Lotteria, the South Korean burger and fried chicken chain, is now halal-certified in Singapore. It announced the news on its social media on 3 November 2026, and the MUIS register backs it up for both outlets.
> Quick view: MUIS halal-certified · Jewel Changi Airport and Jurong Point · both on the MUIS register as of 4 Nov 2026 · new limited-time Teriyaki series on the menu · Mom's Touch not certified yet
Lotteria's post read: "We're happy to share that Lotteria is now officially Halal-certified!" A brand post alone is not proof, so we searched the MUIS register ourselves.
What the MUIS register shows
| Outlet | Address on the register | Certificate no. | Hours (Lotteria website) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Jewel Changi Airport | 78 Airport Boulevard #B1-248, S819666 | EERT26100000120 | Daily 10am-10pm (last order 9.30pm) |
| Jurong Point | 63 Jurong West Central 3 #01-47/48/87/88/89/90/91, S648331 | EERT26100000119 | Mon 9am-10.30pm (last order 10pm); Tue-Sun and eve of public holidays 9am-12.30am (last order 12am) |
Both are listed under the Eating Establishment scheme, restaurant category. The register does not print a start or expiry date.
Why it matters
Lotteria opened at Jewel in February 2026 and at Jurong Point in August, so Muslim diners have spent most of this year watching from the sidelines. The two outlets also cover opposite ends of the island, which helps if you live in the west and do not want to trek to the airport.
It also sets Lotteria apart from its most direct rival. The Straits Times reports that Mom's Touch, which opened here on 14 August, is still seeking certification through its operator FairPrice Group Food Services. Our searches of the MUIS register on 4 November found no Mom's Touch listing. Our Mom's Touch return story explains the Korean certificate it holds and why that is not the same thing.
What to order first
Lotteria's post points to its two signatures, Ria's Shrimp and Ria's Beef Bulgogi, and to the new Teriyaki series. The series launched around 2 November at both outlets, for a limited time with no end date given:
- Teri Egg Beef Burger
- Double Teri Egg Beef Burger
- Teri Egg Crispy Chicken Burger
The menu also runs to fried chicken, Shake Shake Fries and a breakfast line that includes K-Omelette with turkey bacon or chicken sausage. Lotteria's website and Teriyaki poster print no prices, so we are not quoting any here.
Two current offers are on Lotteria's promotions page:
- $1 Soft Cone (usual price $1.50), daily 2pm-6pm. The poster does not name an outlet and says the offer can change without notice.
- Student Special: any 2 burgers for $10 on weekdays at Jurong Point, to 30 November, with a valid photo student pass.
Good to know
- Certificates are per outlet. Lotteria's website says more outlets are coming soon. When one opens, search the register for its own entry.
- Check for yourself. The register is public at halal.muis.gov.sg. Search "Lotteria" for the current listing.
- Other Korean options. See which chains hold a MUIS certificate in our Korean fried chicken guide.
