From Louisiana-style Popeyes and KFC's value coupons to Korean chimaek at Chir Chir and Chicken Up: here are Singapore's 8 best fried chicken spots for 2026, across Western, Korean and halal styles, with every live deal and what each one actually costs per piece. The cheapest bone-in chicken right now is Popeyes' 4pc Louisiana bucket at $10 every Wednesday, or $2.50 a piece.
Singapore's fried chicken runs from Western fast food to Korean chimaek and old-school halal chains. Here are 8 of the best for 2026, with what each actually costs per piece.
> Quick view: cheapest bone-in chicken is Popeyes' 4pc Louisiana bucket at $10 every Wednesday ($2.50 a piece, no end date). Across the eight, a piece runs $2.50 to $4.90. The catch: the 5pc Chicken Mania Bucket everyone is still quoting has already gone.
Cheapest fried chicken in Singapore right now
Every figure below was read off the brand's own website or menu artwork on 28 August 2026. Bone-in pieces unless noted.

| Arnold's 15pc Chicken Box | $49.90 | $3.33 |

| NeNe 1pc chicken (foodpanda) | $4.80 | $4.80 |
| Popeyes Signature Chicken, usual price | $24.50 (5pc) | $4.90 |
The one to stop planning around: the Popeyes Chicken Mania Bucket, 5pc for $10.90, is gone. Its own poster ran it to 30 August, but on 28 August it was on neither the Popeyes offers page nor the menu. Every roundup still leading with "$2.18 a piece" is quoting a deal you cannot buy.
Wings work out cheaper still, if they suit you: 4Fingers sells 4 Signature Wingettes & Drumettes for $4 on the 4th of every month (not April 2026), which is $1 a wing. 4Fingers words the upgrade as "make it a combo for $4" with a small drink and small fries, teriyaki rice or 2pc cheese sticks.
For a whole meal rather than chicken alone, KFC's $5 Real Deals start at $5 (BBQ Tenders Burger Meal), with three $5.50 options and a $6.50 top end, and Popeyes' POWER Mix & Match four-course combo starts at $9.50, all day. KFC's cheapest weekday deal is on Monday, not Tuesday: a 6pc Crispy Chicken Bites Meal at $6.50 in the app.
Which one should you actually pick?
The cheapest is rarely the answer to "best". Sorted by what you actually want:
- Best value, no conditions: Popeyes on a Wednesday. $2.50 a piece with no end date and no card, app or student requirement attached.
- Best halal everyday: KFC, certified across every Singapore outlet, or 4Fingers if you want Asian glazes rather than Original Recipe.
- Best halal with a real sit-down feel: Arnold's. Old-school, certified since 1984, and the only one here where sides are the point as much as the chicken.
- Best for a group: Chir Chir's 28pc bundle at $88.50 for four, or Wingstop if everyone wants a different flavour.
- Best late: Chicken Up in Tanjong Pagar, 4.30pm to 1am with last orders at midnight, and the only one of the eight reliably open past 10pm.
- Best for one person eating cheaply: KFC's $5 Real Deals, or 4Fingers' $10 Good Deals 4 U combo on a Monday to Thursday.
Where each chain actually is in 2026
Three of the eight have quietly shrunk, and the mall you remember may no longer be the right one:
- Chir Chir is down to a single restaurant at 313@Somerset, #B3-04/05/06, not Bugis Junction or Jurong Gateway. Its Bugis storefront still appears on the operator's ordering site but returns a closed-shop notice.
- Chicken Up is down to Tanjong Pagar alone (48 Tanjong Pagar Road), 4.30pm to 1am daily, last orders midnight.
- NeNe Chicken has moved into the heartlands, with Jurong, Bedok North, Clementi, Senja and Tampines on its own list and neither The Star Vista nor NEX on it any more.
- Wingstop is the biggest of the eight, with 27 outlets, mostly heartland malls. Nearly all run 11am to 10pm; The Clementi Mall opens at 10.30am, and four outlets have no dine-in.
- Arnold's has eight, five of them inside community clubs, with City Plaza in Geylang as the main branch.
