Pizza Hut All-You-Can-Eat Buffet Is Back, 10 to 27 Sep 2026: $19.95++ Dine-In, But the Eat-In Stores Are $2.17 Cheaper for the Same Food

Pizza Hut Singapore's 90-minute all-you-can-eat buffet returns for 12 days, every Thursday to Sunday from 10 to 27 September 2026, 11am to 10pm with last seating at 8:30pm. Every repost quotes the headline $19.95++ and stops there. The campaign's own key-details table splits the six outlets into three Dine-In stores and three Eat-In stores, and prices them on two different bases: the Dine-In three are quoted ++, the Eat-In three are quoted inclusive of GST. Run the arithmetic and the base price is identical, $19.95 on Thursday and Friday, $22.95 on Saturday and Sunday. The difference is the service charge, which the Eat-In stores do not charge. A weekday adult pays about $23.92 at Compass One, Tiong Bahru Plaza or Bukit Panjang Plaza, and a flat $21.75 at Heartbeat@Bedok, Wisteria Mall or Buangkok Square, for the same six pizzas and the same free-flow soft drinks. Two adults and two children on a Saturday save $7.90. The trade-off nobody prints: the Eat-In menu has no French Fries and swaps the sauteed pastas for baked ones.

Pizza Hut Singapore's all-you-can-eat buffet is back for 12 days, every Thursday to Sunday from 10 to 27 September 2026. Ninety minutes, one price, six pizzas, and free-flow soft drinks.

> Quick view: 10 to 27 Sep 2026, Thursdays to Sundays only, 11am to 10pm with last seating 8:30pm. 90 minutes. Six outlets. $19.95++ adult / $10.95++ child on Thu and Fri, $22.95++ / $12.95++ on Sat and Sun at the three Dine-In stores. $21.75 / $11.95 and $25.00 / $14.10 nett at the three Eat-In stores. Same base price, but the Eat-In three charge no service charge, so they are about $2.17 a head cheaper on a weekday.

That headline of $19.95++ is the number every repost of this campaign is running with. It is correct, and it is also only half the picture.

The bit nobody printed: there are two price lists

Pizza Hut is running this buffet at six outlets, in two different store formats, and the campaign's own key-details table prices them on two different bases.

The three Dine-In stores quote ++, meaning a service charge and GST are added when you settle. The three Eat-In stores quote $21.75 and say plainly that the price is inclusive of GST.

Put those side by side and the arithmetic gives the game away. $19.95 x 1.09 = $21.75. And $22.95 x 1.09 = $25.00. The Eat-In prices are the Dine-In prices with GST alone added. The base buffet price is identical everywhere; what differs is that the Eat-In stores do not levy a service charge.

What you actually pay

At the standard 10% service charge and 9% GST that a ++ price implies:

DayDine-In (settled)Eat-In (nett)You save at Eat-In
Thu / Fri, adult~$23.92$21.75$2.17
Thu / Fri, child 4-10~$13.13$11.95$1.18
Sat / Sun, adult~$27.52$25.00$2.52
Sat / Sun, child 4-10~$15.53$14.10$1.43

For two adults and two children on a Saturday that is about $86.10 at a Dine-In store against $78.20 at an Eat-In store, a difference of $7.90 on the same booking. On a Thursday it is roughly $74.10 against $67.40.

The Dine-In settled figures are our arithmetic, not a published number: Pizza Hut prints only the ++ price, so confirm the service charge on your bill at the outlet.

The six outlets

Dine-In stores (prices quoted ++):

  • Compass One, 1 Sengkang Square, #B1-15, S545078
  • Tiong Bahru Plaza, 302 Tiong Bahru Road, #02-119, S168732
  • Bukit Panjang Plaza, 1 Jelebu Road, #02-14/15, S677743

Eat-In stores (prices inclusive of GST):

  • Heartbeat@Bedok, 11 Bedok North Street 1, #01-16, S469662
  • Wisteria Mall, 598 Yishun Ring Road, #B1-04/05, S768698
  • Buangkok Square Mall, 991 Buangkok Link, #02-09, S530991

Worth noting if you did this last time: past runs of the buffet listed Jurong Point and Waterway Point, and neither is on the September list. Compass One and the three Eat-In stores are new to it.

What's on the buffet

Shared by both formats, six pizzas, with crust type fixed to flavour (so you cannot take a sourdough topping on a pan base):

  • Hawaiian Pan
  • Beef Pepperoni Pan
  • Chicken Supreme Pan
  • Cheesy Spinach Sourdough
  • Ham N Shroom Sourdough
  • Otah Laksa Sourdough

The pastas are format-exclusive. Dine-In stores serve sauteed pasta, Mushroom Aglio Olio and Chicken Pomodoro. Eat-In stores serve baked pasta, Mac N Cheese with Chicken Bacon and Chicken Royale.

Sides differ by one item, and it is the obvious one. Both formats get the Welcome Platter (2pcs wings plus a side and Soup of the Day), Soup of the Day, Crispy Chicken Fries and Cheesy Nuggets. Only the Dine-In stores get French Fries.

Dessert and drinks are the same at both: an ice cream scoop in chocolate or vanilla, and free-flow soft drinks (Coke, Coke Zero, Sprite).

The fine print

  • 90 minutes of non-stop dining from when you are seated.
  • Last seating is 8:30pm, even though service runs to 10pm.
  • Thursday to Sunday only. Inside the 10 to 27 September window that is 12 days: 10-13, 17-20 and 24-27 September.
  • Child pricing covers ages 4 to 10. The campaign prices nothing for under-4s and names no senior rate.
  • T&Cs apply, while stocks last. No booking link is published, so plan on walking in. Pizza Hut describes the January 2026 run as a sell-out.

So which should you pick?

If you are chasing the lowest bill, the Eat-In stores win outright: same pizzas, same free-flow drinks, about $2.17 to $2.52 less per adult, and no service charge waiting at the end. If French Fries or the sauteed pastas matter to you, or Compass One and Tiong Bahru Plaza are simply the ones you can get to, the Dine-In stores cost a couple of dollars more a head for a slightly longer menu and table service.

Either way, at roughly $21.75 to $23.92 for 90 minutes of unlimited pizza, this sits well under most buffet pricing in Singapore, and it disappears on 27 September.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much is the Pizza Hut buffet in September 2026, and which outlet is cheapest?

The base price is $19.95 per adult on Thursday and Friday and $22.95 on Saturday and Sunday, with children aged 4 to 10 at $10.95 and $12.95. What changes is how each outlet charges it. The three Dine-In stores (Compass One, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Bukit Panjang Plaza) quote those figures as ++, so a service charge and GST go on at the till. The three Eat-In stores (Heartbeat@Bedok, Wisteria Mall, Buangkok Square Mall) quote $21.75, $25.00, $11.95 and $14.10 and state that those are inclusive of GST, which is the same base price with GST alone added. At the usual 10% service charge and 9% GST, a Thursday adult settles about $23.92 at a Dine-In store against a flat $21.75 at an Eat-In store. So the Eat-In three are the cheaper way in, by about $2.17 a head on a weekday and $2.52 at the weekend, for the same six pizzas.

Is the buffet menu the same at every outlet?

No, and this is the reason not to pick purely on price. The six pizzas are shared: Hawaiian Pan, Beef Pepperoni Pan, Chicken Supreme Pan, Cheesy Spinach Sourdough, Ham N Shroom Sourdough and Otah Laksa Sourdough, with crust type fixed to flavour. The pastas differ by format. Dine-In stores serve sauteed pastas, Mushroom Aglio Olio and Chicken Pomodoro, exclusive to that format. Eat-In stores serve baked ones, Mac N Cheese with Chicken Bacon and Chicken Royale. The sides differ too: both get the Welcome Platter (2 wings plus a side and Soup of the Day), Soup of the Day, Crispy Chicken Fries and Cheesy Nuggets, but only the Dine-In stores get French Fries. Dessert is a chocolate or vanilla ice cream scoop and drinks are free-flow Coke, Coke Zero and Sprite at both.

Do I need to book, and how long do I get?

Pizza Hut publishes no reservation link for this buffet and the campaign's key details name no booking mechanic, so treat it as walk-in. You get 90 minutes of non-stop dining from when you are seated. Service runs 11am to 10pm with last seating at 8:30pm, which means the latest you can start is 8:30pm even though the outlet stays open later. The buffet only runs Thursday to Sunday, so within the 10 to 27 September window there are 12 eligible days: 10 to 13, 17 to 20 and 24 to 27 September. The poster carries the usual T&Cs apply and while stocks last, and the brand describes the January 2026 run as a sell-out, so the safe move is to arrive early rather than turn up at 8pm on a Saturday.
