Most local burger yet: KFC Singapore has launched a National Day 'Curry x Sambal' series, and the star is the Curry x Sambal Zinger — which swaps the burger bun for crispy roti prata and comes with a tub of curry to dip.

> Quick view: Curry x Sambal Zinger — Zinger fillet + lettuce + sambal in a prata 'bun' + a side of Chinese-style curry · $8.10 à la carte / $9.90 meal · series runs 8 Jul–18 Aug 2026 · all outlets except Singapore Zoo · dine-in / takeaway / delivery · while stocks last.

What's in the Curry x Sambal Zinger

Instead of the usual bun, KFC sandwiches the Zinger fillet — its crispy, peppery chicken breast — with lettuce and sambal between two pieces of roti prata, giving it a buttery, indulgent, flaky texture. On the side comes a tub of Chinese-style curry with potato chunks: dip the burger, dunk each bite, or pour it over the top — your call. It's a genuine multicultural mash-up: Malay sambal, Indian prata, Chinese curry and the Western Zinger in one.

  • Curry x Sambal Zinger$8.10 à la carte, $9.90 as a meal (with fries + a drink).

The rest of the series

The launch is more than one burger — the full Curry x Sambal line-up runs the same 8 Jul–18 Aug 2026:

  • Curry x Sambal Chicken — 2 pieces of KFC's classic fried chicken with a piece of crispy prata: $9.85 à la carte, $10.90 as a meal.
  • Curry x Sambal Macaroni Bowl$7.50 à la carte, $8.50 as a meal; available Fridays to Sundays only.

Where and when

  • Dates: 8 July to 18 August 2026 (about six weeks), while stocks last.
  • Outlets: all KFC Singapore outlets except Singapore Zoo.
  • Channels: dine-in and takeaway, plus delivery via GrabFood, foodpanda and KFC Delivery.

The fine print

  1. It's a launch, not a discount — these are the prices for a new limited-time menu, not a promo-code markdown. The value is the novelty and the short window.
  2. While stocks last — the prata items are popular; busy outlets can run out later in the day, so go earlier if you want to be sure.
  3. Not sold at Singapore Zoo.
  4. Halal: KFC Singapore is not a fully halal-certified chain across the board — check your specific outlet's status if that matters to you.
  5. Prices, items and dates are set by KFC and can change — confirm on the KFC app or kfc.com.sg before you order.
