What you're getting
This isn't a self-serve steam-tray line — it's an à la carte buffet, so you tick dishes off a menu and they're cooked fresh and brought to your table, with as many rounds as you can finish. The Deluxe tier layers the premium picks on top of the spread:

The maths
The buffet is $59.80++ per adult at usual price. On 1-for-1, two adults dine for one buffet's cost — about $29.90++ a head. The "++" matters: menu prices are before the 10% service charge and 9% GST, so two Deluxe buffets (one paid, one free) land around $71 nett total — roughly $35.50 a head all-in for an unlimited premium seafood spread in the Clarke Quay area.
