Food Capital at the Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel is running Seafood Mania from 11 August to 4 October 2026 — and the member deal being repeated around the web is not the one the hotel actually publishes.

The member offer, correctly stated
You will see this buffet written up as 30% off for MyMillennium members. The hotel's own offer page does not say that. What it publishes, under the heading *MyMillennium Member Exclusive*, is Dine Four, Pay Two — four adults dine, two adult buffets are charged. That is 50% off, not 30%, and it is a better headline than the one going around.
It is also much more conditional. Per the hotel's terms, Dine Four Pay Two is:
- Valid 11 August to 4 October 2026, for MyMillennium members only.
- Monday to Friday only — there is no Saturday or Sunday version of it.
- Adult buffet only — children are charged their normal rate.
- Not valid on public holidays, eves of public holidays, observed in-lieu holidays, or the eves of Lunar New Year, Christmas and New Year.
- Advance reservation required, subject to availability, and capped at 10 persons per reservation.
- Not valid for set menus, promotion menus, selected items, functions, banquets or catering, and not stackable with any other promotion or discount.
MyMillennium membership is free to join for anyone aged 18 or over, online or through the app, so the only real cost of unlocking this is finding three other adults and a weekday.
What you actually pay
Published rates are before charges. Food Capital's terms state prices are subject to service charge and prevailing government taxes — the usual 10% service charge and 9% GST, so multiply by 1.199.

Children are aged 6 to 11; 5 and under eat free. The member offer does not extend to the child rate, so a family of two adults and two kids gets nothing from it — this deal is built for four adults.
The best night is Friday, and it isn't close
On top of the buffet line there is a course served to your table, and it changes by night:
- Sunday to Thursday dinner — one lobster for every two adults, plus a freshly grilled surf and turf barbecue.
- Friday and Saturday dinner — for every two adults, choose any two of three: one Western-style lobster, one local-style crab, or one bowl of signature drunken prawns.
So a table of four gets two lobsters Sunday to Thursday, and four seafood items on Friday or Saturday. Dine Four Pay Two runs Monday to Friday, which means Friday is the only night where the richer table service and the 50% member rate overlap — for about $6 a head more than a Monday-to-Thursday dinner. Saturday has the same table service and no member discount at all, so Saturday dinner is the full $139.08 nett.
What's on the spread
The seafood on ice runs chilled tiger prawns, New Zealand mussels, sea whelks, scallops with roe, flower clams and Spanish black mussels, with freshly shucked oysters, snow crab legs and baby lobsters added at dinner. The carving station does crispy roast pork, roast duck and pork ribs. Japanese covers sashimi, assorted maki, aburi sushi and soft-shell crab tempura.
Hot dishes rotate through Singapore Chilli Crab, Black Pepper Slipper Lobster, Salted Egg Yolk Prawns, Lobster Thermidor, Seafood Paella, Garlic Butter Prawns and pan-seared salmon with crustacean cream. Live stations run the GCW Signature Laksa, prawn noodles, Thai boat noodles and seafood pasta.

Two practical notes. Sign up for MyMillennium before you book, and say you are redeeming Dine Four Pay Two when you reserve — the terms require an advance reservation, so it is not something to spring on the host at the door. And because it cannot be combined with other promotions, check it against any card or dining-programme discount you already hold before defaulting to it.
