> Quick view: five pieces of Popeyes Signature Chicken for $10.90 instead of $24.50, from Mon 21 Sep to Sun 11 Oct 2026. Dine-in and takeaway only, excluding Changi Airport T1. Single flavour per bucket, no choosing of parts, nothing stacks, and this round the brand has published no opening hours.
Popeyes Singapore announced the return on its own Facebook page on Saturday 19 September, under the line "CHICKEN MANIA IS BACK AGAIN! Missed it the first time? Here comes ROUND TWO." The offer itself is a straight repeat of August's: 5 pieces of Signature Chicken at $10.90 against a usual price of $24.50. That is $13.60 off, which the poster rounds to 55%, and it takes a piece of bone-in chicken from $4.90 down to $2.18.
What has changed is the calendar and one missing line.
It runs 21 days, not 14
August's Chicken Mania ran a fortnight. This one runs Monday 21 September to Sunday 11 October 2026, three full weeks. That is the good news, and it comes with a warning attached further down.
The poster prints no hours this time
August's campaign was advertised as 11am to 10pm daily. Neither the new poster nor the Facebook caption announcing round two prints a daily window at all. They give the dates and stop.
A customer asked for the hours in the comments under Popeyes' own post, and the question was still unanswered when we checked on Monday morning. All three of Popeyes' standing in-store deals are published as 11am to 10pm, so that is the sensible working assumption, but it is an assumption and not a promise. If you are building a late dinner around this, call the outlet. If you actually want supper, Popeyes publishes a separate Late Night Crunch menu that does state its hours, 10pm to 2am.
It is not on the Popeyes website
When we read the data behind Popeyes Singapore's official offers page on the morning the run started, it carried six offers and Chicken Mania was not one of them. The page was still showing the 4pc Ultimate Chicken bucket at $12, whose own published window closed at 11.59pm the night before.
So the Facebook poster is currently the only place the brand has published this, and the in-store menu board is the version to check. That also matters for the end date. In August this same bucket disappeared from the offers page and the menu on 28 August, two days before the 30 August date printed on its own poster. Treat 11 October as an outside limit rather than a plan.
The fine print, off the poster
Read straight from Popeyes Singapore's campaign artwork:
- Dine-in and takeaway only, excluding Changi Airport T1. Delivery is out, so the app, Grab and foodpanda will not show $10.90.
- No choosing of chicken parts. You take the cuts the outlet is serving.
- One flavour per bucket, either Classic or Spicy, with no mixing. A table split on spice needs two buckets.
- Not valid in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts or privileges.
- While stocks last, only in Singapore.
The poster also carries Popeyes Singapore's MUIS halal certification mark.
The three deals it collides with
That "nothing stacks" line is what decides your next three weeks, because all three of Popeyes' standing deals fall inside the run.
| Deal | Dates inside this run | Price | Per piece |
|---|---|---|---|
| Chicken Mania, 5pc Signature | 21 Sep to 11 Oct | $10.90 | $2.18 |
| Louisiana Chicken Wednesday, 4pc | 23, 30 Sep, 7 Oct | $10 | $2.50 |
| Buttermilk Tenders Monday, 7pc tenders | 21, 28 Sep, 5 Oct | $10.90 | boneless |
| Popeyes Week Bucket Set | 21 to 26 Sep | $15 | includes drink |
On the three Wednesdays, 90 cents more than the $10 bucket buys a fifth piece and a lower unit price, so Chicken Mania wins on both count and value. The $10 bucket is only the better call if four pieces is genuinely all you want and the smaller bill matters.
On the three Mondays it is a clean head-to-head at exactly the same $10.90: five bone-in pieces, or seven boneless Buttermilk Tenders against a usual $16.80.
Popeyes Week covers 21 to 26 September at the start of the run. The extra $4.10 over Chicken Mania buys three tenders and a large drink, so it is worth it only if you want both. October's Popeyes Week, on the 20th to the 26th, lands entirely after this promotion has ended.
What we would do
Go in the first fortnight rather than the last weekend, because of what happened in August. Skip it on Mondays unless you specifically want bone-in chicken, since $10.90 also buys seven tenders. Take it over the Wednesday bucket unless you only want four pieces. And if you are going after 9pm, ring the outlet first, because this time nobody has told you when it closes.
