Skyscanner has joined Singapore's 11.11 week with its first Singles' Day sale here, and it is worth understanding as two separate mechanics: airline flight sales flagged with an On Sale tag on the site and app, and DROPS, an app-only feed of fares that have genuinely fallen.
> Quick view: 11am 1 Nov to 11pm 11 Nov 2026, SGT · airline sales up to 15% off, look for the blue On Sale tag when choosing who to book with · DROPS in the app lists return fares down at least 20% vs the last 7 days, up to 40% during the sale · 2 Nov snapshot: Seoul from S$417, Taipei and Shanghai from S$258 return · airline T&Cs vary, prices move hourly.
How to find the airline deals
- Search your trip on skyscanner.com.sg or in the app with your dates.
- Pick your outbound and return flights.
- At "choose who to book with", look for the blue On Sale tag. It marks itineraries inside a participating airline's 11.11 sale. The exclusive deals are with Jin Air, Jeju Air, Cathay Pacific and T'way Air, with further offers from Vietnam Airlines, Sun Phu Quoc Air and Jetstar Airways.
You still book and pay on the airline's own site, so the airline's fare conditions, baggage rules and taxes apply, and they differ by carrier.
What DROPS showed on 2 November
DROPS is the more interesting half if your dates are flexible. It only lists routes where the fare has fallen at least 20% that day against the past week, which filters out fake anchor pricing. At 11am on 2 November the feed included:
- Singapore to Seoul: up to 32% off, from S$417 return, travel 12 to 19 November 2026
- Singapore to Taipei: up to 37% off, from S$258 return, travel 22 to 26 January 2027
- Singapore to Shanghai: up to 37% off, from S$258 return, travel 7 to 12 January 2027
Prices refresh hourly, so treat those as a snapshot of the feed's level rather than bookable promises.
Worth knowing
- The discounts are the airlines', not Skyscanner's. The On Sale tag is a signpost; the fare, rules and any sale cap belong to the carrier.
- Not every route is discounted. Skyscanner's own FAQ says so, and the sample drops cluster on North Asia.
- A Drop can vanish. Once a fare rises or sells out, the entry is pulled from the feed.
- Compare the taxed total. Taxes, fuel surcharges and airport fees shift with ticketing date and exchange rates.
