> Quick view: MUIS has approved 37 Haj 2027 packages from 10 agents, priced $13,864 to $21,199 before airfare and EMA. Letters of Offer go out from 16 November 2026, and you must buy a package and finish the MyHajSG steps by 30 November. All packages use the same designated hotels on four itineraries, yet the same itinerary and room can differ by up to $2,642 between agents.
What MUIS announced
MUIS said on 5 November 2026 that it has appointed 10 authorised travel agents (nine last season) offering 37 approved packages (25 last season). Stays are 18, 23, 25 or 28 days. The 18-day stay is the new shortest option, added for pilgrims whose family, work or personal commitments make a long absence difficult.
MUIS's average package prices are $16,734 quad, $17,231 triple and $18,094 double. Package prices include Mashaer services (tents, transport, meals and crowd management in Arafah and Mina) and medical services in the Holy Lands from the Singapore Pilgrims' Affairs Office.
Only people with a Letter of Offer can act on this. Singapore has 900 places this season, allocated by your position in the registration queue.
The dates, which have moved
| Step | Date |
|---|---|
| Medical assessment, second batch of Letter of Intent holders | By 9 November 2026 |
| Accept, defer or cancel on MyHajSG, second batch | By 14 November 2026 |
| Letters of Offer issued by SMS and email | From 16 November 2026 |
| Buy a package and complete the MyHajSG steps | By 30 November 2026 |
The second batch covers applicants who registered between 8 March and 2 May 2014. MUIS's September timeline gave 20 October for offers and 2 November for purchases, so ignore those dates. Passing the medical does not guarantee an offer: applicants who accepted but receive no Letter of Offer go back to the queue for future seasons.
What you will actually pay
Package prices exclude two things that everyone needs:
| Item | Cost |
|---|---|
| Direct Saudia Airlines economy airfare | Typically $3,300, subject to applicable taxes |
| Emergency Medical Assistance (EMA) coverage via AMTAS | $295 |
That adds about $3,595, bringing the range to roughly $17,459 to $24,794 before airfare taxes. MUIS also encourages additional travel insurance, particularly for pre-existing conditions that EMA may not cover.
Are prices up on last season? Not obviously, though the headline flatters it. Last season's average double was $19,154 and included EMA. This season's $18,094 excludes it, and the new 18-day packages pull the average down. Leave those out and add EMA back, and we get about $19,162, essentially flat. That comparison is our own estimate, not a MUIS figure.
Same hotels, so compare the prices
This is the change that makes shopping simpler. Under a new arrangement between MUIS and the Association of Muslim Travel Agents Singapore (AMTAS), pilgrims on all packages stay in the same designated hotels. Each itinerary below is printed with identical dates and hotels at every agent. Hagel has the lowest price and Hahnemann the highest for every itinerary and room type.
MUIS's list compares price, dates and hotels only. It does not rate guides, group size, pre-departure classes or service, which may be what the difference pays for. Ask each agent what is included, and read the Haj Package Purchase Contract before you commit.

Do not buy outside this list
MUIS warns against unauthorised individuals or agents, and says to verify an agent's status through its official channels before making any payment. Be wary of offers involving alternative visa arrangements, or claims that a Haj visa can be guaranteed outside Singapore's official arrangements. MUIS says using unauthorised agents may mean invalid travel arrangements, financial loss and deportation, and only a valid Haj visa permits you to perform Haj.
