Haidilao has put Singapore on the menu for SG61 — and, separately, done the more useful thing: dropped three of its regular dishes to S$6.10++ each, all day, for the whole of August.

> Quick view: SG61 National Day Local Flavours — Laksa Soup Base, Yong Tau Foo Platter, Kangkong, Red Bean Ice Kacang · 3–31 Aug 2026 · PLUS three dishes at S$6.10++ each — Snakehead Fish Slices, Pork Belly Rolls, Angus Beef Topblade · same dates, available all day · dine-in only, no takeaway · cannot be stacked with other Haidilao promos or vouchers.

1. "A Taste of Singapore, Nanyang Style" — the SG61 menu

Haidilao's National Day range is billed as *这一锅,很新加坡!* — *A Taste of Singapore, Nanyang Style!* — and it is four local-leaning additions, live from 3 to 31 August 2026:

  • Laksa Soup Base (叻沙锅底) — the headline. A laksa broth in place of the usual mala, tomato or bone options, so you can build a whole hotpot on it.
  • Yong Tau Foo Platter (酿豆腐拼盘) — the stuffed-tofu-and-vegetable set, sized as a sharing platter.
  • Kangkong (空心菜) — plain water spinach, for the pot.
  • Red Bean Ice Kacang (初恋红豆冰) — the dessert, carrying a Nutri-Grade C label at 7% sugar on the campaign poster.

Haidilao has not published prices for these four in its announcement — the poster carries the dates and nothing else. Check the in-store or in-app menu when you order.

2. The actually-cheap bit: three dishes at S$6.10++

The separate SG61 National Day Special is the one worth planning around. Three selected dishes at S$6.10++ each, 3–31 August 2026, available all day — not a lunch-only or off-peak window:

DishChinese
Snakehead Fish Slices黑鱼片
Pork Belly Rolls香嫩五花肉卷
Angus Beef Topblade安格斯牛板腱

The `++` matters: S$6.10 is before GST and service charge, so budget roughly S$7.30–7.40 a plate at the till.

The fine print — read this before you plan a big order

Haidilao spelled the terms out on the poster, and two of them will catch people:

  1. Valid all day, 3–31 August 2026.
  2. Prices are subject to GST and service charge.
  3. Dine-in only. Takeaway is not permitted.
  4. Cannot be combined with other Haidilao Singapore promotions — Haidilao explicitly names the Late-Night 20% Discount, Crazy Friday, staff discounts and mall tenant discounts.
  5. Cannot be used with any Haidilao vouchers or e-vouchers, points-redemption vouchers or participating mall vouchers — explicitly including Birthday Vouchers, Membership Upgrade Vouchers, Regular Customer Vouchers, points-redeemed dish vouchers, CapitaLand Vouchers and VivoCity Vouchers.
  6. Haidilao Singapore reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice.

Point 4 is the real cost. If you normally eat at Haidilao late on the Late-Night 20% discount, you now have to choose one or the other. Rough rule: a table ordering a lot of meat gets more out of S$6.10++ plates than out of 20% off the bill; a small order weighted towards premium items may not.

If you're heading to Plaza Singapura tonight

One timing note for Monday 3 August: Haidilao has posted that Haidilao Plaza Singapura is affected by a scheduled CapitaLand electrical maintenance shutdown from 11pm on 3 Aug to 7am on 4 Aug. Last order is 8.30pm that night, and the outlet reopens at 10.30am on Tuesday 4 August. Other outlets are unaffected.
