), and Ikeda's bundled packages are the intended tourist route. G.SPA: the S$138 first-timer 60-minute massage is restricted to SINGAPORE CITIZENS AND PERMANENT RESIDENTS only, work pass, dependant's pass, student pass and visit pass holders are explicitly excluded, and ID is checked on arrival. Anyone can still buy the S$88 24-hour admission. SPA ESPRIT: the from-S$110 trials are for new customers who are residents, capped at two per category, valid three months, non-transferable and not stackable. ARAMSA: its weekday specials need a phone booking on 6456 6556 with the promo quoted, are Mon-Thu excluding public holidays and their eves, and the S$118 massage is redeemable only once every six months per person. WHAT IS OPEN TO EVERYONE: Aramsa's S$20 Blossom Day Pass (to 31 Dec 2026), Yunomori's S$49.05 day pass, G.Spa's S$88 admission, Capella's S$460++ Wellness Discovery Day Pass, St. Regis's S$278++ Revitalising Escape and every spa's standard menu. WHAT IS CLOSED TO EVERYONE EXCEPT HOTEL GUESTS: Banyan Tree Spa at Marina Bay Sands.
THE SPAS ON THIS LIST DO NOT QUOTE ON THE SAME BASIS, WHICH IS WHY COMPARING HEADLINE NUMBERS MISLEADS. NETT (what you see is what you pay): YUNOMORI: S$49.05 adult day pass and every massage price on its store are GST-inclusive (the pass is S$45 before GST). G.SPA: its printed price list states all prices include GST, so S$88 admission and S$188 for a 60-minute Gateway to Vitality are the real totals, and treatments already include the admission. ARAMSA: all promotion terms say prices include GST, so S$118 is S$118. SPA ESPRIT: store prices are the charged prices. BEFORE 9% GST: IKEDA: its promotion terms state prices exclude GST, so a S$228+ Fall for Fuji Apple package is about S$249 paid, and a S$220 signature massage about S$240. PLUS 10% SERVICE CHARGE AND GST (the '++' spas): CAPELLA AURIGA, ST. REGIS and BANYAN TREE. Do the arithmetic before you commit: Auriga's S$230++ 60-minute prenatal or lymphatic treatment is about S$276 all-in, the S$460++ Wellness Discovery Day Pass is about S$552, the S$560++ brunch version about S$672, St. Regis's S$278++ Revitalising Escape about S$333 and its S$195++ Relaxation hour about S$234. THE PRACTICAL RULE: a '++' price is roughly 20% higher than it looks (1.10 x 1.09 = 1.199), a 'nett' price is not, and that gap is big enough to change which spa is actually cheapest for you.
