The deal
SaladStop! calls it Real Breakfast, Real Protein, and the pitch is simple: made-from-scratch egg breakfasts at a price that undercuts most CBD coffee runs. The $3.90 price applies to the breakfast menu:
- Egg pots (Beans & Mushroom, Smoked Salmon, Roasted Chicken): 233-240 kcal, 17-24g protein
- Quesadillas (Mushroom Olive, Roasted Chicken, Smoked Salmon with Herbs)
- Wraps (BLT, Roasted Chicken, Veggie)
- Breakfast burritos (Cheesy Veggie, Chicken Bacon)
The protein numbers are the story. Per SaladStop's own nutrition calculator, the Roasted Chicken Wrap carries 38.6g of protein and the Roasted Chicken Quesadilla 37.4g. At $3.90, that is roughly 10 cents per gram of protein, cheaper per gram than most protein shakes, and it comes as an actual breakfast.

The fine print (read this before you go)
- All four outlets are weekday stores. Per SaladStop's locations page, One George Street, Metropolis, CapitaSpring and Marina Bay Link Mall all close on Saturdays and Sundays. This is an office-breakfast deal by design.
- All four open at 8am on weekdays, so the promo window starts the moment the doors do. One George Street closes early on Fridays (4pm), which does not affect the morning.
- The outlet list was corrected mid-day. SaladStop's first email to us named Novena Square; its same-day correction and the official artwork both say One George Street. We publish the corrected list. If anything changes again, we will update this article.
- Hours are the window, not a suggestion. 8am to 10.30am; after 10.30am the menu reverts to usual prices.
