MOE's Term 3 break ended on Sunday 13 September 2026 and Term 4 resumed on Monday 14 September, and a school-holiday list is the kind of page that goes stale fastest, so this guide now covers only what is still live. The Minecraft Experience at Mandai closed for good on 13 September and has been removed: its own site now reads "The Portal Is Now Closed" and its booking page has no tickets. Six things remain, in deadline order, and two of them stop this month. Snow City shuts permanently on Wednesday 30 September, with Tuesday 29 and Wednesday 30 its final two days, and Jewel's five-attraction bundle and its $4.80 after-5pm rate both end on the same date. The good news for parents is that term-time pricing is back: the Science Centre's resident combo drops to $8 on weekdays again, and Golden Village's kids-watch-free deal comes out of its school-holiday blackout. Every date, price and promo here was re-checked against each venue's own site and checkout on 20 September.

Singapore's only permanent indoor snow centre closes on 30 September 2026 after 26 years, and with the September break over it is down to single figures. Its booking calendar is the clearest source for the ending: as of 20 September the only dates it will sell are 20 September, then 22 to 27, then 29 and 30, and nothing at all in October. Both remaining Mondays, 21 and 28 September, are blanked out because it closes on Mondays again now the gazetted school holidays are done, which makes Tuesday 29 and Wednesday 30 September its last two days ever. The farewell 'One Last Snowfall' package is $19 for adults and $16 for children aged 3 to 12, about 30% off the usual $27 and $23, and we confirmed both figures at checkout rather than taking them off the banner. It covers one hour of snow play plus one ride on the Drift On Ice bumper cars, with a winter jacket and boots provided. The newest thing to catch before it goes is the Glacier Luge, a three-storey slide built entirely of ice, open to children aged 7 to 10 with an adult alongside, helmets and gloves mandatory. Brand-new winterwear is on sale at $10 a piece and plushie souvenirs are discounted, both while stocks last. It sits at 21 Jurong Town Hall Road in the Science Centre grounds (Jurong East MRT), and now term has resumed it runs 10am to 5pm Tuesday to Friday and 10am to 6pm at weekends. Book online: the last weekend will be the busiest it has ever been.

The best rainy-afternoon insurance in the east: Jewel's Level 5 Canopy Park bundle covers five attractions (Canopy Park itself, the Mastercard Canopy Bridge, Hedge Maze, Mirror Maze and the Bouncing Net) at $46 for adults and $35 for a child or senior, valid 11 August to 30 September 2026. If you only want a late run-around, Jewel is also selling Canopy Park entry at $4.80 for entries after 5pm, 1 to 30 September 2026, which is the cheapest paid thing on this whole list. Buying Canopy Park alone is cheaper if the kids only want the Discovery Slides, Foggy Bowls, Petal Garden and Topiary Walk: $8 standard, $6 for Singapore residents and $5.40 for CapitaStar and Changi Rewards members. Opening hours are 10am–9pm Monday to Thursday and 10am–10pm Friday to Sunday and on the eve of and on public holidays, with last entry 30 minutes before closing. One correction since we last checked: the Walking Net, which was shut for maintenance, is selling tickets again at $18.90 standard and $15.90 for a resident adult, $10.90 for a resident child, student or senior, and it is back inside Bundle Deal 1 ($39 adult / $29 child). One limit to note on the evening rate: the $4.80 applies to a Canopy Park sole ticket only, not to the individual attractions or to any of the four Bundle Deals.

The Disney Cruise Line tie-up that anchored this entry is on its last day: 'A Magical Island Adventure' ran 24 June to 20 September 2026, with Marvel Landing-inspired installations including an Iron Man figurine at HyperDrive, an Infinity Gauntlet photo op at The Palawan Food Trucks and a Groot Galaxy Spin piece at Blu Kouzina, plus an island-wide Adventure Stamp Card redeemable for a reward. What carries on afterwards is less showy but lasts far longer: the HydroDash and UltraGolf Play and Dine bundles, which run 1 September to 31 December 2026 and are worth doing the arithmetic on. A one-hour HydroDash admission ticket on its own is $31; the Play and Dine bundle that adds a canned soft drink is $32, so the drink costs a dollar; and the version bundling $20 nett of Palawan Food Trucks credit is $44.50, so that credit costs $13.50. HydroDash is Singapore's only floating aqua park and has just been revamped to over 30 obstacles including 12 new ones, while UltraGolf is an 18-hole beachside mini-golf course. That covers 'Singapore Odyssea: A Journey Through Time', the immersive multi-sensorial installation charting 700 years of history, which the museum lists as a permanent gallery with no end date, and 'Once Upon a Tide', the Singapore-story exhibition in the B1 galleries, which is the one that actually closes, on 9 October 2026. Timeslot booking is still required online even for free entry, and the RFID 'Magical Companions' wristband experience pauses on the museum's open-house days (11–12 October for the anniversary, 20 October for Deepavali and 25 December). One date to plan around if you are aiming for the last day of Once Upon a Tide: Singapore Odyssea closes early at 4pm on Friday 9 October for a private event, which is the very same day the other exhibition ends, so do the B1 galleries first. The Science Centre plus one hour at Snow City combo has no peak split at all and stays at $27 for a child and $31 for an adult, which is how you do two attractions in one Jurong East trip before Snow City shuts on 30 September. Non-residents pay $23.90 adult and $21.90 child on the Omni-Theatre combo. It opens Tuesday to Sunday and is closed on Mondays again now the gazetted school holidays are over. For the older kids and teenagers who have outgrown playgrounds: Asia's largest immersive Harry Potter art experience sits at WEAVE, Level B1 of Resorts World Sentosa, with ten environments you unlock using an interactive wand: the Ministry of Magic, Newt's Menagerie, the Knight Bus, plus a Chamber of Secrets and a Trap Door room exclusive to the Singapore edition. Standard admission starts at $49 for adults and $39 for children aged 4–12. Three official promotions run alongside it, and none of them stack. The After 6PM promotion takes 20% off single admission tickets for visits between 6 and 8pm, which is worth about $9.80 on an adult ticket and is the simplest saving here (last entry is 8pm, so this is a window, not an open-ended evening rate). The Science Centre's off-peak rate applies only on weekdays that are neither public nor school holidays, so from 14 September its Singapore-resident combo with the Omni-Theatre falls from $12 adult and $10 child or senior to a flat $8 for all three. If you were putting off a Jurong East trip to dodge holiday crowds and holiday prices, this is the window, and it pairs with Snow City at a flat $27 child and $31 adult before that closes.
Golden Village's kids-watch-free deal is out of its blackout. The offer (one child aged 6 and below free with each standard adult ticket, weekdays for sessions starting before 2pm) excludes school holidays, and 5 to 13 September was one of the listed blackout windows. From Monday 14 September it works again on term-time weekday mornings, until the promotion itself ends on 20 November. It stays walk-in only, so it is no good for gv.com.sg or iGV bookings, and it covers G, PG and PG13 films only.

The next scheduled school holiday on MOE's calendar is Children's Day on Friday 2 October, which is a holiday for primary schools only, so secondary students are in class that day. After that it runs straight through to the year-end vacation: Term 4 ends Friday 20 November and the break runs Saturday 21 November to Thursday 31 December 2026. Schools used as venues for the GCE O-Level written examinations finish earlier, on Friday 23 October. There are no mid-term breaks between September and November, so if you are planning a family day out before the year-end holidays, a Children's Day Friday or a weekend is what you have to work with.
