TEMPUR has put a three-day warehouse sale on its Singapore site, at its showroom in Tan Boon Liat Building. It covers mattresses, bed frames, pillows and accessories over the Deepavali long weekend. Before you go, note that the 70% on the poster belongs to display pieces, and the new-piece numbers are lower.

What is on sale
These tiers come from the poster on TEMPUR's sale page. It prints no prices for individual models, so these are ceilings and not what every piece will cost.
| Category | Display pieces | New pieces |
|---|---|---|
| Mattresses | Up to 70% off (limited sizes and models) | Up to 44% off |
| Bed frames, static and adjustable | Up to 70% off (limited sizes and models) | Up to 60% off |
| Pillows | $149 to $199 (usually $399 to $529, limited sizes and models) | Bundle deals, prices not published |
| Accessories | Assorted products up to 50% off | Assorted products up to 50% off |
The new mattresses on sale are the Form Original, Form Plus, Prima SmartCool, Pro SmartCool, Pro Plus SmartCool and Pro Luxe CoolQuilt Firm ranges, in Single, Super Single, Queen, King and King200. Department store exclusive models are not included. The bed frames cover TEMPUR's full range of adjustable, divan and storage frames. Accessories include home and travel items, mattress protectors, bed sheets and sleepwear.
Is it better than TEMPUR's online sale?
It depends on what you are buying, so compare before you travel. TEMPUR's online Special Offers page is also discounting right now, as read on 3 November.
| Product | TEMPUR online now | At the warehouse sale |
|---|---|---|
| TEMPUR Ease mattress | From $1,299.50 (50% off) | Not on the new-model list |
| Ease 20 SmartCool mattress | From $1,539.45 (45% off) | Not on the new-model list |
| Form mattress | From $2,499 (up to 34% off) | New Form Original and Form Plus up to 44% off |
| Zero G Lifestyle 3.0 bed base | From $3,399 (list $5,999) | New bed frames up to 60% off |
| Original pillow | From $339, 10% off one or 25% off two | Display pillows $149 to $199 |
If you want an Ease mattress, you can skip the trip. Online it is already past the warehouse's 44% ceiling for new mattresses, it is not on the list of new models, and online orders over $299 deliver free.
Bed frames look like the strongest reason to go. At the full 60%, a $5,999 base would be about $2,400, against $3,399 online. TEMPUR has not said which frames get the top rate, so treat that as the best case and check the tag.
Display pillows are the biggest saving, but they are display pieces. They work out to roughly 62% off list, with no warranty and no returns. Look at the actual pillow before you pay, since a display piece is sold as it stands.
The fine print
- Display pieces have no warranty. All display mattresses, beds and pillows are sold in their current condition.
- Nothing can be exchanged or refunded. That covers every item, so a mattress you dislike after a week stays yours. Lie on it properly in the showroom first.
- Delivery on display mattresses and beds costs $80 to $120. It is waived if 2 or more mattresses or beds go to a single address. TEMPUR's terms do not state a delivery charge for new pieces, so ask.
- Display mattresses and beds must be delivered by 28 Nov 2026. Storage charges apply after that. TEMPUR does not publish the rate, so this matters if your home is not ready yet.
- Limited pieces, while stocks last. Display stock comes in limited models and sizes.
- Full payment is required. Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), GrabPay and PayNow only. Cash, NETS and TEMPUR vouchers are not accepted.
Tips before you go
- Go on Saturday morning if you want a display piece. Display stock is limited and TEMPUR has not said it will be topped up. This is our advice, not TEMPUR's.
- Measure first and bring the numbers. With no returns, a frame that does not fit your room is your problem. Note the size of your lift and door too.
- Check that a new base suits your mattress. Adjustable bases need a compatible mattress, so ask if you already own one from another brand.
- WhatsApp a model question ahead. TEMPUR takes enquiries at 9026 0152, or call the showroom at 6588 6308.
- Mon 9 Nov is the Deepavali public holiday. TEMPUR lists the same 11am to 8pm hours for all three days, and Sun 8 Nov is Deepavali itself.
