Sushiro has put a National Day line-up on the belt, and it runs for exactly one week: 5–11 August 2026, at its Singapore outlets.

> Quick view: Assorted Sashimi $6.10++ (U.P. $9.90++) · three drinks also at $6.10++ · chilli crab trio $4.90++ each · SG61 Anniversary 6+1 Platter $15.90++ · 5–11 Aug only · while stocks last · prices vary at the Mandai (Digiro) outlet.

The $6.10++ four — and the one that matters

Sushiro's SG61 artwork leads with four items at $6.10++, the National Day price point every chain is using this month. Only one of them is food:

ItemSG61 priceUsual priceYou save
Assorted Sashimi (刺身盛り合わせ)$6.10++$9.90++$3.80 (~38%)
Premium Malts (プレミアムモルツ)$6.10++$10.50++$4.40 (~42%)
Kaku Highball (角ハイボール)$6.10++$9.00++$2.90 (~32%)
Lemon Sour (レモンサワー)$6.10++$8.00++$1.90 (~24%)

So: order the sashimi. The other three are a beer, a whisky highball and a lemon sour — genuinely discounted, but only worth counting if you were drinking anyway.

The local-flavour plates

The rest of the line-up is where the SG61 idea actually lands — Singapore flavours rebuilt as sushi, sides and dessert:

  • Soft Shell Chilli Crab$4.90++
  • Chilli Crab Chawanmushi$4.90++
  • Soft Shell Crab$4.90++
  • Brulee Crepe Catalana with Strawberry Sauce$4.00++
  • Bluefin Tuna Akami & Fatty Swordfish$3.90++
  • Fresh Shrimp Taste and Compare$2.90++ (a two-shrimp side-by-side)
  • Big Cut Tuna & Big Cut Swordfish$2.30++
  • Surf Clam with Surf Clam Mayo Salad$2.30++

The chilli crab trio is the reason to make a special trip — those three aren't on the regular menu, and at $4.90++ they're priced like an ordinary premium plate rather than a novelty.

Feeding two: the $15.90++ platter

The SG61 Anniversary 6+1 Platter (SG61周年 6+1貫盛り) is $15.90++ for seven pieces — the single-order option if you'd rather not build a meal plate by plate. It's the one item on the poster explicitly framed as a sharing set.

The fine print

  1. 5–11 August 2026 only — one week, ending the day after the long weekend.
  2. All prices are "++" — before service charge and GST. Budget roughly 20% more: $6.10++ is about $7.30 at the till, and the platter lands near $19.
  3. Prices vary at Sushiro Mandai Wildlife Reserve — that outlet runs as a Digiro store, so don't assume this menu applies there.
  4. Items are subject to availability, while stocks last — the crab plates are the ones most likely to run dry at peak.
  5. Reservations are app-only. Sushiro takes bookings exclusively through its mobile app — pick an arrival time and take a queue number before you travel.

Tip: go before the weekend

National Day 2026 falls on Saturday 9 August, with Monday 10 August as the holiday in lieu, so 8–10 August is the worst window for a walk-in. The promo starts Wednesday 5 August — the first three days are the quiet ones, and the sashimi and crab plates will be fully stocked.
