Why it's worth the queue
Smoked beef cheek is a serious BBQ cut — slow-smoked 6-10 hours at ~110°C until connective tissue breaks down into gelatin. At sit-down BBQ restaurants:

A free version at Bayfront, even at 70% of those quality references, is ~S$20-25 of effective value for the cost of a 30-45 min queue.

Bayfront Event Space is the open-air event lawn between Marina Bay Sands Hotel and the ArtScience Museum, facing the Bay (the area where the daily MBS light show happens).

- From MBS Hotel: walk through Sky Park direction toward ArtScience Museum (5 min)

Group strategy
Each person queues individually for their own burger (typical 1-per-person limit). Group of 4 = 4 burgers maximum if everyone queues. Don't try to take 4 burgers in one transaction — the booth will refuse.

What is Jett Barbecue?
Jett Barbecue is a newer SG BBQ outfit (founded ~2024-2025) known for smoke quality on lesser-explored cuts (beef cheek, brisket point, pork belly burnt ends). They run a small private-event catering operation + this is one of their first public-facing pop-ups. Worth tracking for future BBQ + butchery events in SG.
