Häagen-Dazs at 3 for $25 is $8.33 a pint, the same deal FairPrice ran from 1 to 7 October, so if you missed that one, this is the second chance. The Brand's bundle works out to $2.54 a bottle across 24 bottles, and comes with a free 350ml QUBY flask.
Fresh produce is on the poster too: air-flown whole salmon (2kg-3kg) at $1.58 per 100g, thawed frozen prime rib at $1.19 per 100g, jumbo New Zealand avocados at $3.25 each, South African navel oranges at 5 for $2.25 and Driscoll's raspberries or blackberries at 2 boxes for $9.95.
The fine print
From the terms printed on Sheng Siong's own poster:
- Limit of 3 per product, per customer, per transaction, unless otherwise stated. No traders.
- While stocks last, first come, first served, and subject to product and variant availability at each outlet.
- Prices start at 4am each day, so early risers at 24-hour outlets get first pick.
- Online is partial. Only selected items are available for online purchase.
- BCRS deposit on top. Drink prices exclude the 10c deposit per can or bottle, so the $1.90 Pepsi 1.5L is $2.00 at the till.
- Images are for illustration and Sheng Siong may change or withdraw the promotion without notice.
CHAS and senior discount days
Sheng Siong's CHAS discount is now 6%: CHAS Blue on Thursdays and CHAS Orange on Fridays, until 1 January 2027. In this 4-day window that means only today, Friday 9 October, for Orange cardholders (Blue's Thursday was yesterday). It is for Singapore Citizens, capped at $200 of spend per receipt per day, and excludes alcohol, tobacco and Stage 1 and 2 infant formula, so the wine, Guinness and Sapporo deals do not get the extra 6%. The Stage 3 Friso and Similac tins on this poster do.
The 4% senior discount (Singaporeans and PRs aged 60 and above) runs Tuesdays and Wednesdays only, so it does not land on any day of this ad.
Tips
- CHAS Orange holders: go today. 6% on top of a 43% Häagen-Dazs cut is the best stack in the ad.
- Combine with the 2-Week Special. Sheng Siong's fortnight ad runs to 15 October in the same stores, so one trip can clear both posters.
- Plan around the limit. The cap is 3 per product per transaction, and popular lines like Häagen-Dazs and the unagi tend to clear first, so a Friday or Saturday trip beats Sunday evening.
- Bank rebates still apply. The poster lists 6% rebate on the BOC Sheng Siong Card and 5% on POSB Everyday and Citi SMRT cards, subject to each bank's terms.
