Fast-food merch usually means a free tumbler with a meal upgrade. This one is a proper shop: KFC Singapore has opened a "KFC Swags" collection on its own store, merch.kfc.com.sg, with five pieces you buy outright — no meal purchase, no spend threshold, no app.
It went live on 1 August 2026. One day in, the piece the whole collection is built around is already gone.

What each piece actually is
- KFC Drumstick Plushie — $23.90. An oversized plush cushion printed to look like a Hot & Crispy drumstick, with KFC branding and the "It's Finger Lickin' Good" slogan down the bone. It is the collection's hero and the one that sold out first.
- KFC Bucket Bag — $15.90. A compact crossbody built on the bucket's signature red-and-white stripes, with Colonel Sanders on the front and the slogan on the strap. The cheapest way into the collection with the loudest branding.
- KFC Utility Phone Lanyard — $14.90. Adjustable, in KFC red with utility-style detailing, for hands-free phone carrying — the entry-price piece.
- KFC Original Red Tumbler — $38.90. A reusable tumbler in KFC's signature red. The most expensive item per gram of novelty, and the one you'll actually use daily.
- KFC Finger Lickin' Good Jacket — $65.90. A lightweight jacket in a cream colourway with subtle KFC detailing, and the only sized item: S/M or L/XL.
The fine print worth reading before you check out
Delivery is extra, and it is not instant. The store offers domestic standard delivery only, charged at checkout and covering any number of items in one order. KFC aims to ship within 3-4 working days, and delivery itself takes 3-5 working days — longer in busy periods. On a $14.90 lanyard, the postage is a meaningful share of the bill, so it is worth consolidating into one order.
There are no exchanges. KFC's FAQ is explicit: all returned items are refunded once received, and if you need a different size or colour you place a new order. That matters most on the jacket, the only sized piece — get S/M vs L/XL wrong and you pay return postage and re-order at full price.
Change-of-mind returns run 7 days. Requests go to kfcsgmarketing@kfc.com.sg within 7 days of delivery, with the item unused and in original packaging with tags and seals intact (clothing may be opened to try on), and you cover the return postage. Faulty or incorrectly sent items are handled separately, with KFC covering that postage.
No end date. KFC has not published a run-out date for the collection, which in practice means while stocks last — and the plushie has already shown how fast that can be.
Where to buy it
The confirmed channel is merch.kfc.com.sg, KFC Singapore's own store. Several local deal sites also report the SWAGS pieces being sold in person at KFC Kallang; KFC's own store pages make no mention of in-store pickup or outlet stock, so call the outlet before making a special trip.
While you are on the store, the same shop carries the KFC x Amos Ananda pickleball capsule (Pickleball Paddle Set $39.90, Pickleball Shirt $34.90, T-shirt $23.90, Sports Headband $9.90, Sports Socks $6.90), a Mantou Crossbody Bag at $19.90 and an International Fried Chicken Day Oversized Tee at $32.90 — none of which are part of SWAGS, but all of which ship in the same order.
Should you buy it?
If you want one thing: the $15.90 Bucket Bag is the best value per unit of KFC-ness, and it is small enough to be a gift. The $38.90 tumbler is the only piece that earns its keep beyond the novelty. The jacket is the collector's item at $65.90 — just size it carefully, because a wrong pick costs you postage twice.
