Châteraisé has opened its Teacher's Day Mix & Match: pick any 5 selected baked treats and pay S$11 for the lot — $2.20 a piece — from 14 August to 4 September 2026.
> Quick view: any 5 selected baked treats for S$11 ($2.20 each) · Châteraisé stores islandwide (30 on its own pickup list) · 14 Aug – 4 Sep 2026 · no minimum spend, no cap printed · subject to daily availability · but schools celebrate Teachers' Day on Thu 3 Sep, not 4 Sep.
What you're building
This is a mix-and-match at the counter, not a fixed gift set. Châteraisé's poster fronts three of the eligible items:
- Longevity Ring — the ring-shaped, layered baumkuchen-style bake, and the most gift-shaped thing in the line-up.
- Uji Matcha Bouchée — a soft bouchée sandwiching Uji matcha cream.
- Lemon Cake — a lemon sponge under a white glaze coat.
Under them the poster prints "More delicious treats available!", so the eligible list runs wider than these three — but Châteraisé hasn't published the full line-up on the artwork. Ask at the counter which items are in the promo on the day you go.
One practical reason this works as a gift: the featured items come from Châteraisé's oven-baked and Japanese baked ranges, not the chilled fresh-cream cakes. They box up and travel without needing to go straight into a fridge — which matters if the box is sitting in a school bag or a staff room for a few hours.
The date that actually matters — and it isn't 4 September
The poster ends the run on Friday 4 September, which is Teachers' Day 2026. That looks perfectly timed, and for a school gift it is one day too late.
Under the MOE calendar, Teachers' Day is a school holiday — schools are closed on 4 September, and the September break then runs 5 to 13 September. Schools therefore hold their concerts, class parties and gift-giving on the last school day before it: Thursday 3 September.
So:
- Giving it to a teacher at school → buy by Wed 2 or Thu 3 Sep at the latest.
- Giving it privately (tuition, music, enrichment teachers, or dropping it off yourself) → the full run to Fri 4 Sep is fine.
Going early is the safer play regardless: the eligible items are baked daily, and the selection is at its thinnest at the tail end of a 22-day promo.
The fine print
- 5 items for $11 — the price is for the set of five, not per item.
- Selected items only — three are named on the poster, the rest are unnamed; confirm in store.
- Subject to availability — daily bakes, so late afternoon leaves you fewer choices.
- No minimum spend, no per-customer cap and no outlet exclusions are printed on the poster.
- The poster doesn't state that the offer applies to online pickup or delivery orders — treat it as an in-store counter deal, and check before ordering online.
Where
Châteraisé's own pickup store list currently shows 30 Singapore outlets, and they are overwhelmingly heartland and suburban mall shops rather than town-centre ones — AMK Hub, Bedok Mall, Causeway Point, Chinatown Point, City Square Mall, The Clementi Mall, Funan, HDB Hub Toa Payoh, Hillion Mall, Hougang Mall, Jurong Point, Junction 8, Kampung Admiralty, Lot 1, Northpoint City, Novena Square 2, Oasis Terrace, Parkway Parade, Pasir Ris, SingPost Centre, Sengkang Grand Mall, Serangoon NEX, Sun Plaza, Tampines 1, The Seletar Mall, Thomson Plaza, Tiong Bahru, Waterway Point, West Mall and Westgate.
Is it worth it
At $2.20 an item, the honest position is that Châteraisé doesn't print the à-la-carte prices of the eligible items on this poster, so the headline saving isn't published — check the shelf tags when you're there. What is comparable is the chain's own precedent: SingPromos recorded a 10th-anniversary offer of five selected baked cakes for $10, run over just four days (1–4 Sep 2025). This year is a dollar more for the same item count but runs 22 days instead of four, which takes the day-of scramble out of it entirely.
For a class gift, $11 for a mixed five-piece box sits under most single-item bakery gift sets, and it divides cleanly when a few parents chip in.
