## Cafe Quenino — Singapore Chilli Crab The hotel's all-day restaurant, Cafe Quenino, does a luxe take on the national dish: Singapore Chilli Crab built on succulent Indonesian mud crab in a rich, tangy sauce, served with golden mantou for mopping it all up. It's a limited-time National Day creation.
## NINE at CQ — the Alcoholic Ice Kachang Series The bar, NINE at CQ, reimagines one of Singapore's most iconic desserts with three boozy ice kachang creations inspired by local flavours, headlined by the Singapore Sling-inspired "Sling on Ice". It's the fun, Instagrammable end of the line-up.
## Singapore Unscripted — the Orchard staycation For anyone making the most of the National Day long weekend, the Singapore Unscripted package is a last-minute city escape in the heart of Orchard Road, from S$330 per night, including:
