Unity, FairPrice Group's pharmacy chain, turns 34 this year, and its anniversary catalogue (24 September to 21 October 2026) opens with a week of Buy 1 Get 1 on 14 lines, from Thursday 24 to Wednesday 30 September 2026. Supplements make up most of the list, led by Blackmores fish oil and three brands of CoQ10.

Is it actually cheap?
Blackmores Fish Oil Odourless 400s is the clearest win. Unity sold the same tub at $60.30 in its Popular Choice Awards sale, which ended on 23 September. This week two tubs cost $100.50, or $50.25 each, which is 800 capsules at about 12.6 cents a capsule. The price is identical to Unity's last Buy 1 Get 1 in late July, so $50.25 looks like the floor Unity keeps returning to rather than a one-off.
GreenLife Omega Daily 400s is cheaper still per capsule: $94.00 for 800 capsules, about 11.8 cents each. It is FairPrice Group's own supplement label, so you will not find it discounted elsewhere to compare.
For CoQ10, go by capsule count. GreenLife CoQ10 150mg works out to about 76 cents a capsule ($91.00 for 120), Swisse about 80 cents ($95.80 for 120) and Holistic Way about 83 cents ($50.00 for 60). All three are 150mg.
Listerine 1L at $5.45 a bottle is the everyday pick for anyone not buying supplements.
The fine print
- Dates: Thursday 24 to Wednesday 30 September 2026. The rest of the anniversary catalogue, which is mostly multi-buy bundles, runs to 21 October.
- Selected stores only. The poster rules out the Changi Airport Terminal 2 and 3 outlets and says the promotion is at selected stores, so not every Unity counter inside a FairPrice will carry every line.
- While stocks last. Seven days is longer than Unity's usual four-day runs, but the large fish oil tubs still go first.
- Pairing is not spelled out. The poster does not say whether the free unit must be the same variant. For Listerine (three flavours) and RYO (assorted), ask at the counter before assuming you can mix.
- Read the label. Unity's own footnote asks you to check with its pharmacist before taking a medicine, and to read the product insert.
Stack the $4 Return Voucher (ends Sunday)
FairPrice Group's $4 Return Voucher for every $50 nett spent in a single in-store receipt also runs at Unity stores until Sunday 27 September, with up to four vouchers a receipt. Two Blackmores tubs at $100.50 clear $100 alone and earn $8 in vouchers, which you can spend from the next day until 14 October. Medicines do not count toward the $50, and the Rheuma-Salve patch may be rung up as one, so do not rely on it to reach the threshold. If you want the voucher, shop by Sunday rather than waiting for Wednesday.
Tips
- Buy the fish oil early in the week. It is the headline item and a 400-capsule tub is bulky, so small counters hold only a few.
- Go to a standalone Unity outlet rather than a counter inside a supermarket if you want the full range. The larger outlets stock more of these lines.
- Check expiry dates on the second tub. Eight hundred capsules at two a day lasts over a year, so make sure both tubs will be in date by the time you open the second one.
