> Quick view: SPC is taking 23% off petrol and diesel at all SPC stations from Friday 6 to Monday 9 November 2026 (12am to 11.59pm). It is for SPC&U and corporate members only, but sign-up is free in the SPC+ app, and bank rebates of up to 7.1% still stack. RON 95 works out to about $2.74 a litre before your card rebate.
SPC is marking Deepavali with another of its 23% fuel weekends, and this one runs four days to cover the long weekend: Deepavali falls on Sunday 8 November and the public holiday is on Monday 9 November. The discount covers every grade of petrol and diesel, and unlike some fuel promotions it does not cancel out your bank card's rebate.

What it costs at the pump
Motorist lists SPC's pump prices on 6 November as $3.54 for RON 92, $3.56 for RON 95, $4.08 for RON 98 and $4.00 for diesel. With 23% off:
| Grade | Pump price | After 23% off |
|---|---|---|
| RON 92 | $3.54 | about $2.73 |
| RON 95 | $3.56 | about $2.74 |
| RON 98 | $4.08 | about $3.14 |
| Diesel | $4.00 | about $3.08 |
On a 50-litre fill of RON 95 that is about $137 instead of $178, a saving of roughly $41, and your bank rebate comes off after that. Our cheapest petrol tracker shows how that compares with the independents.
The fine print
- Members only. SPC's terms limit the 23% to SPC&U and Local Account/Corporate members. Walk-in customers without a membership pay the pump price.
- Sign up before you pump. SPC no longer issues physical SPC&U cards; membership is digital in the SPC+ app, which runs on iOS 16 or Android 15 and above. SPC's app page also advertises a welcome offer of up to $36 in fuel savings for new sign-ups, issued as e-coupons in the app.
- Bank rebates stack. SPC's terms say bank rebates still apply, subject to each bank's terms. SPC names AMEX, POSB Everyday and UOB.
- No other SPC offers. The 23% is not valid with other offers, discounts or promotions unless stated.
- Four days, to the minute. It starts at 12am on Friday 6 November and ends at 11.59pm on Monday 9 November.
Tips
- Fill up on Monday night only if you must. The Deepavali eve and holiday evenings tend to bring queues at the bigger stations, so a weekday-style Friday or Saturday morning fill is calmer.
- Use your best fuel card. Since bank rebates stack, pay with whichever card gives you the highest rebate at SPC. The bank's own terms decide the rate and any minimum spend.
- Top up, then top up again. If your tank is half full on Friday, it can still be worth filling now and again on Monday.
