The promotion period stamped on the artwork is 27/08/2026 to 30/08/2026, so it closes on Sunday. Five lines are straight Buy-1-Free-1, and the cheapest is Tasty Bites Japanese Style Gyoza 200g at $4.95 a pack, which works out to $2.48 a pack once you take the free one. The biggest single saving on the poster is Huggies Dry Comfort Pants at $19.80 for 2 against a usual 2 for $33.52, so $13.72 off. The catch: the 4% Seniors Special Discount printed at the foot of the ad runs every Tuesday and Wednesday, and this promotion runs Thursday to Sunday, so it lands on none of the four days.

The five Buy-1-Free-1 lines
These are the only items on the poster carrying a BUY 1 FREE 1 badge. The price printed is what you pay for the first one, so the effective price is half of it.

Two of those are worth a second look.
Dove Body Wash in the 1-litre pump at an effective $4.98 a bottle is the line on this poster that most households will genuinely finish, and it is the branded bottle rather than a housebrand substitution.
Cheval De Feu is the odd one out, and the one nobody reposting this ad has done the arithmetic on. It is a Languedoc AOP red, and the flash beside it on the poster reads "Product From France". At $33.80 for two bottles you are paying $16.90 a bottle for an appellation-classified French red. Whether you like the wine is a separate question, but $16.90 is the bracket where supermarket AOP usually starts, not where it ends.
Note that Tasty Bites and Heritage Farm are Sheng Siong's own labels. Both sit inside the green "SHENG SIONG HOUSEBRANDS: EXCLUSIVE" box at the top of the ad, so those two Buy-1-Free-1 lines are not price-matchable anywhere else.

The Huggies line is the one to plan a trip around if you have a child in nappies. At $19.80 for two packs you pay $9.90 a pack against a usual $16.76, and the poster's own cap lets you take up to three of any one product.
Nongshim ramyun at 40% is the joint-deepest percentage on the poster, and unlike the nappies it is a pantry item that keeps well past Sunday.
The 4% most readers here cannot actually use
This is the part that gets copied wrong every time, and it matters more than usual this round because of which days the ad falls on.
The strip at the foot of the artwork prints two separate 4% discounts, and both are day-gated:
- 4% Seniors Special Discount: every Tuesday and Wednesday, for Singaporeans and PRs aged 60 and above only, valid till 31/12/2026.
- 4% CHAS Special Discount: every Thursday for CHAS Blue Card holders, and every Friday for CHAS Orange Card holders, also valid till 31/12/2026.
Now line those up against the promotion window, which is Thursday 27 to Sunday 30 August 2026:

The senior discount lands on none of the four days. If you are 60 or above and were planning to stack it on this ad, you cannot. The next senior days are Tuesday 1 and Wednesday 2 September, by which time the 4 Days Special is finished. Sheng Siong's fortnight ad runs alongside this one to 3 September, so those prices are still there on the senior days. The Buy-1-Free-1 lines above are not.
CHAS holders get the better week. Thursday 27 August is a Blue day and Friday 28 August is an Orange day, and both sit inside the window.
The bank rebates carry no day gate: 6% with the BOC Sheng Siong Card, 5% with the POSB Everyday Card, 5% with the Citi SMRT Platinum Visa Card. The artwork's own footnote is that terms may vary and are applicable for all bank rebates. Whether a 4% discount or a card rebate applies on top of a promotional price is not spelled out anywhere on the poster, so ask at the counter rather than assuming it stacks.
The fresh page has been repriced from today
Sheng Siong's fortnight ad, which runs 21 August to 3 September, carried a Fruits & Vegetables page with its own shorter window that ran out today, 27 August. This 4 Days Special reprices that section for the next four days, and two lines are worth knowing.
Strawberries got cheaper. South Africa strawberry 250g was $4.99 a box on the fortnight ad and is $4.55 a box on this one.
Shine muscat held. Yunnan Shine Muscat Grape (Green) 500g is still $1.99 a box, the same figure the fortnight ad carried.

One badge that is not a deal
Not every green flash on this poster is worth crossing the shop for, and they are all printed in the same style.
Mama Lemon Dishwashing Liquid Refill (Regular / Lemon) 4 x 600ml is $9.65 for 2 against a usual 2 for $9.98. That is 33 cents off, a 3% discount, sitting on the same page as the 40% lines.
Two more in the same bracket: Ahling Pork Luncheon Meat Less Sodium 2s x 397g at $5.15 a set against $5.78, which is 63 cents, and Oriental Fortune Mantou 360g at $4.80 for 2 against 2 for $5.54, which is 74 cents. Buy them if they were already on your list. Do not build a trip around them.
The fine print, as printed
Straight off the top of the artwork, directly under the promotion period:

That cap is per product, so it does not stop you filling a basket. What the poster does not spell out is how the cap counts against a Buy-1-Free-1 line, meaning whether three paid plus three free sits inside it. If you are going in for the Dove or the gyoza in volume, ask at the counter before you queue.
