Technic Autocare's $78 for a Shell Helix Ultra 5W-40 change is the lowest fully-synthetic package we could verify on any Singapore workshop's own site — against its own usual price of $118 — and JPowertrain's $88 is the only headline here that explicitly covers Continental cars at the same price as a Toyota. Everywhere else the gates do the work. Precise Auto Service's $108 is quoted before GST, so it is really $117.72, and Continental makes add $20. Motoserv charges $25 to fit a Continental oil filter and $32.71 for every litre of engine oil past four — more than double JPowertrain's $15. BCC Automotive's $96++ per service only exists if you buy four sessions upfront, non-refundable, and its Asian and Continental packages are both still sitting on its Active Promotions page with end dates of 31 December 2025. And SPC, the biggest name here with 8 stations, is running two price lists at once on its own website: the SpeedyCare page carries a June 2026 poster at $115–$158, while the Speedy Packages sub-page still serves the 2019 artwork at $105–$148 — which is where every roundup quoting '$105' is getting it from. A single-unit workshop up on the sixth floor of Pioneer Point that publishes its whole ladder as five packages, each one listing all 29 check items in full, and each one showing its own usual price beside the promotional one. The Shell Helix Ultra 5W-40 package is $78 against a usual $118 — a $40 cut on a premium fully-synthetic oil, and the cheapest fully-synthetic servicing package we could verify on any Singapore workshop's own website. Castrol Edge 5W-40 is $108 and Castrol Edge 5W-30 is $118, both against $138. The hybrid package using Honda LEO or Toyota 0W-20 genuine oil is $108, also against $138. The odd one out is Duckhams 5W-40 at $98 with no usual price quoted, which means the premium Shell oil is currently $20 cheaper than the mid-tier one — a quirk of the promotion, not a mistake to argue with. Every package renews the engine oil to a stated limit of 4 litres and renews the oil filter, then runs the same 29-point inspection covering battery water, cooling system, clutch and brake fluid, transmission and differential oil, power steering, radiator cap, air filter, all lights and horn, tyres and pressures, aircon refrigerant, wheel alignment, front brake pads and discs, rear linings and drums, brake lines and hoses, parking brake, ignition timing and idle speed, drive belt, undercarriage bolts, engine and gearbox mountings, ball joints, drive shaft boots, suspensions and any engine oil dripping. What it does not publish is a Continental surcharge or a per-litre rate for oil beyond the four included, so ask for both on the phone before you drive to Jurong. Jackson Powertrain Pte Ltd runs a four-rung ladder out of Loyang, sold as WooCommerce products so the prices sit in the open rather than behind an enquiry form: $68 nett for the hybrid package, $88 nett for the petrol package, $138 nett for the Liqui Moly 5W-40 premium package and $168 nett for the Liqui Moly 5W-30 one. The $88 buys a full oil change with 4 litres of fully-synthetic Lubrex or Shell Helix Ultra 5W-40, an oil filter replacement, a wiper washer and coolant top-up, and a safety point check covering the brake system, tyre condition and spark plugs. The part worth reading twice is the sentence about who it covers: the package text names Toyota, Honda and Nissan, Continental cars and hybrid vehicles in the same breath, with no surcharge attached to any of them — which makes it the cheapest way on this list to service a Continental car, against +$20 at Precise Auto Service, +$25 for the oil filter alone at Motoserv and +$10 to +$400 at Carro Care depending on the tier. The second number to note is the top-up: additional oil is $15 per litre before prevailing GST, or about $16.35. That is the lowest per-litre rate anyone here publishes and less than half of Motoserv's $32.71, which is the difference between a 5.5-litre Continental engine costing $112 all-in here and $137 there before either workshop touches anything else. One inconsistency to be aware of: the packages are labelled nett, but the oil top-up is explicitly quoted before GST, so the fifth litre is taxed even though the first four are not. The biggest brand on this list, run by Singapore Petroleum Company across 8 automotive centres, and the only entry whose price list is genuinely inconvenient to quote — because there are two of them live on spc.com.sg right now. The SpeedyCare landing page carries a poster last modified 15 June 2026 with the current SYNACE fully-synthetic packages: $115 for SYNACE Supreme 5W-40 (all-round protection, meets API SP, ACEA A3/B4, BMW Longlife-01, MB 229.5, Porsche A40, VW 502 00/505 00), $118 for SYNACE Racing 5W-50 for turbocharged and supercharged cars, $120 for SYNACE Ecostar 5W-30 for cars with emission control systems, and $158 for SYNACE Hybrid 0W-20. Click through to the Speedy Packages sub-page, though, and SPC still serves the 2019 artwork — $105, $108, $110 and $148, plus a SYNACE MAX 0W-40 'ultimate protection' package at $128 that no longer appears in the 2026 line-up at all. That stale poster is where every roundup quoting '$105 to $148' is getting its numbers, including the ones published this year. Assume the June 2026 figures: prices are $10 higher across the board and one package has been discontinued. Carro's own servicing arm, and the clearest published price table in this guide because it runs two full columns side by side rather than a footnote saying 'Continental cars extra'. For Asian cars: the Basic/Bronze periodic package every 10,000km is $118, Silver every 20,000km is $188, and Gold every 40,000km is $588. For Continental cars the same three are $128, $238 and $988. Put those next to each other and you get the single most useful fact about Continental servicing in Singapore — the premium is not a flat number. It is $10 at the basic oil-and-filter service, $50 at 20,000km, and $400 by the time you reach the 40,000km major, a 68% mark-up rather than the 8% the entry tier implies. Anyone quoting you 'Continental is about twenty dollars more' is quoting the cheapest rung. The periodic package covers a 35-point inspection, fully synthetic engine oil, genuine oil filter replacement, air and aircon filter, coolant flush, ATF change and brake fluid change across the tiers. A la carte items are published too, and they split the same way: the DPS 3-in-1 engine treatment is $90 for both, coolant flushing and top-up $90 for both, but the air filter is $35 Asian against $55 Continental, the aircon filter $40 against $60, ATF from $150 against from $220, and spark plugs from $160 against from $180. Its Shell Helix servicing package poster prices four oil grades — 5W-40 at $118, 5W-30 at $128, 0W-20 at $148 and 0W-40 at $168 — each with 4 litres of Shell Helix engine oil, an oil filter, 36 safety checks and an interior vacuum, and the promotions page describes the range as starting at $118 net across its Shell Autoserv outlets. Running alongside it is a new-launch promotion on the Shell Helix Hybrid 0W-20 package at $118 against a normal price of $148, which is the one to take if you drive a hybrid, and a Caltex Havoline Pro DS fully-synthetic package also at $118 net with a choice of three oils and five bundled maintenance services, flagged as limited time only with no end date published. S-Oil Dragon SN is $108, Shell Helix Ultra 5W-40 is $128, Liqui Moly Leichtlauf High Tech 5W-40 and Mobil 1 0W-40 are $138 each, and Castrol Edge 5W-40, HKS Super 5W-30, Liqui Moly Special Tec 5W-30 and Liqui Moly Top Tec 4100 5W-40 are $148 each. Every one is 4 litres of engine oil, an oil filter and a 40-point maintenance check, and each also throws in an interior vacuum, air filter and aircon filter cleaning, tyre pressure check and fluid top-ups. Then read the terms, because three lines there move the numbers. First, all prices listed are subject to GST — the only workshop on this list that says so outright — which turns $108 into $117.72 and $148 into $161.32, and moves it from looking cheaper than SPC to costing about the same. Second, the prices are for Japanese and other Asian makes; Continental makes cost an additional $20. Third, the free tyre rotation is for first-time customers only, and otherwise carries a $20 labour charge, so a returning customer's 'free extras' list is one item shorter than a new customer's. A three-outlet Point S member that has been servicing cars in Singapore since the 1970s, originally on premium Continental makes, and the only workshop here whose live offer is a membership discount rather than a package price: 10% off labour charges for Automobile Association of Singapore members at any of its outlets, running 1 January 2026 to 1 January 2027, redeemed by showing your AA card at the counter. That one is dated and current. Its servicing packages need more care. The Asian-car package is advertised at $96++ per servicing against a usual $128++, and the Continental one from $123++ — but both prices exist only if you buy four servicing sessions upfront, covering roughly two years, and the terms state the package is non-refundable once purchased, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Four Asian sessions at $96++ is $384 before GST and any service charge, so this is a two-year commitment dressed as a per-visit price, and the ++ means the real per-visit figure is higher than $96 in any case. The bigger catch is the dates. Both packages still sit under the heading 'Active promotions' on BCC's own promotions page, and both carry end dates that have already passed: 1 October 2024 to 31 December 2025 for the Asian package, and 1 October 2025 to 31 December 2025 for the Continental one, alongside a Mercedes-Benz package that ended in October 2025. Presence on an 'active' page is not proof a promotion is live — ring first and get the current price confirmed. Included as the authorised-dealer comparison, because the question underneath every workshop roundup is whether the main dealer is worth the difference — and at Honda's Singapore distributor the honest answer is that you cannot tell from the website, because the price is not on it. Kah Motor's service packages page describes a maintenance programme built around Shell Helix Ultra synthetic oil at 10,000km or 6-month intervals, says a 2-year or 3-year package saves up to $950, and then asks you to call 6841 3838 for the figure. The terms do publish the structure: the 2-year package covers 4 services and the 3-year covers 6, it is inclusive of all parts, labour and engine oil to Honda's specification, it excludes wear-and-tear items such as timing chains and tyres, and it is transferable to the next owner for a $55 admin fee but never exchangeable for cash. Sign-up also carries 20% off grooming services, a courtesy car rental from $55 a day including GST while yours is in, and a membership worth up to $248. What is published, clearly and with no strings beyond the clock, is the Off Peak Service Deal: $40 off when you book a servicing appointment Monday to Friday between 1pm and 4pm. That is a straight discount for driving in during the quiet slot, larger than the entire gap between several independents on this list, and it is bookable by phone on 6841 3838. Also worth knowing if your Honda is still in warranty: the site states that periodic maintenance must be carried out according to the recommended schedule or the warranty terms are invalidated, which is the actual reason to stay with the dealer for the first few years rather than any price argument. Search "car servicing Singapore" and you get a wall of workshops whose own "promotion" pages contain no prices. Gold Autoworks publishes a page titled *Car Servicing Promotion Singapore — Package Pricing* that lists three mileage-based packages and not a single dollar figure; another titled *Car Service Promotion Package Singapore — 2026 Offers* runs about a thousand words on why promotions exist and quotes nothing. CAS Garage has a PROMO section with no promotions in it. Autobacs lists six engine-oil service packages by oil grade with the prices rendered as images that carry no prices. That is the norm, not the exception — so this guide only ranks workshops that publish an actual number on their own website, poster or booking page, and it says plainly where a price is missing.
Every figure above was read on 24 August 2026 off the workshop's own website, its own price poster, or its own ordering page — not from an aggregator, a directory or another roundup. Where a price only exists as artwork, we downloaded the poster and read it; that is how the SPC and Motoserv numbers were obtained, and it is how we found that SPC is serving two price lists at once. Where a workshop publishes no price, we have said so rather than repeating a figure from somewhere else.
That matters more than usual on this topic, because stale numbers circulate freely here. The figure "$105 to $148" for SPC SpeedyCare appears in write-ups published this year; it comes from an SPC poster last modified in January 2020 that the company still serves on its own Speedy Packages sub-page, while its SpeedyCare landing page carries a June 2026 poster reading $115 to $158. One workshop's widely-repeated "$58 nett" package is $78 on its own live page today. Precise Auto Service's ladder has not been repriced since 1 February 2023 and predates the GST rise to 9%.
Ask whether it is nett. Precise Auto Service states outright that its prices are subject to GST, which turns $108 into $117.72 and $148 into $161.32. BCC quotes ++. Motoserv and JPowertrain say nett. Two numbers a few dollars apart can invert once you put them on the same basis.
Ask what a Continental car adds, at your service interval. It is not one number. Carro Care publishes both columns, and the premium is $10 at the 10,000km service, $50 at 20,000km and $400 at 40,000km. Precise Auto Service adds a flat $20. Motoserv charges $25 just for the oil filter. JPowertrain charges nothing.
Ask what the fifth litre costs. Every package here includes four litres, and plenty of engines take more. The published rates run from $15 a litre at JPowertrain to $32.71 at Motoserv — a spread of more than two to one on the exact same product.
Ask whether the price needs a prepayment. BCC's $96++ per service is only available on four sessions bought upfront, non-refundable. That is a two-year commitment, not a visit.
Check the date on the promotion, not the page it sits on. BCC's Active Promotions page currently lists two servicing packages whose own stated end dates were 31 December 2025.
If the car is in warranty, price the dealer separately. Kah Motor states that periodic maintenance must follow the recommended schedule or the warranty terms are invalidated. Its $40 off-peak discount is real and published; its package price is not published at all.

If a Sunday slot is the deciding factor, the choice on this list is one of the two SPC stations, and it is worth calling ahead because Sunday capacity at a forecourt workshop is smaller than a weekday's.
Continental engines generally take more oil, require oil meeting a specific manufacturer approval such as BMW Longlife-01 or MB 229.5, and use dearer filters and consumables — and every workshop prices that differently, which is why 'about twenty dollars more' is usually wrong. Carro Care is the only workshop in this guide that publishes both columns outright, and its figures show the premium is not flat: $10 more at the 10,000km basic service ($118 versus $128), $50 more at 20,000km ($188 versus $238), and $400 more at the 40,000km major ($588 versus $988), which is a 68% mark-up rather than the 8% the entry tier suggests. Its parts split the same way — air filter $35 against $55, aircon filter $40 against $60, ATF from $150 against from $220. Elsewhere: Precise Auto Service adds a flat $20 for Continental makes, Motoserv charges a $25 top-up for the Continental oil filter, BCC Automotive's Continental package is from $123++ against $96++ for Asian cars, and JPowertrain charges nothing extra — its $88 nett package names Continental cars alongside Japanese and hybrid at the same price. On top of any surcharge, remember the oil quantity: most packages cap at 4 litres, and a Continental engine that takes 5.5 will pay the per-litre top-up, which ranges from $15 at JPowertrain to $32.71 at Motoserv.
Not consistently, and it is the single most common reason two quotes that look close are not.
