8 Best 1-for-1 Dining Deals in Singapore: What's Still Live in October 2026

The best 1-for-1 still standing from this list, and the best 1-for-1 dim sum buffet in Singapore right now. Café Mosaic's Hong Kong Kitchen lunch buffet is built around handcrafted dim sum, so steamed baskets, char siew bao, freshly baked egg tarts and bolo buns, alongside seafood on ice, roast meats, and live stations turning out roasted pork belly, Hong Kong French toast and egglet waffles. The price changed on 31 August 2026 and most write-ups have not caught up: Carlton has dropped the old weekday-versus-weekend split and now charges one flat rate, printed on its own offer page as "Daily Adult $68 per pax". So 1-for-1 works out at roughly $34++ a head rather than the $31++ you will still see quoted elsewhere, or about $41 nett once you add the 10% service charge and 9% GST. It is open to DBS/POSB, Citibank, OCBC or UOB cardmembers, daily 12pm to 2.30pm. Two things worth knowing that usually get left out. The same 1-for-1 also runs on the Hong Kong Seafood Dinner Buffet, $138++ per adult Thursday to Saturday, which is about $69++ a head for cold crab legs, sashimi-grade oysters, Hong Kong suckling pig and har gow. And seniors aged 55 and above get 50% off either buffet instead: that lands at the same price per head as the 1-for-1, but needs no second diner and no credit card, which makes it the better route if you are eating alone. You cannot combine the two. Children aged 7 to 12 pay $18 at lunch and $38 at dinner. The 1-for-1 cannot be combined with other discounts, privileges or vouchers, nor used on the eve of or on public holidays and special occasions. One caveat on the end date: the hotel's own offer page carries no expiry at all, so the 30 December 2026 cut-off comes from the DBS/POSB card listing rather than from Carlton. Confirm it when you book. Separately, Café Mosaic runs 20% off à la carte mains on the same four cards, dine-in, until 30 December 2026. The widest-open bank deal on this list, and now the clearest example of a 1-for-1 that turned into something smaller. The Cook & Brew pop-up ran 1-for-1 dinner until 31 August 2026 and that offer is over. The refurbished Seasonal Tastes reopened on Level 32 on 1 September 2026, and we have re-read the hotel's own page: the second diner now gets 50% off rather than eating free. The new card list is the widest on this page, taking DBS/POSB, OCBC, UOB, JCB, Maybank, Bank of China, American Express and Citibank debit or credit cards. Prices are the Lunchtastic Buffet at S$68++ per adult Monday to Thursday and S$78++ Friday to Sunday, 12pm to 2.30pm, with a glass of house wine included for every guest, and the Seafood Dinner Buffet, 6pm to 10pm, which is now split in two: S$98++ per adult Sunday to Thursday with a glass of house wine, and S$128++ on Fridays and Saturdays, when lobster on ice and free-flow house wine and sparkling wine are included. Children aged 4 to 12 are S$34++ at lunch and S$55++ at dinner. Note the lunch split, because it is the detail most likely to catch you out: it runs Monday to Thursday against Friday to Sunday, so Friday now sits in the dearer band rather than the cheaper weekday one. On a two-adult weekday lunch the 50% off brings the bill to about S$102++ rather than S$136++, so roughly S$51++ a head. On a two-adult Sunday-to-Thursday dinner the 50% off brings the bill to about S$147++, or roughly S$73.50++ a head. The September LiveWell extra, a free glass of house wine for members, has run its course. For the year end, a Festive Buffet runs from 23 November 2026 to 3 January 2027 at the same lunch prices, S$108++ for Sunday-to-Thursday dinner and S$128++ on Fridays and Saturdays, and the hotel prints the 50%-off second diner for it too. The exclusions carry over from the pop-up: adults 13 and above, buffet only, not valid on special occasions or the eve of and on public holidays, other blackout dates apply, no stacking with other offers, promotions or discounts, advance reservation required, maximum 10 people per booking. One add-on we had missed, read off the same page on this pass: Raise Your Glass to Unlimited Sips, S$58++ per person for free-flow red and white wine, draught beers, soft drinks and juices, with S$10++ more to add Prosecco. It is sold only alongside the buffet and cannot be combined with other offers, promos or discounts. We re-read every buffet price above on 2 October 2026; the S$98++ Sunday-to-Thursday dinner tier is new on this pass. Bring a card, not notes: since 1 July 2026 every venue in the hotel is fully cashless, and only credit or debit cards are accepted.

This is now the best-value 1-for-1 on the page, and it opened on schedule. From 10 September to 22 November 2026 Holiday Inn Orchard runs a Crab & Lobster Buffet Dinner at 1-for-1, Thursday to Sunday 6pm to 10pm, S$168++ for two adults, which is about $84++ a head, or roughly $101 nett. The number that changes the maths, and which we have not seen picked up anywhere else, is printed on the hotel's own offer page: IHG One Rewards members get a further 10% off the 1-for-1 buffet. That takes two adults to roughly S$151++, or about $75.60++ a head, which undercuts Cafe Mosaic's seafood dinner buffet. IHG One Rewards is free to join and the discount applies to direct bookings only. The spread covers chilli crab with mantou, black pepper, salted egg, kam hiong and nyonya curry crab, a BBQ live station with mud crab, scampi, lobster, scallop and abalone, plus a seafood bar with live-cooked prawns, blue mussels, golden clams, gong gong, oysters and garlic-marinated baby lobster, and a Japanese station for sashimi, sushi and maki. Children aged 6 to 12 are $40++ and children under 6 eat free with each paying adult, though the terms cap that at three children per paying adult before standard child rates kick in, which is the sort of detail a family of five needs before booking. Groups of six or more get a complimentary bottle of house red or white wine, swappable for soft drinks by the glass for the whole table. Prices are already after the discount, so S$168++ is the final pre-tax figure rather than a number you halve again, and 9% GST and 10% service charge go on top. The offer cannot be combined with other discounts, loyalty points or special offers, and a deposit applies to large groups and selected festive dates. After opening in the Orchid Ballroom from 10 to 20 September, it now runs in the newly renovated Window on the Park on Level 2, and every term above was re-read off the hotel's own page on 2 October 2026. What has gone: the Straits Indulgence 1-for-1 high tea finished on 4 September 2026, after an extension from the 31 August the hotel first published, and on this re-check its offer page loads as an empty shell with all the offer content stripped out, while Hari's Lobby Lounge & Bar remains closed for upgrading works. The same hotel also restarted an International Weekday Lunch Buffet on 7 September, Monday to Friday 12pm to 2pm, at $35++ per adult and $20++ per child aged 6 to 12, which is cheap for a hotel spread but is not a 1-for-1. At 11 Cavenagh Road, a short walk from Dhoby Ghaut and Newton MRT.

This was the biggest sticker-price saving on the July list: a Citi 1-for-1 on the Deluxe à la carte seafood buffet, which ended on 31 July 2026 and has not been renewed. The restaurant is very much still open and the buffet still runs at full price. One thing worth correcting, because every round-up including our own has quoted a single pair of numbers: TungLok Seafood does not have one buffet price. It has nine, and they differ by outlet and by sitting. Read off TungLok's own menu PDFs (all per adult, ++, minimum two people, dine-in only with strictly no takeaways): at Paya Lebar Quarter, the Dim Sum Lunch Buffet is $39.80++ (child 4–12 $29.80++), the Seafood Lunch Buffet $49.80++ ($39.80++), the Dinner Seafood Buffet $43.80++ ($33.80++) and the Deluxe Seafood Dinner Buffet $59.80++ ($43.80++). At Park Regis by Prince, the Seafood Buffet is $49.80++ ($39.80++) and the Deluxe Seafood Buffet $59.80++ ($49.80++). At d'Arena in Jurong, the Lunch Buffet is $43.80++ ($29.80++), the Dinner Buffet $46.80++ ($33.80++) and the Deluxe Buffet $59.80++ ($43.80++). The Gardens by the Bay outlet runs à la carte and set menus only, with no buffet at all. So the cheapest way into a TungLok buffet is $39.80++ at PLQ's dim sum lunch, not the $43.80++ usually quoted, and $59.80++ buys the Deluxe menu at any of the three buffet outlets. It's an à la carte buffet, so dishes are cooked fresh and brought to your table rather than sitting on a self-serve line, which is why it holds up better than most at this price. Time limits are real: PLQ lunch runs in two 90-minute seatings (11.15am–12.45pm and 1–2.30pm) and dinner in two 120-minute seatings (5.45–7.45pm and 8–10pm); Park Regis serves lunch Mon–Sat 11.30am–3pm and Sun 11am–3pm, dinner daily 6–10pm; d'Arena serves lunch Mon–Sat 11.30am–3pm, Sun and PH from 10am, dinner daily 5.30–10pm. Leftovers are charged at à la carte price, and the buffet cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, privilege cards or vouchers, Chope and Klook included. Park Regis by Prince Singapore is at Level 1, 23 Merchant Road (near Clarke Quay MRT). What TungLok is running instead, re-read on 2 October 2026: the SG61 Deep-Sea Golden Croaker offer at 61% off has now ended, and it is gone from TungLok's promotions page. What survives is 50% off one signature dish daily for TungLokFirst members, dine-in only, now extended to 31 October 2026, but check where before you go, because this is easy to misread and we had it too broad ourselves. TungLok's own offer page limits it to TungLok SIGNATURES at two outlets, Clarke Quay Central #02-88 and Orchard Rendezvous Hotel #02-18, so it is not usable at the TungLok Seafood outlets this entry is about. It excludes other promotions, e-vouchers and discount cards, and no TL$ can be earned or redeemed on it. The golden croaker is not entirely gone: it survives as one of the rotating dishes in that 50% line-up, alongside Roast Jin Ling Duck and TungLok Chilli Crab. One more group offer worth knowing, added since our last pass: 50% off the Firecracker Monkey Head Mushroom at the new LingZhi Greens in Palais Renaissance, till 30 October 2026. The group has also added new weekday lunch sets at its Dancing Crab brand from $19++ with an appetiser or stew and a drink, second set at 50% off. At Dancing Crab, the free #2 Combo Bag worth $60++ on a $200 spend has been extended to 1 November 2026, at the Orchard Central and VivoCity outlets only. And throughout October, TungLok Dining Vouchers carry bonus value: 5% more on $200 to $495, 15% more on $500 to $995 and 20% more on $1,000 and above.

The cheapest entry on the July list was Kiwami's 1-for-1 Mala Ramen (U.P. $16.90, roughly $8.45 a head for two on a Citi card). That eVoucher deal ended on 31 July 2026 and the SG61 replacement, a free Chicken Karaage on a $61 spend, expired on 31 August. One correction from this re-check: we previously wrote that the Summer Feast had come off Kiwami's promotions page along with them. It has not. It is still posted there, dated 4 June to 31 August 2026, which means the page is showing an offer that has already expired, so read the dates before you go. The find on this pass is that Kiwami still has a 1-for-1, just not one it calls that. Its Happy Hour poster prices a Classic Highball at $5.50 a glass against a usual price of $11, and a selected mocktail at $2.45 against $4.90, both on a minimum order of two glasses or in multiples of two. Half price on a compulsory pair of drinks is a 1-for-1 by another name, and the poster is headed ALL DAY rather than restricted to an evening window, which is the opposite of what the label Happy Hour suggests. The mocktails are Orange Crush, Cranberry Lemonade and Yuzu Honey, served hot or cold. It is dine-in only, all drinks are served together when you order, it cannot be stacked with other discounts, and prices are before service charge and GST. Kiwami's website says it is not valid at the Jewel outlet, while the poster says selected outlet only, so confirm at your branch. Bar snacks on the same poster are Tebasaki chicken wings at $8.50 for six, Mentaiko Gyoza $8.90, Hokkaido Organic Potato $5.00 and Truffle Edamame $4.90. For food, the all-you-can-eat ramen buffet remains the value play and its prices held on this check: $28.80++ per adult and $12.80++ per child under 140cm, with a 90-minute limit and last order at 9.30pm, confirmed off Kiwami's own buffet poster rather than a round-up. The hours are not the same at both outlets, which is the detail that catches people out. Guoco Tower (Tanjong Pagar) runs it Monday to Friday from 5pm and all day at weekends, while VivoCity runs it Monday to Friday from 5pm only. The poster also excludes the eve of and actual public holidays and special occasions such as Mother's Day, Father's Day and Valentine's Day. One wrinkle to plan around: the buffet poster still says dine-in at the Guoco Tower outlet only, while the promotions page lists VivoCity too, so call ahead if VivoCity is your plan. Two more terms worth knowing before you sit down: everyone at the table has to take the buffet, and leftovers are charged, with no takeaways. That gets you eight ramen varieties and two fried rice dishes in half portions, ten sides on unlimited refills, drinks, and free-flow vanilla and matcha ice cream. The July deal was a Citi 1-for-1 on the Beef & Seafood Premium Set (U.P. $25.90–$29.90) at weekday lunch, and it ended on 31 July 2026. Paradise Hotpot is still operating and has grown to five outlets: Compass One, Westgate, Bedok Mall, Punggol Coast Mall and VivoCity. What Citi cardmembers get there now, read off the Citi World Privileges terms rather than the headline, is more generous than it first looks, and we had the mechanic the wrong way round. You earn the S$10 return voucher with ANY spend charged to a Citi card, in a single receipt, at any Paradise Group restaurant in Singapore, not just Paradise Hotpot: Taste Paradise, Paradise Teochew, Seafood Paradise, Beauty in The Pot, Paradise Dynasty, Canton Paradise and Canton Paradise+, Paradise Classic, Paradise Hotpot, LE Congee & Noodle House, Le Shrimp Ramen, LeNu and LeMa Dumpling all count. The S$50 minimum is not what you need to spend to get the voucher. It is what you need to spend to use it, on your next visit, on the à la carte food bill (beverages, snacks, appetisers, combo sets and towel charges excluded), and both the minimum and the discount are calculated before service charge and GST. The promotion period is 14 January to 31 December 2026, the voucher works for dine-in and takeaway, the original must be presented, it's one redemption per table per bill with no splitting of bills, it can't be used with other discounts, promotions, vouchers or membership privileges, private rooms are excluded, and the balance has to be paid on a Citi credit or debit card. It's not a 1-for-1, but on a two-person hotpot bill it's a straightforward 20%-ish rebate on the next meal, and Paradise Hotpot also runs a Members' Day promotion every Monday. Citi's own listing names twelve participating brands, not thirteen as we previously wrote, with Canton Paradise+ counted inside the Canton Paradise line.

This was the July list's one true no-catch deal: buy one slow-braised beef cheek in gravy over mashed potato with garlic bread, get one free, no card and no app. It ended on 31 July 2026, and a follow-up SG61 offer of a second selected main for $6.10++ ran only from 8 to 10 August 2026, so that has passed too. There is no current buy-1-get-1 on the beef cheek, so we are leaving the listing here rather than inventing a replacement. The chain is still trading, but correct your map before you go, because it is now down to a single Singapore outlet. The Plaza Singapura branch on Level 3 served its last day on 27 July 2026 and closed permanently, its unit swept up in the mall's major revamp, which is turning the Level 3 and 5 floating bridges into "floating gardens". Secret Recipe's own store locator, re-checked on 20 September 2026, still lists exactly one address: Toa Payoh HDB Hub, 470 Lorong 6 Toa Payoh, #01-71, open 11am–9.30pm daily, tel 6250 6523, a couple of minutes from Toa Payoh MRT and the bus interchange. If your plan was the Orchard Road one, it is not there any more. New on 2 October 2026, and the closest thing to a buy-1-get-1 the chain is running: Kids Dine Free, a free kids meal with every adult main purchased, for children aged 12 and below, from 2 to 4 October 2026 only. What's currently listed on their own site, with the lunch number read off Secret Recipe's own Lunch Deals poster rather than a menu board: weekday Lunch Sets at $15.90++ for a selected main and an iced lemon tea, 11am–2pm, dine-in only and not valid on public holidays, with sliced cakes at 20% off and a drink upgrade from $2.90++ if you want them; weekday Dinner Sets (6pm–closing); a Tea Time Bundle; and 1-for-1 sliced cakes for seniors on Mondays from 3pm. CDC vouchers are accepted at the Toa Payoh outlet, and Secret Recipe states on its own site that it is halal-certified, so it is worth confirming the certificate on display if that matters to your group.

The DBS/POSB 1-for-1 on Crossroads' weekday lunch buffet ended on 31 July 2026, and the code that replaced it has now run out too. Crossroads' CR30OFF, 30% off the adult buffet price with no bank card needed, ran from 6 July to 4 October 2026, and on 5 October neither its homepage nor its promotions page had posted a successor code or a new card deal, so for now you pay the listed price. The prices it last printed, for the menus that ran to 4 October: lunch Monday to Friday $72++ and Saturday $84++; dinner Sunday to Thursday $92++; the Lobster Extravaganza dinner on Fridays and Saturdays $120++; and a Sunday Champagne Brunch at $99++, or $146++ with free-flow champagne, draught beer and house wine, children $42++ throughout. Crossroads rotates its themed menus and promo codes every few months, so check crossroadssg.com before booking rather than quoting an old code. The spread has run from over 60 varieties of seafood and premium roast carvings to a make-your-own kueh pie tee station and a crab tonyu hotpot live station, with a Binchotan grill in the evenings.
