SUSHIRO Singapore and Pokémon announced a 43-day collaboration on 8 September 2026, running 10 September to 22 October 2026 across all 22 outlets. The merchandise list has already been copied around; the mechanic has not. Four of the five collectibles are never sold on their own. Each is attached to one specific dish, so what you are really pricing is the plate.

> Quick view: 10 Sep to 22 Oct 2026 · all 22 outlets · Food Pick free with the $2.90++ ball nigiri · Sticker free with the dessert ($6.90++ Wave 1, $5.50++ Wave 2) · Keychain free with the $15.90++ roll platter · Card Case with Lanyard free with the $19.90++ Toro Platter 5 Ways · Sports Towel $13.90+, needs $20 dine-in, max 2 per receipt · all four freebies are random design per order · Suntec City is the only themed outlet.

The pairings, and what each one really costs

Prices on the campaign visual are ++, meaning before 10% service charge and 9% GST. The nett column is what lands on the bill.

One of everything in Wave 1 is $45.60++, or $54.67 nett. Wave 2 comes in slightly cheaper at $44.20++, or $53.00 nett, because the dessert drops from $6.90++ to $5.50++.

Wave 1: 10 to 30 September

  • Salmon Ball with Salmon Roe, $2.90++ with a Food Pick: Bulbasaur, Charmander, Squirtle or Pikachu
  • Honey Yuzu Lemon Parfait, $6.90++ with a Sticker: the Eevee Evolutions sheet, or the Pikachu, Mimikyu, Raichu, Dedenne and Pichu sheet
  • Bluefin Tuna and Fresh Salmon Roll Platter, $15.90++ with a Keychain: Pikachu, Psyduck, Snorlax or Dragonite
  • Toro Platter 5 Ways, $19.90++ with a Card Case with Lanyard: Classic Design, Pikachu and Friends, Eevee Evolutions or Full On Pikachu

Wave 2: 1 to 22 October

  • Tuna Ball with Flying Fish Roe, $2.90++ with a Food Pick: Charizard, Eevee, Snorlax or Mimikyu
  • Mille Crepe Melba with Matcha Sauce, $5.50++ with a Sticker: Dondozo and Tatsugiri, or The Starters
  • Bluefin Tuna and Fresh Salmon Roll Platter, $15.90++ with a Keychain: Eevee, Pichu, Piplup or Mimikyu
  • Toro Platter 5 Ways, $19.90++ with the same four Card Case designs, which run across both waves

The two platters are the constant. The cheap plate, the dessert and the keychain characters all rotate on 1 October, which matters for one reason: the eight keychain designs are split four and four, so nobody completes the keychain run inside a single wave.

The one you can actually choose

The Pokémon Sports Towel is the odd item out. It is a purchase at $13.90+ each rather than a freebie, you buy it at the counter, and because it is numbered 1 to 4 on the campaign visual it is the only piece where you pick the design you want:

  1. Pikachu, Sprigatito, Fuecoco and Quaxly
  2. Dondozo and Tatsugiri
  3. Pikachu, Psyduck, Ditto and Dragonite
  4. Bulbasaur, Charmander and Squirtle

The conditions are printed on the visual and they are tighter than they look. You need a minimum dine-in amount of $20 on a single receipt, you are limited to 2 towels per receipt, and no splitting of the bill is allowed. Merchandise is subject to GST, so $13.90+ is $15.15 on the bill. One more line worth reading before you walk off: items are non-exchangeable once you leave the premises, so check the design at the counter.

The collector maths, which is where this gets expensive

Every free item says "Random Design Per Order". That is the whole story on cost.

  • Four keychains in one wave: $76.26 nett if all four draws come up different. On the standard maths for four equally likely outcomes you would expect about 8.3 platters, so roughly $159 is the realistic number, and all eight designs means doing that twice across both waves.
  • Four card cases: $95.44 with flawless luck, about $199 on average odds, though these run the full 43 days rather than one wave.
  • Four food picks: $13.92 with perfect luck, about $29 on average. This is the cheap set.
  • Four towels: $60.60, no randomness at all, but the 2-per-receipt cap forces at least two visits with a $20 dine-in minimum each.

If the goal is one nice thing rather than a set, the towel is better value than chasing a specific keychain.

Where to go, and the fine print

All 22 SUSHIRO Singapore outlets carry the campaign menu and merchandise. Suntec City is the only one getting the full themed treatment, with Pokémon interior decor, installations and photo backdrops, so it is the one to pick if the point of the trip is the photos rather than the sushi. Expect it to be the busiest of the 22 in the opening weekend.

A few things the campaign visual does not settle, worth knowing before you plan around it:

  1. Everything is while stocks last. With a 43-day run and randomised merchandise, later visits carry more risk of a design or an item being gone.
  2. Dine-in versus takeaway is only spelled out for the towel. The $20 minimum on the towel is explicitly a dine-in amount. The visual says nothing about whether takeaway or delivery orders earn the free merchandise, so treat dine-in as the safe assumption until SUSHIRO says otherwise.
  3. Mandai is the usual exception. SUSHIRO's Mandai Wildlife Reserve branch runs the separate Digiro format and prices its plates above the standard menu, so budget higher there.
  4. As of the evening of 8 September, SUSHIRO's own site was still running its 7th Anniversary Part 2 page and had not posted the Pokémon campaign. The prices and designs above come from the official campaign visual issued with the announcement.

Best plan: if you just want the merchandise, go in Wave 1 on a weekday, order the $2.90++ ball nigiri and the $15.90++ roll platter, and you leave with a food pick and a keychain for $22.54 nett. If you want a towel, build the same order past $20 dine-in first and buy two on that receipt.
