Important: this is VivoCity outlet ONLY — not running at other SG Haidilao outlets. Don't show up at Bedok Mall, NEX, Marina Square, Plaza Singapura, etc. expecting this deal — it'll be refused.
The deal mechanic
Order any 1 portion of an eligible meat at regular price. System credits 3 more of the exact same item to your bill at S$0.
Eligible meats (4 items):
- Haidilao Beef — ~180g raw, ~S$28-32 per portion
- Duroc Pork Belly — ~200g raw, ~S$22-26 per portion
- Sliced Chicken — ~180g raw, ~S$12-15 per portion
- Fish Fillet (typically grouper or seabass) — ~150g raw, ~S$18-22 per portion

- Weekday (Mon-Fri) BEFORE 6pm — i.e., 11am opening through 5:59pm
- Weeknight (Sun-Thu) AFTER 9.30pm — i.e., 9:31pm through close
Excluded: Friday and Saturday late-night (those slots are already at full demand), and eve of public holidays + public holidays themselves.
Why these windows: weekday lunch + Sun-Thu late-night are Haidilao's lowest-occupancy slots. The promo is structurally designed to fill empty seats without cannibalising prime Sat-7pm group-dinner revenue.
Practical timing strategy
Best slots for the deal:
- Tue/Wed/Thu 3-5pm "late lunch" — quietest, easiest walk-in
- Sun 10-11pm late dinner — moderate crowd
- Mon/Tue 10pm-12am post-dinner — solid late-night option
Slots to AVOID (still want to eat at Haidilao but the deal doesn't apply):
- Any Sat or Sun lunch / dinner — peak weekend
- Mon-Fri 6-9pm — peak weekday dinner
- 28 May (Vesak Day eve) + 29 May (Vesak Day) — excluded as PH eve + PH
Booking
Walk-in is permitted but strongly recommend booking for these reasons:
- The deal will drive new traffic into the off-peak windows — expect lunch slots especially to pack out by mid-week
- VivoCity is one outlet — no overflow to another nearby store
- Saturday Vesak weekend tourists may double-book unaware

Best play for solo / couple / group
- Solo: doesn't make sense — 4 portions of beef = 720g raw is too much for one. Bring a friend.
- Couple (2 pax): order 1 Haidilao Beef = 4 portions = 360g each. Plus split a soup base + 2 vegetables + 1 starch. ~S$60-70 total for two = ~S$30-35 per pax (vs ~S$60-80 per pax normally at Haidilao).
- Group of 4: order 2 different eligible meats (1× Haidilao Beef + 1× Duroc Pork Belly) = 8 portions across 4 people = ~180g per pax of premium meat. Plus shared sides. ~S$120-140 total = ~S$30-35 per pax.
- Group of 6+: order 3 eligible meats (Beef + Pork + Chicken) = 12 portions = plenty for everyone. Best ratio of fixed costs (soup base, sides) to meat per head.
Strong recommendation: book a weekday late-lunch slot (Tue/Wed/Thu 3pm) for the most pleasant experience. Hawker-tier prices for a 1.5-hour Haidilao sit-down.
