FIFTEEN Singapore outlets on the brand's own branch locator, not the 20 most roundups still quote: Marina Square, Bugis+, Marina Bay Sands, Plaza Singapura, 313@Somerset, Wisma Atria, Royal Square@Novena, VivoCity, Paya Lebar Quarter, The Seletar Mall, Century Square, IMM, Northpoint City, Jurong Point and Sun Plaza. Five of them serve until 6am (Bugis+, Marina Bay Sands, 313@Somerset, The Seletar Mall, IMM), Plaza Singapura runs to 5am, and Paya Lebar Quarter, Jurong Point and Sun Plaza to 4am, which gives you a 4am-or-later branch in the city, north, east and west. Opening is 11am weekdays and 10.30am weekends at most branches. The long-running Clarke Quay flagship closed in August 2025 along with Bedok, Pasir Ris and Punggol, and there is no branch in the Buona Vista or one-north area. The signature Beauty Collagen Broth has a creamy, velvety texture that coats every ingredient, genuinely transformative for the meat-fat experience. EIGHT soup bases, not the three or four usually listed: Beauty Collagen ($34.80 a single pot), Spicy Nourishing (pork bone), Slimming Spicy Beef Tallow, Cooling Coconut, Immunity Clear Chicken and Herbal Drunken Chicken (all $28.80), Longevity Wild Pine Mushroom ($24.80, marked vegetarian on its own menu) and Vitamin C Tomato Sweet Corn ($22.80, the cheapest). A twin pot splits two broths from $12.50 a half, a quart pot four from $7.50 a quarter. Every one of those figures re-verified unchanged on 5 September 2026. Budget on top of that for a compulsory free-flow condiments charge of $3.80 per person, and note every figure is before service charge and GST. NEW AND WORTH PLANNING AROUND: a standing Supper Special takes 30% off all a la carte food ingredients once your first order is placed after 10pm, at Jewel, NEX and The Centrepoint (soup bases, condiments and beverages excluded, not valid in private rooms, and The Star Vista does not take part). FOUR OUTLETS, not five: The Centrepoint #05-16 (11.30am-6am daily, last order 4.30am), Jewel Changi Airport #B2-224 and NEX #02-01 (both 11.30am-3am, last order 2.15am), and The Star Vista #02-24, which shuts far earlier at 10.30pm. The VivoCity outlet closed earlier, and the KINEX outlet has now gone too. Reservations are held for 10 minutes; private rooms at The Centrepoint, NEX and The Star Vista. Delivery has a minimum of one pot plus $50 of ingredients. Not halal.

For Sichuan-spice purists. Xiao Long Kan is the Chengdu import that mala fans reach for when Haidilao's version feels too tame: a properly numbing, oil-heavy broth with the tallow-and-peppercorn depth you get in Chongqing and Chengdu. Choose up to three soups in one pot; soup bases start from around S$18++. FIVE outlets now taking bookings, up from four: Chinatown (20 Smith Street), Bugis Junction (200 Victoria Street #02-54), Orchard Shopping Centre (321 Orchard Road #02-08), Westgate (3 Gateway Drive #03-04) and a new Clarke Quay branch at Blk 3D River Valley Road #02-02, which lands in the spot Haidilao vacated when its Clarke Quay flagship shut in 2025. The Bedok Town Square outlet has permanently closed, though several directory sites still list it. Several outlets run very late, which makes this one of the few genuine post-midnight supper options here. Diners consistently note it prices higher than Haidilao once premium meats go in. Hotel-grade Cantonese-style steamboat. Premium broths, wagyu, prawns, abalone and live seafood, with a side-dish lineup that alone competes with mid-tier sit-down restaurants. Order off the main menu and it is around S$80-120/pax depending on premium add-ons, which is why every roundup files it under special occasions only. THE PART NOBODY MENTIONS: it runs a dine-in Lunch Special Set at $20++ per person for the Pork Set (Japanese Kurobuta pork belly, fresh pork balls) or $24++ for the Beef Set (USA beef shank, fresh beef balls), minimum two persons. Both include the traditional pork bone soup base, live prawns, sliced fresh chicken, enoki, deep-fried beancurd skin, steamed rice and a per-person sauce, with assorted vegetables or mushrooms as $5 add-ons. That makes the most expensive name on this list cheaper at lunch than most of the buffet chains, though no substitutions are allowed and it cannot be combined with other discounts. Note this is now a one-outlet brand: 111 Somerset (#02-14, 111 Somerset Road, S238164, tel 6235 3882) is the only Imperial Treasure Steamboat left, with 98 seats and 5 private rooms. The ION Orchard and Great World steamboat outlets have closed and those addresses are now other Imperial Treasure concepts (Huaiyang and Fine Teochew at ION, Cantonese Cuisine and Bar + Grill at Great World), so don't turn up there expecting hotpot. Open daily 11am-3pm and 6pm-11pm, so it is shut through the afternoon and a lunch that starts at 2.45pm will not work. Not halal.

Three outlets: Tampines (300 Tampines Avenue 5 #01-06, Income at Tampines Junction, 6260 4247), Bukit Panjang (Junction 10, 1 Woodlands Road #01-24, 6235 7995) and Clementi (Grantral Mall, 3151 Commonwealth Ave West #02-05, 6261 1936). 60+ items including marinated meats, seafood, banchan, army stew and steamboat. Minimum 2 paying pax; 90 minutes at weekday lunch, and at dinner and weekends 90 minutes for 2-3 diners or 110 minutes for 4 and above. IMPORTANT PRICE UPDATE: the $12.90++ early-bird slot most guides still quote ended on 30 August 2026 and has not returned. The published rate card at Junction 10 and Tampines Junction is $18.90++ adult, $15.90++ student or senior 60+ and $9.90++ child (100-140cm) for Mon-Fri lunch; $28.90++, $26.90++ and $15.90++ for Sat-Sun and PH lunch; $28.90++, $26.90++ and $15.90++ for Mon-Thu dinner; and $29.90++, $27.90++ and $15.90++ for Fri-Sun, eve of PH and PH dinner. Under 100cm eats free. THE CLEMENTI CATCH WORKS IN YOUR FAVOUR: weekday lunch and all dinners are priced identically there, but its weekend lunch is far cheaper at $20.90++ adult, $17.90++ student or senior and $10.90++ child, so a Saturday lunch costs $8 a head less at Clementi than at the other two. Clementi also charges $6++ per pax to add premium meats and seafood at lunch, and every diner is charged. Two promos are running at Junction 10 and Tampines Junction: 4PLUS1 (one diner free with every four full-paying, the free seat being the lowest-priced one, Mon-Sun lunch and dinner, 90 minutes, 1-30 Sep 2026) and a 1-for-1 on fixed timeslots (lunch Mon-Sun 11.30am, dinner Mon-Fri 5.30pm and Sat-Sun 5pm, 80 minutes, min 2 paying diners, no bill splitting, 1-6 Sep 2026). Both require you to follow the brand on Facebook or Instagram and to tell the host before you are seated, and neither stacks with anything else. Clementi runs its own separate promos, and its promo page was still advertising offers that expired on 30 August when we checked, so confirm at the till. Junction 10 and Tampines hours: Mon-Fri 11.30am-4pm and 5.30-9.30pm (Friday to 10pm), Sat-Sun and PH 11.30am-4pm and 4-10pm.

Thai-style charcoal steamboat: half grill on top, half soup around the dome. The Addiction Bistro at 1018 Sembawang Road is the standout outdoor spot. Its own listing gives hours of noon to 11pm Monday to Thursday, noon to midnight on Friday and Saturday, and 8.30am to 11pm on Sunday, which makes it the only place on this page you can eat mookata for breakfast. It is not a 2am supper spot, so plan an earlier sitting than you would for Xiao Long Kan. Around S$25-35/pax for a generous spread. The smoky char on the meat is the killer, a flavour you simply can't replicate at gas-stove hotpots, and the reason charcoal mookata is worth the trek out north. Best for groups who want a casual, sweaty, beer-and-meat night. Reserve by WhatsApp on 8939 8808. Note most budget mookata chains use gas rather than real charcoal, so check before you go if the char is the point. Not halal-certified.

Casual Japanese-style shabu-shabu buffet with tiered sets by meat quality (pork, chicken, beef, up to wagyu). Buffet runs about S$22.90++/pax at weekday lunch and S$27.90++/pax at weekday dinner, with weekend rates higher, but the cheapest way in is not the buffet at all: a Shabu Shabu Hotpot Lunch Set at $12.90++ runs Mon-Thu 11.30am-3.30pm (last order 3pm), and it does NOT include free-flow drinks. RUNNING NOW: a September Holiday Student Special puts the regular buffet at $22.90++/pax all day, every day including weekends, from 1 to 18 September 2026. Quote 'School's Out!' before you are seated or it will strictly not be given, minimum four students, valid student card, 60 minutes, free-flow drinks included, all outlets, with $3++ extra on public holidays and their eves. Outside that window, seniors 60+ and students get $3 off the regular buffet Mon-Thu on an 80-minute limit, drinks included, on presentation of a student card or photo ID; that discount covers that diner only, not the table, and does not apply to bookings above five guests. Neither offer stacks with anything else or runs on public holidays or their eves. Five soup bases including Shabu-Shabu, Sukiyaki, Kimuchi miso, Butaniku pork broth and tomato, plus a self-serve vegetable bar. THREE OUTLETS on the brand's own store listing: Bugis+ #04-14/15 (6884 5778), Marina Square #02-183B/C (6337 9969) and Plaza Singapura #04-62 (6835 9406), all daily 11.30am-10pm with last order at 9.30pm. The Tampines Mall, i12 Katong, Heartland Mall Kovan and Bukit Panjang Plaza branches this guide previously listed no longer appear on it. Best for: solo hotpot eaters and budget-conscious groups. Japanese all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu buffet, similar concept to Suki-Ya but with slightly different meat selections. The cheapest proper hotpot buffet here, off the price list the brand updated on 1 July 2026: lunch $18.99++ (Mon-Fri) and $22.99++ on weekends, eve of PH and PH; dinner $25.99++ (Mon-Thu) and $27.99++ (Fri-Sun, eve of PH and PH). Children 100-140cm are $11.99-$15.99++, and under 100cm eat free. The wagyu buffet is not a single price either: $39.99++ at weekday lunch, $41.99++ at weekend lunch, $43.99++ Mon-Thu dinner and $45.99++ Fri-Sun dinner. TWO THINGS THE ROUNDUPS GET WRONG. The time limit is not a flat 70 minutes: lunch is 70 minutes but dinner is 90. And drinks are not included at all, with free-flow drinks and the ice cream bar charged at $2.99++ per person and even free-flow plain water at $0.50++, so a family of four adds about $12 to the bill before anyone orders. Seven broths including Tonkotsu and Tom Yam Miso, and 60+ items. EIGHT OUTLETS, and the brand's own price list names them: Causeway Point, Orchard Central, Changi City Point, Tampines One, Westgate, NEX, Northpoint City and Compass One. There is no Suntec City branch, despite what several listings still claim. Best for: families with kids who want unlimited but predictable spending. Not halal.

Haidilao's takeaway-and-delivery arm. Pre-portioned hotpot sets delivered to your door: broth, meats, vegetables and dipping sauces. The Little Red Pot value sets run about S$113 for a two-person pork or beef set and S$79.80 for a single set, with a minimum order of around S$98 for delivery. Best for: families who want hotpot at home without the hassle, or condo dwellers whose kitchen lacks a gas stove. Order via the Haidilao app, the inline delivery page or foodpanda. If you want the restaurant experience delivered instead, Beauty in The Pot also delivers at its dine-in soup-base prices, with a minimum of one pot plus $50 of ingredients. Equipment loans and free-gift pot promos have run in the past but come and go, so confirm what's included when you order. Not halal.

The brand nobody puts on a hotpot list, run by the same company as Beauty in The Pot. Hong Kong-style all-you-can-eat from $19.90/pax, and unlike almost everything else here the set price already includes your soup base, free-flow ingredients at the buffet counter, drinks from the drinks counter and unlimited condiments, so there is no $3.80-a-head sauce charge waiting on the bill. Nine soup bases: Satay, Spicy Szechuan, Clear Chicken, Tomato with Sweet Corn, a century-egg-and-coriander broth, a Teochew-style dried-shrimp pork bone, a Thai tom yum, a collagen-rich pork bone, and a mushroom base flagged as suitable for vegetarians. Five outlets, and they are exactly the malls people search for and do not find: VivoCity #03-08A (where Beauty in The Pot closed) and Westgate #03-10, plus Bedok Mall #01-13, Compass One #03-05 and Punggol Coast Mall #02-120, the only chain on this list that reaches Sengkang, Punggol and Bedok. Mon-Fri 11.30am-10pm and Sat/Sun/PH 11am-10pm, but last seating is 8.30pm. The catches are published and worth knowing: 90 minutes from seating with last order 20 minutes before the end, a $3 per person surcharge on weekends and public holidays, everyone at the table must take the same set, add-ons are charged at a la carte prices, and food wastage is billed at $10 per 100g.
