One of Singapore's biggest flower shows is back — and it's only on for nine days. The Singapore Garden Festival (SGF) 2026, now in its 10th edition, runs 4–12 July at Gardens by the Bay, and locals get in from just $12.

> Quick view: SGF 2026 · 4–12 Jul only · 10am–10pm daily (last entry 9.30pm) · Gardens by the Bay · residents from $12 adult / $8 senior & child (U.P. non-resident $24 / $15) · Flower Dome bundle from $20 · outdoor MarketPlace FREE (10am–8pm).

The deal for locals

Singapore residents pay about half what tourists do:

  • Adult (13–59): $12 (non-resident $24)
  • Senior (60+): $8
  • Child (3–12): $8 (non-resident $15)
  • Under 3: free

Want the air-conditioned Flower Dome too? The SGF + Flower Dome bundle for residents is $20 (adult), $15 (senior) and $12 (child). And the outdoor MarketPlace — florists, plant stalls and F&B — is free to enter, 10am–8pm, no ticket needed.

The highlights worth queueing for

  • 8m-tall floral roller coaster — the festival's showpiece near the entrance: a giant floral structure you can photograph with life-sized teddy bears and the Marina Bay Sands skyline behind.
  • Floral Vortex — a misty tunnel of orchid arches (yellow oncidiums, lavender-pink and purple dendrobiums) with atmospheric fog.
  • Floral Mirror Maze — a 14-metre mirrored walkway with eight suspended floral chandeliers, live orchids and pressed flowers from the Singapore Herbarium.
  • Sunkissed — a field of 500-plus sunflowers across 10+ varieties, with a giant beach-chair photo op.
  • Known by Flowers — an interactive light-up installation that reacts to movement, sound and touch.
  • Nature's Carousel — a 100% natural, non-mechanical play garden with hand-whittled native-creature elements.
  • Wildflower Meadow — an outdoor meadow with manual swings.

The fine print

  1. Paid ticketed event — unlike a normal Gardens by the Bay stroll, the main festival zones need a ticket.
  2. Resident rate needs proof — bring your ID / proof of residency to claim the $12/$8 pricing.
  3. Nine days only — 4–12 July; after that it's gone for the year.
  4. Buy online at gardensbythebay.com.sg or the NParks SGF site, or at on-site counters (Meadow carpark, Meadow Bridge, Flower Dome).
  5. Hours: 10am–10pm daily, last entry 9.30pm (MarketPlace 10am–8pm; Flower Dome 9am–9pm).

Best time to go

Evenings are cooler and the light-up installations shine after dark — but weekend and public-holiday nights are the busiest. For calmer crowds and better photos, go on a weekday or arrive right at 10am opening.
