The offer
McDonald's homepage banner and its campaign page say the same thing: choose a meal with two patties and you get FREE 4pc Chicken McNuggets. The four participating meals are:

THE PROTEIN ANGLE: McDonald's is selling this as a gym meal. Its banner says a Double McSpicy meal plus the free nuggets comes to 48g of protein, which is about two protein shakes' worth in one tray.
SPICY OR ORIGINAL: the free box can be either. Spicy Chicken McNuggets came back on 15 October as part of the G-Dragon campaign, so this is the easiest way to try them without paying extra.
The fine print
- Only those four double meals count. A single McSpicy meal, a Bulgogi burger with one patty, or an à la carte double burger does not get the nuggets.
- No prices on the page. McDonald's campaign page lists the meals but prints no prices, so the menu board or app is where you will see what you pay.
- T&Cs apply, but they are not published. The banner carries the line and nothing more. If you order on McDelivery (the page's Order Now button goes there), check the nuggets show up in your cart at no charge before you pay.
- Not at breakfast. McSpicy and the Bulgogi burgers are on the regular menu, which McDonald's serves after breakfast hours.
- The banner carries the MUIS halal mark.
Tips
- Pick the Double Bulgogi meals while you can. The Bulgogi burgers are part of the limited G-Dragon collaboration and McDonald's sells its campaign items while stocks last, so they may go before 4 November. The Double McSpicy is the safer bet late in the promotion.
- Share the nuggets, not the burger. Two people splitting one Double McSpicy meal plus the free 4pc is a filling lunch for the price of one meal.
