The strongest straight 1-for-1 on this list. Australian-inspired all-day diner Surrey Hills Grocer runs 'The Dinner Club' every Sunday to Thursday from 6pm at all five outlets: order 2, 3 or 4 selected mains and the same number comes free, so a table of four can eat eight mains for the price of four. The catch worth planning around is that each outlet publishes its own qualifying line-up rather than one national list, because the menus differ by branch. At The Woodleigh Mall, for example, the mall's own listing names three: the Lava Wagyu Burger, Vongole and Tooheys Lager Fish & Chips Stack. It is still running: the brand re-posted the Dinner Club on its own Facebook page on 15 September, naming all outlets, Sunday to Thursday from 6pm. Its website still has no promotions page, and Woodleigh's listing is headed 22 June to 31 July 2026 while its own small print says '22 June 2026 onwards', so ask which mains are in when you book. One more saving if it applies to you: SAFRA members and servicemen (11B) get 10% off the subtotal bill for dine-in and takeaway, plus 10% off grocer items, on weekdays and eves of public holidays, running to 31 March 2027. It cannot be combined with other promotions, so take the Dinner Club on a group night and the 10% on a solo weekday visit. The five outlets are ION Orchard (#05-02), VivoCity (#03-02), Raffles City (#03-42), One Holland Village (#03-29) and The Woodleigh Mall (#01-52/53), all open daily 10am to 10pm, and the Woodleigh, One Holland Village and VivoCity branches are pet friendly.

Two free-flow desserts for the price of one main, at the riverside restaurant inside M Social (90 Robertson Quay, Level 1, about 5 minutes from Havelock MRT). The Friday deal is the famous one: order any main course and $9.90++ per person unlocks all-you-can-scoop tiramisu, served scoop by scoop until you give up. Since a single tiramisu slice runs $8 to $12 at most cafes, free-flow at $9.90++ is one of the cheapest dessert buffets in town. New since our last check: an all-you-can-scoop **ice cream** offer that comes with any a la carte main at weekday lunch, 12pm to 2.30pm, with no separate dessert charge listed. If you want the meal itself cheap, the weekday set lunch is a 2-course starter and main at $26++, served 11.30am to 2.45pm with last order at 2.30pm, and dessert is a $6++ add-on. Trays are limited and it is first come, first served, so book ahead on Friday nights. KFC's standing weekday value line, its '$5 Real Deals' menu, runs Monday to Friday, and every meal comes with a regular side and a drink. Only one of them is actually $5 as of 20 September: the **BBQ Tenders Burger Meal**. The Cheesy Tenders Twister Meal, Famous Bowl Meal and Curry Macaroni Bowl Set are $5.50, and the Mac 'N Cheese Bowl Meal is $6.50. The important condition, and the one most roundups get backwards, is the channel: these weekday deals are for **dine-in and takeaway only** and are not available on KFC Delivery, GrabFood, foodpanda or Deliveroo, so ordering in costs you the discount. KFC's own terms add three more limits: only after 11am, not on weekends or public holidays, and not at KFC Sentosa, Singapore Zoo or Jewel Changi Airport. The $5.50 Chicken Bites with Nashville Sauce Set we listed earlier this month has dropped off the menu, and the five prices above were unchanged on 20 September. Two app-only lines sit on top of this. Monday App Deals cut one dish a week and name the exact Monday they are valid, which on 20 September was a $6.50 Famous Bowl with Chicken Meal for Monday 21 September, and a rotating Flash Deals section adds cheap drinks and snacks for a few days at a time. Both are worth a look in the app before you order, but the from-$5 weekday menu is the part you can count on week to week.

The $5-off-everything promo that ran through July and August has ended, but the Japanese teishoku chain has kept three standing offers that are better value if you go at the right hour and the right branch. The headline is the **$6 Tori Katsu Jyu**, a crispy chicken cutlet over runny scrambled egg and rice, available on non-public-holiday weekday lunch at just two outlets: Northpoint City (takeaway only) and Pasir Ris Mall (dine-in or takeaway). Both cap it at 30 servings a day, so go early. Tea Time Specials pair a drink and a dessert from $5, with tiramisu and hot coffee at exactly $5, served weekdays 2pm to 5pm at The Star Vista, United Square and Northpoint City, and all day on weekdays at 100AM and Pasir Ris Mall. Happy hour is a 250ml Asahi draft or a 90ml house pour sake at $4.50 each, 3pm to 8pm daily, at 100AM, The Star Vista and United Square. The two outlets that carry the $6 rice bowl run a different one: bottled Sapporo at $7.50, or a bucket of five for $35, at Northpoint City and Pasir Ris Mall. Every offer here is outlet-specific, so check the branch before you make the trip.
The reliable fallback, and these offers sit on McDonald's own site rather than in a four-day app flash. New this month is the cheapest of them: limited-time **McSaver meals at $5**, a Filet-O-Fish, McChicken or Smoky Beef meal, served after breakfast hours while stocks last. The 1pc Chicken McCrispy meal we listed earlier this month is no longer on the McSaver page. They are not available on delivery or at the Lido, Gardens by the Bay and Changi Airport (Jewel, T2, T3) outlets. For delivery, the anchor is the **Delivery Special 4pc Saver Meal from $9.90**: a burger with 1pc McCrispy Fried Chicken, fries and a drink. One detail our August version had wrong, so worth spelling out: the burger is not free choice, it is a Filet-O-Fish, Double Cheeseburger or McSpicy, and the price is a delivery special. Alongside it sit **$2 treats** (a Small Fries, Vanilla Sundae or Ice MILO Junior, each $2, served after breakfast hours at every restaurant, Drive-Thru and Dessert Kiosk) and the **Breakfast McSaver Meal from $5**, a McMuffin with a hash brown or corn cup and a coffee or tea, available any day of the week during breakfast hours at selected restaurants. The one most people miss is at the Drive-Thru: **quote 'car decal' with a minimum $10 spend and an Iced Lemon Tea (S) is free**, until 4 November (it replaced the Jasmine Green Tea we listed earlier). McDelivery's minimum order is $8, with a small order fee between $8 and $11.99. For a treat-yourself meal, this is the one that changed most since August. The 1-for-1 dinner buffet that ran at the Cook & Brew pop-up finished on 31 August and did not roll over. What replaced it is the reopened Seasonal Tastes itself, now on **Level 32** of The Westin Singapore (12 Marina View, Asia Square Tower 2), and it carries a permanent card deal instead: **every second diner enjoys 50% off** when you pay with a DBS/POSB, OCBC, UOB, Citibank, Bank of China, Maybank, Amex or JCB debit or credit card. The Lunchtastic Buffet is $68++ per adult Monday to Thursday and $78++ Friday to Sunday, children aged 4 to 12 are $34++, served 12pm to 2.30pm. The Seafood Dinner Buffet is $128++ per adult and $55++ per child, 6pm to 10pm, with lobster, prawns and crab on ice. Do the maths before you book: two adults at weekday lunch pay $102++ in total, so about **$51++ each**, while the same pair at the seafood dinner works out to roughly $96++ each. Lunch is where the value is. There is also a September extra, a complimentary glass of house wine for LiveWell members and their guests with any lunch or dinner buffet, which the restaurant dates to September, so it goes when the month does. The '++' means service charge and GST on top, and blackout dates vary by issuer, so check your own bank's terms.

If lunch is the meal you are trying to cut, the order is straightforward. YAYOI's $6 Tori Katsu Jyu is the cheapest proper sit-down plate, but it exists at only two outlets and only 30 servings a day at each, so it is a go-early deal. KFC from $5 is cheaper still and available after 11am at almost every outlet (not Sentosa, the Zoo or Jewel), as long as you eat in or take away rather than ordering delivery. Only its BBQ Tenders Burger Meal is exactly $5; the rest run $5.50 to $6.50. Beast & Butterflies at $26++ buys you two courses plus free-flow ice cream, which is the best value if you want a real restaurant lunch. Seasonal Tastes at about $51++ each for two is the splurge, and it is the only one of the four that is a full buffet.
Book Surrey Hills Grocer if you have a group, because the Dinner Club is the only deal here where the saving grows with headcount, and four people eating eight mains for the price of four is the largest single discount on this page. Ring the outlet or check its menu first, since the qualifying mains differ by branch. Book Seasonal Tastes if you want the buffet, and book weekday lunch rather than dinner: the second-diner discount is the same either way, but the base price is $60 lower per adult, which is where the actual saving lives.
Every deal above was re-checked on 20 September 2026 against the brand's own website, app menu or official social post, not against deal aggregators. Surrey Hills Grocer's Dinner Club, the one deal the brand's website does not carry, was confirmed by the brand's own Facebook post of 15 September naming all outlets, Sunday to Thursday from 6pm, which retires the 'ask whether it is still on' caveat this page carried before. KFC's five weekday prices and McDonald's 4 November Drive-Thru end date were both unchanged. Three things did change. McDonald's McSaver line now lists three burgers rather than four, so the 1pc Chicken McCrispy meal has gone. It varies, and getting it wrong is the usual reason people miss out. Seasonal Tastes is card-linked, so you need an eligible DBS/POSB, OCBC, UOB, Citibank, Bank of China, Maybank, Amex or JCB card plus an advance reservation made under the promotion. McDonald's runs its rotating offers through the app, though the $9.90 4pc Saver Meal is a delivery special and the Drive-Thru tea just needs you to say 'car decal' at the speaker. KFC's weekday deals need no coupon at all, but they are dine-in and takeaway only, so ordering through a delivery platform loses you the price. Surrey Hills Grocer, YAYOI and Beast & Butterflies are straightforward in-store deals: turn up in the right window at a participating outlet and order.
Three, and all three closed with the month. Kei Kaisendon's 9th-anniversary 1-for-1 sashimi don finished after its final outlet rotation in late August, and no September replacement has been announced on the brand's own channels. The 1-for-1 dinner buffet at the Cook & Brew pop-up ended on 31 August as scheduled; Seasonal Tastes has since reopened on Level 32 of The Westin with a second-diner-50%-off deal instead. YAYOI's $5 off with no minimum spend ran 1 July to 31 August and is gone, replaced by the standing $6 Tori Katsu Jyu, tea-time and happy-hour offers listed above. McDonald's Pre-Payday app deals also expired on 21 August. Since our 2 September update, KFC's $5.50 Nashville chicken bites set has also left the menu, and McDonald's Drive-Thru freebie has changed from Jasmine Green Tea to Iced Lemon Tea.
