Sushiro's Japan Fair 2026 starts on Wednesday 4 November, the day after its Curated Indulgence menu ends. The line-up draws on Aomori, Hokkaido, Kyushu, Kagoshima, Kumamoto, Fukuoka and Okayama, among others.

Most of the sushi is $2.90++, and three plates are $2.30++. Nothing here is discounted, so the reason to go is to try fish that does not usually come around, such as Kumamoto kibinago and Hokkaido kuromenuke.

What to order first

  • Kagoshima Broiled Bonito Tataki ($2.30++): the poster shows two pieces, and says the pole-and-line caught bonito is pre-seared over high-temperature Sakurajima volcanic rock.
  • Kyushu Jack Mackerel and Mackerel Taste and Compare ($2.90++): one piece of each, so you can taste the two side by side.
  • Double Aomori Salmon ($4.90++): the headline plate, and the dearest piece of sushi on the menu.
  • Sweet Potato Yokan with Kuromitsu ($4.00++): if you save room, the poster shows sweet potato jelly with Hokkaido azuki beans.

The fine print

  1. It is not a discount. Sushiro sells these at fixed plate prices, and no code, app or minimum spend is mentioned.
  2. Add about 20%. All prices are before 10% service charge and 9% GST.
  3. While stocks last. Sushiro's post says so, so a plate can run out before 17 November.
  4. Mandai is different. Prices vary at Sushiro Mandai Wildlife Reserve, the Digiro outlet.
  5. The poster says Part 1. Sushiro has not announced a Part 2. Its October menu did run in parts, so a second line-up would not be a surprise, but do not plan around it.

Tips

  • Go early in the run. The fair covers the Deepavali long weekend, with the public holiday on Monday 9 November, so expect those days to be busier.
  • Compare the piece count. The Big Cut yellowtail and Tai Meshi Style Wrap are shown as one piece on the posters, and many other $2.90++ plates as two. Check the belt or tablet photo before you order.
  • Bukit Panjang has a second reason to visit. The new Bukit Panjang Plaza outlet has rotating 1-for-1 sushi until Thursday 12 November.
