The best 1-for-1 still standing from this list, and the best 1-for-1 dim sum buffet in Singapore right now. Café Mosaic's Hong Kong Kitchen lunch buffet is built around handcrafted dim sum — steamed baskets, char siew bao, freshly baked egg tarts and bolo buns — alongside seafood on ice, roast meats, and live stations turning out roasted pork belly, Hong Kong French toast and egglet waffles. U.P. $62++ per adult means roughly $31++ a head after 1-for-1, about $37 nett once you add the 10% service charge and 9% GST, so two people pay for one buffet. It's the longest-running 1-for-1 here, open to DBS/POSB, Citibank, OCBC or UOB cardmembers, daily 12pm–2.30pm. Two things to plan around — from 31 August 2026 the adult price rises to $68++ on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays (weekdays stay $62++), so a weekday sitting is now clearly the better value; and Café Mosaic also runs 1-for-1 on its Hong Kong Seafood Dinner Buffet (U.P. $128++, Thursday to Saturday), which rises on the same date to $138++, taking that 1-for-1 from about $64++ to about $69++ a head. Children aged 7 to 12 pay $18 at lunch and $38 at dinner, and the 1-for-1 cannot be combined with other discounts, privileges or vouchers, nor used on the eve of or on public holidays and special occasions. One caveat on the end date: the hotel's own offer page carries no expiry at all — the 30 December 2026 cut-off comes from the DBS/POSB card listing rather than from Carlton, so confirm it when you book. Crucially, this is not a Citi-only deal — DBS/POSB, OCBC, UOB, Citibank, Maybank, Bank of China and JCB cards all qualify, which makes it the easiest one here to actually use whatever card you carry. Dinner is 6–10.30pm, with seafood on ice, mains and desserts, plus free-flow soft drinks, coffee and tea, and a city skyline view from the 33rd floor. Lunch isn't 1-for-1 but every second diner gets 50% off (weekday semi-buffet S$48++, weekend full buffet S$58++, 12–2.30pm). The Citi route specifically runs 22 May–31 August 2026. Bring a card, not notes: since 1 July 2026 every venue in the hotel is fully cashless, and only credit or debit cards are accepted. What happens on 1 September, which nobody else has written down yet: the refurbished Seasonal Tastes reopens on Level 32 with reservations opening 1 September 2026, and the offer changes shape — the new Lunchtastic Buffet is S$68++ per adult Monday to Thursday and S$78++ Friday to Sunday (child 4–12 S$34++), and the Seafood Dinner Buffet is S$128++ (child S$55++), with second diners getting 50% off rather than going free. That is a weaker deal than the pop-up's 1-for-1, so if you want the 1-for-1 you have to go before 31 August — but the card net gets wider, because American Express joins DBS/POSB, OCBC, UOB, JCB, Maybank, Bank of China and Citibank on the reopened offer. Runs from 16 June till 31 August 2026 — so there are only a few weeks left on this one. Two things the hotel prints in the fine print and most write-ups drop: the quoted prices are already after the discount, and the promotion cannot be combined with other discounts, loyalty points or special offers — which specifically rules out stacking it with the hotel's own Sizzling Summer Fest, the 2X IHG One Rewards points promotion that runs at Hari's until the same date. IHG member discounts also apply only on direct bookings. Worth knowing if you are heading there anyway: the same hotel runs a second 1-for-1 until 30 August 2026 — its Crab & Lobster Dinner Buffet, Thursday to Sunday 6–10pm, held in the Orchid Ballroom in Basement 1 rather than the usual restaurant, because Window on the Park is closed for renovation.

The restaurant is very much still open and the buffet still runs at full price. At Park Regis by Prince, the Seafood Buffet is $49.80++ ($39.80++) and the Deluxe Seafood Buffet $59.80++ ($49.80++). At d'Arena in Jurong, the Lunch Buffet is $43.80++ ($29.80++), the Dinner Buffet $46.80++ ($33.80++) and the Deluxe Buffet $59.80++ ($43.80++). The Gardens by the Bay outlet runs à la carte and set menus only — no buffet at all. So the cheapest way into a TungLok buffet is $39.80++ at PLQ's dim sum lunch, not the $43.80++ usually quoted, and $59.80++ buys the Deluxe menu at any of the three buffet outlets. It's an à la carte buffet, so dishes are cooked fresh and brought to your table rather than sitting on a self-serve line, which is why it holds up better than most at this price. Time limits are real: PLQ lunch runs in two 90-minute seatings (11.15am–12.45pm and 1–2.30pm) and dinner in two 120-minute seatings (5.45–7.45pm and 8–10pm); Park Regis serves lunch Mon–Sat 11.30am–3pm and Sun 11am–3pm, dinner daily 6–10pm; d'Arena serves lunch Mon–Sat 11.30am–3pm, Sun and PH from 10am, dinner daily 5.30–10pm. Leftovers are charged at à la carte price, and the buffet cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, privilege cards or vouchers — Chope and Klook included. Park Regis by Prince Singapore is at Level 1, 23 Merchant Road (near Clarke Quay MRT). What TungLok is running instead this month: its Deep-Sea Golden Croaker is 61% off for SG61 across seven restaurant brands and 12 outlets till 30 August 2026, and TungLokFirst members get 50% off a signature dish daily till 30 September 2026.

The cheapest entry on the July list was Kiwami's 1-for-1 Mala Ramen (U.P. $16.90, roughly $8.45 a head for two on a Citi card). That eVoucher deal ended on 31 July 2026. Kiwami's live SG61 offer runs to 31 August 2026 instead: spend $61 in a single receipt, dine-in, and get a free Chicken Karaage — no card and no app needed, at all Singapore outlets, with the Jewel Changi Airport outlet giving free Tebasaki instead. Note the $61 is measured before GST and service charge, so the till reading you need is lower than the bill you pay. The better value play if you're chasing volume: Kiwami's all-you-can-eat ramen buffet is $28.80++ per adult and $12.80++ per child under 140cm, with a 90-minute limit and last order at 9.30pm. The hours are not the same at both outlets, which is the detail that catches people out — Guoco Tower (Tanjong Pagar) runs it Monday to Friday from 5pm and all day on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, while VivoCity runs it Monday to Friday from 5pm only and not on the eve of or on public holidays. Kiwami's own buffet poster still says "available for dine-in at Guoco Tower outlet only", so if you are making the trip to VivoCity for it, call ahead. Two more terms worth knowing before you sit down: everyone at the table has to take the buffet, and leftovers are charged, with no takeaways. That gets you eight ramen varieties and two fried rice dishes in half portions, ten sides on unlimited refills, drinks, and free-flow vanilla and matcha ice cream. The July deal was a Citi 1-for-1 on the Beef & Seafood Premium Set (U.P. $25.90–$29.90) at weekday lunch, and it ended on 31 July 2026. Paradise Hotpot is still operating and has grown to five outlets — Compass One, Westgate, Bedok Mall, Punggol Coast Mall and VivoCity. What Citi cardmembers get there now, read off the Citi World Privileges terms rather than the headline, is more generous than it first looks — and we had the mechanic the wrong way round. You earn the S$10 return voucher with ANY spend charged to a Citi card, in a single receipt, at any Paradise Group restaurant in Singapore, not just Paradise Hotpot: Taste Paradise, Paradise Teochew, Seafood Paradise, Beauty in The Pot, Paradise Dynasty, Canton Paradise and Canton Paradise+, Paradise Classic, Paradise Hotpot, LE Congee & Noodle House, Le Shrimp Ramen, LeNu and LeMa Dumpling all count. The S$50 minimum is not what you need to spend to get the voucher — it is what you need to spend to use it, on your next visit, on the à la carte food bill (beverages, snacks, appetisers, combo sets and towel charges excluded), and both the minimum and the discount are calculated before service charge and GST. The promotion period is 14 January to 31 December 2026, the voucher works for dine-in and takeaway, the original must be presented, it's one redemption per table per bill with no splitting of bills, it can't be used with other discounts, promotions, vouchers or membership privileges, private rooms are excluded, and the balance has to be paid on a Citi credit or debit card. It's not a 1-for-1, but on a two-person hotpot bill it's a straightforward 20%-ish rebate on the next meal — and Paradise Hotpot also runs a Members' Day promotion every Monday. Paradise Group's other current offers — the $6.10 National Day signature-dish e-vouchers on the Paradise SG app — cover Seafood Paradise, Beauty in The Pot, Paradise Dynasty, Canton Paradise and Paradise Classic, but not Paradise Hotpot.

This was the July list's one true no-catch deal: buy one slow-braised beef cheek in gravy over mashed potato with garlic bread, get one free, no card and no app. It ended on 31 July 2026, and a follow-up SG61 offer of a second selected main for $6.10++ ran only from 8 to 10 August 2026, so that has passed too. There is no current buy-1-get-1 on the beef cheek — we're leaving the listing here rather than inventing a replacement. The chain is still trading — but correct your map before you go, because it is now down to a single Singapore outlet. The Plaza Singapura branch on Level 3 served its last day on 27 July 2026 and closed permanently, its unit swept up in the mall's major revamp, which is turning the Level 3 and 5 floating bridges into "floating gardens". If your plan was the Orchard Road one, it is not there any more. CDC vouchers are accepted at the Toa Payoh outlet, and Secret Recipe states on its own site that it is halal-certified — worth confirming the certificate on display if that matters to your group.

The DBS/POSB 1-for-1 on Crossroads' weekday lunch buffet ended on 31 July 2026, but this is the cleanest replacement on the list, and it needs no bank card at all. Quote "CR20OFF" when you reserve and you get 20% off, valid from 6 July to 30 September 2026, adult price only, not applicable on the eve of or on public holidays and special occasions. Current prices at this Orchard Road hotel buffet, with the CR20OFF adult price in brackets: lunch Monday to Friday $72++ ($57.60++) and Saturday $84++ ($67.20++); dinner Sunday to Thursday $92++ ($73.60++); the Lobster Extravaganza dinner on Fridays and Saturdays $120++ ($96++); and a Sunday Champagne Brunch at $99++ ($79.20++), children $42++ throughout. One trap on that brunch: there is a $146++ version with free-flow champagne, draught beer and house wine, and Crossroads states explicitly that the discount does not apply to it — so quoting the code on the free-flow menu gets you nothing. The spread runs from over 60 varieties of seafood and premium roast carvings to a make-your-own kueh pie tee station and the Signature Crab Tonyu Hotpot live station in a creamy soy milk broth with blue swimmer crab and lobster; evenings add a Binchotan grill doing miso garlic oysters, Tajima wagyu flank and lobster croquettes.
