New bubble tea alert for the East: itea (Taste of Tropical Asia) has opened an outlet inside Giant Tampines, and it's marking the launch with a Buy-2-Get-1-FREE on drinks — for its grand-opening week only, 22–28 July 2026.

The drinks deal — Buy 2, Get 1 Free
itea's official opening poster spells it out: buy two drinks, get a third free, with the fine print that the free drink applies to the lowest-priced item. So of any three drinks you order, the cheapest is on the house — effectively about a third off a round of three, best used when all three drinks are actually wanted (bring two friends). Featured pours on the poster:

- Peach Green Tea White Pearl (寒天水蜜桃绿茶)

The ice cream deal — $1 Jumbo Cone, Buy 1 Free 1
Running alongside the drinks: a $1 Jumbo Cone — a New Zealand milk soft-serve in a crispy waffle cone — on a Buy-1-Free-1 basis. At $1 with one free, two cones cost $1 total, which makes it a cheap add-on for the kids. The poster notes it's only valid during the opening week.
The fine print
- 22–28 July 2026 only — both the drinks offer and the cone deal run for the grand-opening week and end Tuesday 28 July.
- Free drink = the cheapest of the three, per itea's poster; it's not a discount split across all three.
- T&Cs apply, and the poster notes images are for illustration; menu and availability can vary by outlet, so check the Tampines board.
- It's at the new Giant Tampines kiosk only — not a chain-wide promo.

Same brand, new store
This is the same itea behind the earlier Anchorpoint grand-opening 1-for-1 — but a different outlet and a different mechanic: Anchorpoint was an app-voucher Buy-1-Get-1 with a daily cap, while this Tampines opening is a straight Buy-2-Get-1 at the counter plus the $1 cone. If you're in the East this week, it's an easy win.
