Booking.com has sat out the 11.11 season until now. This year it is in, and the mechanics are simple enough to plan around in advance: at least 30% off participating accommodations, booked in a one-week window, for stays stretching more than a year out.
How the sale works
- Book between 9 and 16 November 2026. The hard cutoff is 15:00 CET on 16 November, which is 10pm Singapore time, so the last day is not a full day.
- Stay window: check-in from 9 November 2026, check-out on or before 31 December 2027. That covers the December 2026 school holidays, Chinese New Year 2027, the mid-year June holidays and the whole of next year's December peak.
- Look for the '11.11' label. Participating properties are marked on both the search results page and the room selection page. No label, no deal.
- At least 30% is the floor. Booking.com's own terms say the saving varies by destination country, so some stays will go deeper.
The fine print that matters
- The discount applies to the room cost only: taxes, extras and additional fees are excluded, so the saving on the final total is smaller than the headline.
- Changes can void the saving. The terms say that if you change a discounted booking you may lose the discount and be liable for the full amount. If your plans are soft, pick a free-cancellation rate and rebook instead of amending.
- No stacking with other promotions, and rates labelled Partner Offer are excluded.
- Free cancellation and Book Now, Pay Later remain available at eligible properties, which matters when you are locking in a trip more than a year ahead.
Why the long window is the real story
A 30% hotel discount in November is common. A 30% discount you can point at December 2027 is not. The booking window covers every school holiday between now and the end of next year, so the play here is less about a spontaneous November weekend and more about locking in the trips you already know are coming: the year-end 2026 trip you have not booked yet, Chinese New Year 2027, and June 2027 before flights even go on sale for some routes.
For inspiration, Booking.com's own 2027 trending list points at Sendai, Japan and Puri, India, and its Travel Happiness Index (surveyed May 2026, 1,013 Singapore respondents) found 72% of Singapore travellers willing to shift dates or destinations for better value, with 13% actively hunting deals. This sale is built squarely for that behaviour: the discount rewards whoever is flexible enough to book now for later.
