Almost every "health screening price" article in Singapore quotes a range and stops there. We did the opposite: we opened the price page of seven providers and copied the actual numbers, package by package. The spread is enormous and it is not random. ATA Medical's entry package is $76 nett with GST already in, Doctor Anywhere charges $86 in-clinic or $129 if a nurse comes to you, Raffles Classic is $138, SATA CommHealth's Lite is $316, and Healthway's Core is S$428 before you add a single scan. That is a 5.6x gap on packages that all call themselves a basic screening, so the useful question is never "how much does screening cost" but "what is inside the box at this price, and is the doctor's consultation included or billed on top". DTAP, for instance, publishes $217 for its Essential package and then a separate $48 consultation. And before you pay anything: if you are a Singapore Citizen aged 40 and above, the national programme once called Screen for Life is now Healthier SG Screening, and it costs $5, $2, or nothing at all if you are enrolled in Healthier SG.
The three questions that make every screening price comparable
Screening prices in Singapore are not hard to find. They are hard to compare, because the packages are not the same shape, and three things move the real cost around without ever appearing in the headline figure.
Is the doctor's consultation included? DTAP is the clearest case: Essential Health Screening is $217, and the consultation is a separate $48. That is $265 to actually walk out with your results explained. ATA, SATA and Healthway build doctor consultation and physical examination into the package price.
Is GST already in? ATA quotes nett. Minmed, SATA and Healthway state "includes GST" on their sheets. Where a provider does not say, assume it is not and add 9% before you compare.
What do the add-ons cost? This is the one that bites at the premium end. Healthway's higher tiers let you choose two, three or four extra tests, but a treadmill stress test, abdominal ultrasound or transvaginal pelvic ultrasound each add S$65 even when picked as one of your choices.
Put those three questions to any quote and the market resolves into something sane: roughly $76-$140 for a bloods-and-physical screening, $216-$430 for one that adds a chest X-ray, ECG and broader panels, $600-$1,700 for imaging and tumour markers, and $2,000 upwards for executive screening with specialist review.
Before you pay: Screen for Life is now Healthier SG Screening
The national programme did not go away, it was renamed. Healthier SG Screening, run by the Health Promotion Board, subsidises screening for cardiovascular risk factors (diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol) plus cervical, colorectal and breast cancer screening.
| Who you are | What you pay at a CHAS GP clinic |
|---|
| Enrolled in Healthier SG | $0 for all eligible tests in one visit, plus one follow-up consultation |
| Pioneer Generation cardholder | $0 |
| Merdeka Generation cardholder | $2 |
| CHAS Blue / Orange cardholder | $2 |
| CHAS Green cardholder | $5 |
| Other eligible Singapore Citizens | $5 |
Eligibility generally starts at 40 for cardiovascular risk screening, 25 for cervical cancer screening, and 50 for colorectal and breast cancer screening. You go to a participating CHAS GP clinic or a polyclinic, several providers on this list, including ATA Medical and Minmed, are participating clinics, and appointments can be booked on the Health Appointment System at book.health.gov.sg.
The one figure almost every roundup gets wrong. Breast cancer screening is not part of the $5 fee. It is offered separately at selected polyclinics on its own scale:
| Who you are | Mammogram at a participating polyclinic |
|---|
| Healthier SG-enrolled Singapore Citizen | $0 |
| Pioneer Generation | $25 |
| Merdeka Generation | $37.50 |
| Other Singapore Citizens | $50 |
| Permanent Residents | $75 |
Permanent Residents should check the screening rate with their preferred CHAS GP clinic before turning up, because each clinic sets its own prevailing consultation charge.
Can you use MediSave for a health screening?
Short answer: not for the packages on this list. MediSave cannot be used for general health screening, which includes full-body packages and executive check-ups at private clinics. Every price quoted in this article is cash or card.
What MediSave does cover is specific approved screenings and diagnostic tests, performed at approved institutions or participating CHAS GP clinics:
- Mammograms for women aged 40 and above
- Colonoscopy and selected diagnostic scans. ATA Medical's own ultrasound page states you may use up to $600 of MediSave per annum towards your or your dependants' scans
- Screening and follow-up for chronic conditions under the national programme
For chronic disease management the annual MediSave withdrawal limit is $500 per patient for non-complex conditions such as high blood pressure and high cholesterol, and $700 for complex conditions such as stroke or kidney failure. You can also draw on an approved family member's MediSave, meaning a spouse, parent or child.
A concrete example from a provider on this list: ATA Medical prices a mammogram at $239.80 including GST for women 40 and above, and accepts MediSave for it. So the practical route is to claim the components that qualify and pay cash for the package built around them.
What individual tests cost if you book them on their own
A package is not always the cheaper way in. If you already know which test you need, two providers on this list publish full a-la-carte price lists, and booking the single test can cost a fraction of the package built around it.
| Test | ATA Medical (nett, incl GST) | Healthway (incl GST, add-on) |
|---|
| Mammogram | $239.80 | S$240 |
| Ultrasound breast | $163.50 | S$180 |
| Ultrasound breast + mammogram | $327 | not listed as a pair |
| Ultrasound thyroid | $163.50 | S$175 |
| Ultrasound abdomen (full) | $272.50 | S$275 |
| Ultrasound kidney | $152.60 | S$160 |
| Ultrasound liver / hepatobiliary | $196.20 | S$215 |
| Ultrasound prostate | $228.90 | S$200 |
| Ultrasound pelvis (transvaginal) | $272.50 (transabdominal and transvaginal) | S$220 |
| DEXA bone mineral density | $141.70 (hip and spine) | S$155 |
| DEXA body composition with visceral fat | $308.47 | S$145 (advance body mass composition) |
| Ultrasound heel, bone mass density | $43.60 | not listed |
| Treadmill stress test | not listed | S$275 |
| 2D echocardiogram | $436 | S$710 (specialist clinic) |
| Pap smear / ThinPrep | $70.85 walk-in, or $5 / $2 / $0 subsidised | S$75 |
| HPV DNA | included in ThinPrep pricing above | S$190, or S$240 with ThinPrep |
Two practical notes. ATA charges a $49.05 consultation to write you a radiology order form if you do not already have one, and a teleconsultation to review results is $38.15. And a bone density scan is one of the free choices inside Healthway's Ember S$578 tier and above, so if you want the scan plus a full round of bloods, moving one tier up can cost less than buying the scan separately.
How much cancer screening costs
Cancer screening splits cleanly into three price bands.
Tumour-marker blood panels are the cheap end and the one most packages already include. DTAP sells a standalone cancer screening add-on covering AFP (liver), CEA (colon), CA 19-9 (pancreas), EBV (nose), PSA for men and CA 125 for women at $205 before its $48 consultation. SATA CommHealth builds liver, pancreas and colon markers into Prime $400 and above.
Dedicated cancer packages are the middle band. Raffles Health prices Raffles Male Cancer Screening at $555.90 and Raffles Female Cancer Screening at $599.50 on its online store, which is cheaper than almost every executive package if markers are the only reason you are booking.
Multi-cancer blood tests are the top band. Doctor Anywhere sells the SPOT-MAS test, which screens for 10 cancers, at $799 in-clinic or $844 at home. Healthway prices the same SPOT-MAS test at S$872 as an add-on, and its LucenceINSIGHT panels at S$2,158 for 12 cancers and S$4,088 for up to 50.
Scope procedures sit outside all of this: Healthway prices a colonoscopy at S$2,900 and gastroscopy plus colonoscopy at S$4,210, both including doctor and facility fees at Cura Day Surgery but excluding histology, polypectomy and anaesthetist fees. Its Flora Advanced package at S$5,888 is Flora Core with both scopes folded in.
Before any of that, the colorectal FIT kit under Healthier SG Screening costs $5 or less from age 50, and it is the cancer test with the strongest evidence behind it.
Home screening vs clinic screening
Home-based screening has quietly become a real category rather than a novelty, and the trade-off is simple: you get the bloodwork, you lose the equipment.
- Doctor Anywhere prices the convenience openly, a flat $43 to $45 more than the in-clinic price at every single tier, from Core $86/$129 up to Prestige $358/$402.
- Minmed runs home-based screening as its own six-package range from Anna $105 to Faye $550, with a mobile team, results typically the same day and a complimentary post-screening teleconsult. If you miss your slot and want another home visit rather than a clinic appointment, there is a $20 transportation charge.
What a home visit cannot do: chest X-ray, ultrasound, mammogram, Dexa bone scan or treadmill stress test. If your package needs any of those, you are going to a centre, and that is exactly why the home ranges stop where they do.
STD and sexual health screening prices in Singapore
Sexual health screening is priced separately from general screening almost everywhere, and it is the one category people are least likely to ring up and ask about, so here are the published numbers.
DTAP Clinic is the most complete published menu: HIV and STD screening at $480, and pap smear with HPV testing at $314, each plus the clinic's separate $48 consultation. Its Executive and Platinum packages fold STI screening into the package itself.
Raffles Health sells STD screening off the shelf: STD Basic Screening $114, STD Standard with HSV $231, and STD Comprehensive with HSV $443 for men.
Healthway Screening prices sexual health as add-on panels in its 2026 programme brochure: Sexual Health 1 at S$216 (chlamydia and gonorrhoea PCR, herpes simplex I and II IgG, syphilis, HIV Ag/Ab), Sexual Health 2 at S$205 (the same without HIV), Sexual Health (Female) at S$420 (the panel plus a trichomonas, gardnerella and candida screen), a standalone chlamydia and gonorrhoea PCR screen at S$160, a herpes screen at S$55, a syphilis screen at S$18 and an HIV antibody screen at S$25.
SATA CommHealth builds a syphilis screen into every tier from Lite $316 upwards, and adds herpes and HIV testing at the Platinum tier.
Where to get an anonymous HIV test
If what you actually want is an HIV test without your name attached to it, that is a specific, separate service. DTAP Clinic @ Clarke Quay is a Ministry of Health-approved Anonymous HIV Testing site, and anonymous testing is available only at that branch, not at DTAP's other four clinics. You walk in, tell reception you are there for an "AHT", and you do not give a name, NRIC, passport number, address or contact details. DTAP publishes the rapid antibody test at $55, with results in about 20 minutes and reliable from day 90 after exposure, or a combo test at $164 which is reliable from day 28; consultation is $22 on top.
The window period is the part people get wrong: a test taken too soon after a possible exposure can be negative and still be wrong, which is why the day-28 and day-90 figures matter more than the price difference.
Best women's health screening packages in Singapore: pap smear, HPV and mammogram prices
Cervical and breast screening sit outside most entry packages, so this is where a "$76 screening" and a real women's health check stop being the same thing.
Start with the subsidised route. Under Healthier SG Screening, cervical cancer screening is subsidised from age 25 at $5 or less for eligible Singapore Citizens, and nothing private competes with that. Breast cancer screening from age 50 runs on the separate polyclinic scale set out above, from $0 for Healthier SG enrollees to $50 for other Citizens, so it is not a $5 test but it is still far below any private mammogram.
Privately, as published:
| What you want | Provider and published price |
|---|
| Pap smear / ThinPrep, walk-in | ATA Medical $70.85, Healthway S$75 |
| Pap smear + HPV testing | DTAP $314 (+ $48 consultation), Healthway S$240 |
| Mammogram, MediSave-claimable | ATA Medical $239.80 incl GST, women 40+ |
| Women's package with mammogram + ThinPrep | SATA CommHealth Elite Female $814 |
| Full women's tier with HPV DNA and pelvic/breast ultrasound | SATA Platinum Female $1,598 |
| Cancer marker package | Raffles Female Cancer Screening $599.50 |
| Women's health and fertility screening | Healthway Bloom S$1,199 |
| Comprehensive women's executive screening | DTAP Executive Female $871, Platinum Female $1,961 |
Healthway's Bloom is the one worth knowing about if fertility planning is the actual question rather than a general check-up: at S$1,199 it includes a ThinPrep pap test, HPV DNA, a mammogram, hormone panels and a specialist consultation with a gynaecologist scheduled on a separate day, with an optional sexual health add-on at S$385. Healthway also prices a standalone female hormone profile (prolactin, FSH, LH, E2, progesterone) at S$120 and the male equivalent at S$192.
Doctor Anywhere's Fem ladder adds ovarian cancer markers from Select $140 and thyroid function from Elite $195, but note that no home-based package can include a mammogram, so that one always requires a centre visit.

- Book everything by app: Doctor Anywhere.
- Hospital group with specialist follow-up: Raffles Medical, from Raffles Classic $138.
