8 Best Chiropractors in Singapore 2026 — First-Visit Deals From $29, and the Fine Print Those Trial Prices Hide

Every chiropractic clinic in Singapore now leads with a cheap first visit — $29 here, $50 there, $61, $68, $99 — and the numbers are real. What almost nobody tells you is what each one actually buys. Chiropractic Singapore's $29 spinal check-up (code PAINFREE29, U.P. $105) explicitly excludes X-rays AND the first adjustment, so you leave with a report and a quote, not treatment. Live Well's $68 nett does include a treatment on the day. Life Chiropractic Centre's SG61 $61 offer covers two visits including X-rays if needed and the first adjustment. Total Health's $99 includes X-rays but excludes GST. The other thing worth knowing before you book anyone: chiropractors are NOT registered under Singapore's Allied Health Professions Act — physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech-language therapists, diagnostic radiographers and radiation therapists are, chiropractors are not — so there is no government register to check, and credential-checking falls to you. We verified the current first-visit price, what it includes, the clinic addresses and the opening hours for eight practices, from the $29 trial to the Chinatown clinic that refuses to crack backs at all.

Singapore's chiropractic market has turned into a price war, and the headline numbers are real: $29, $50, $61, $68, $99. What the ads do not tell you is that those five numbers buy five genuinely different things — and in two cases, they do not buy any treatment at all.

> Quick view: cheapest verified trial $29 (Chiropractic Singapore, code PAINFREE29) but that clinic does no adjustments on a first visit at all · cheapest trial that actually treats you on the day $68 nett (Live Well) · most complete $61 two-visit SG61 package (Life Chiropractic Centre, August) · ongoing rates after the trial run roughly $100–$140 a visit.

The thing to know before you book anyone

Chiropractors in Singapore are not registered under the Allied Health Professions Act. That Act currently covers five professions — physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech-language therapists, diagnostic radiographers and radiation therapists — and chiropractic is not one of them. Chiropractic is treated as a complementary and alternative treatment, and is not licensed under the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics Act either.

That does not make it illegal or fringe. It does mean there is no government register to look someone up in, the way there is for a physiotherapist. The profession self-regulates through the Chiropractic Association (Singapore) and the Alliance of Chiropractic (Singapore). So before your first appointment, ask three questions: where did the chiropractor take their chiropractic degree, are they a member of one of those associations, and who takes and reads the X-rays if imaging is recommended.

Assessment or treatment? That is what the trial price decides

This is the distinction that separates the offers:

  • Assessment-only trials — Chiropractic Singapore's $29 (X-rays and first adjustment excluded, and the clinic states it does no adjustments on a first visit at all) and Chiropractic Studio's $50 (consult, spinal exam, neurological scans, review). You leave with findings and a plan; treatment is billed separately at a later visit.
  • Trials that treat you — Live Well's $68 nett (consult, postural assessment, one treatment on the day), Life Chiropractic Centre's $61 SG61 package (two visits, X-rays if needed, first adjustment) and Total Health's $99 (adjustment plus X-rays, excluding GST).

Neither is a scam. But if you are in pain today and you book the $29, you will not be adjusted today.

What it costs once the trial ends

The trial is the cheap part. Published ongoing rates: Chiropractic Singapore charges $105 for a check-up and $120 an adjustment; Genesis Chiropractic publishes $140 initial and $130 follow-up with no introductory offer at all. X-rays sit outside the visit fee almost everywhere — about $108 at Genesis, $150–$270 at Chiropractic Singapore.

Use that as your yardstick. A course of eight visits at $130 is over $1,000, which is the number to weigh against a $29 first appointment.

Which chiropractor is actually near you

Chiropractic care is a repeat visit, not a one-off, so proximity matters more than the headline price. Sorted by where these 20-odd clinics actually are:

  • Orchard / Somerset — Chiropractic Singapore (TANGS, Tang Plaza), Chiropractic Studio (TripleOne Somerset #15-20), Genesis Chiropractic (TripleOne Somerset #08-13). Three practices, two of them in the same tower.
  • CBD / Raffles Place / Chinatown — Total Health (22 Amoy Street), Onsite Health (Capital Building, Malacca Street), Square One Active Recovery (Hong Lim Complex).
  • East — Life Chiropractic Centre (Katong Point, Joo Chiat), Live Well (Bedok North), Chiropractic Singapore (Our Tampines Hub), Total Health (CPF Tampines Building).
  • Central / North — Onsite Health (Novena Medical Centre), Live Well (Toa Payoh Central and Potong Pasir), Total Health (Lorong 1 Toa Payoh), Chiropractic Singapore (Woodleigh Mall and Woodlands Civic Centre).
  • West — Chiropractic Singapore (Westgate Tower, Jurong East), Total Health (Clementi Avenue 3).
  • North-east — Live Well (Rivervale Mall, Sengkang).

If you are in the heartlands, Live Well and Total Health between them cover the most ground; if you work in town, the Somerset cluster gives you three options within a few minutes' walk of each other.

Chiropractic Singapore — The Cheapest Verified Trial at $29, and 5 Clinics Islandwide

Eighteen years in practice and the widest footprint on this list — five clinics at TANGS Tang Plaza (Orchard), Woodlands Civic Centre, The Westgate Tower (Jurong East), Our Tampines Hub and The Woodleigh Mall — which makes it the easiest one to fit around a work week. PRICE: their published rates are $105 for a first check-up, $120 per adjustment and $150–$270 for X-rays. CURRENT OFFER: new patients pay $29 for the spinal check-up (U.P. $105) with promo code PAINFREE29 booked online; returning patients get a $50 check-up with code ONLINE50. READ THIS BEFORE YOU BOOK: the clinic states plainly that X-rays and the first adjustment are NOT included in the $29 — and, more to the point, its own page says that for the safety of its patients there will be no adjustments during the first visit at all. So this is not a case of paying $120 to add the adjustment on the day: nobody gets adjusted on visit one here, at any price. What the $29 buys is the assessment, the findings and a treatment plan, with treatment starting at a second appointment. That is not a trap, it is simply a different product from Live Well's or Life's offers, and it is the single most common misunderstanding about cheap chiropractic trials in Singapore. ORCHARD HOURS: Mon 8.30am–12.30pm and 2–7.30pm; Tue 10am–12.30pm and 2–8.30pm; Sat & Sun 8.30am–12.30pm and 2–6pm; closed Wed, Thu, Fri and public holidays — hours differ by clinic, so check the branch page. BEST FOR: a genuinely low-cost first look at what is going on with your spine, and for anyone who wants a clinic near their office and another near home.

Chiropractic Studio — $50 New Patient Offer at TripleOne Somerset, Until 30 September

A single, quiet studio on the 15th floor of TripleOne Somerset, a two-minute walk from Somerset MRT — the sort of place people book on a lunch break. Its treatment room is set up with a PostureZone wall chart, adjusting benches and a screen for going through findings. PRICE: the new patient offer is $50, down from a usual $140, and the clinic's page dates it clearly — ends 30 September 2026. WHAT THE $50 COVERS: a health history consultation, a detailed spinal examination, neurological function scans and a review of your spinal health profile. Note this is an assessment package like Chiropractic Singapore's rather than a treat-on-the-day one; T&Cs apply and are worth confirming when you call. ADDRESS: 111 Somerset Road #15-20, TripleOne Somerset, Singapore 238164, tel 6909 2701. HOURS: Tue–Thu 9am–12.30pm and 2.15–6.30pm; Fri & Sat 9am–12.30pm only; closed Sunday and Monday — that Monday closure catches people out. BEST FOR: office workers in the Orchard–Somerset belt who want a proper scan-and-explain session before committing to anything.

Life Chiropractic Centre — the SG61 $61 Two-Visit Offer That Actually Includes X-Rays and an Adjustment

A Joo Chiat practice inside Katong Point, and the one running the most complete new-patient offer in August. PRICE: $61 for an all-inclusive TWO-visit package, badged to SG61 for National Day and stated on the clinic's site as running for August. WHAT YOU GET ACROSS THE TWO VISITS: visit one is a full physical examination and consultation (listed value $158) plus X-rays if needed (listed value $165); visit two is the review of your X-ray results and recommendations (listed value $112) and your first chiropractic adjustment (listed value $110) — the clinic totals it at $540 of value and says there are no hidden fees. That combination of imaging AND treatment is what separates this from the $29 and $50 assessment offers. ADDRESS: 451 Joo Chiat Road, Katong Point #03-09, Singapore 427664. HOURS: Mon 3–8pm; Tue 8.30am–12pm and 3–8pm; Thu 8.30am–12pm and 3–8pm; Sat 8.30am–2pm; closed Wed, Fri and Sun — a narrow window, so book ahead. GOOD TO KNOW: they run a no-risk reservation guarantee with a full refund, minus administrative fees, if you cancel 48 hours before your appointment. BEST FOR: east-siders who want imaging and an actual adjustment inside the trial price, not on top of it.

Live Well Chiropractic — $68 Nett, and You Get Treated on the Day

Four heartland clinics — Rivervale Mall in Sengkang, Bedok North, Potong Pasir and Toa Payoh Central — all at ground-floor HDB or mall level, which makes this the most convenient option if you would rather not go into town for a sore back. PRICE: $68 nett for the first visit. WHAT THAT INCLUDES: the doctor's consultation, a digital postural assessment, ONE treatment on the day — either a chiropractic adjustment or spinal decompression therapy — and a review of any X-rays or MRI scans you bring along. The clinic's own wording is the useful bit: nothing else is added on the day, and you do not book twice before anything happens. That is the practical difference between this and the cheaper assessment-only offers. LOCATIONS AND PHONE: Sengkang, Rivervale Mall, 11 Rivervale Crescent #01-29/30 (6284 4878); Bedok, 205 Bedok North Street 1 #01-389 (6514 5122); Potong Pasir, 148 Potong Pasir Avenue #01-59 (6241 2124); Toa Payoh, 185 Toa Payoh Central #01-342 (6226 0829). The offer is described as limited-time with no end date published, so treat it as valid until they say otherwise. COMING AS A PAIR: there is also a $105 two-person first-visit rate, which works out cheaper per head than booking two singles — but the clinic notes it is not available at the Sengkang branch, so book the pair rate at Bedok, Potong Pasir or Toa Payoh. BEST FOR: someone in pain now who wants hands-on treatment at the first appointment, close to home.

Four clinics split neatly between the CBD and the heartlands: 22 Amoy Street (069857), 1 Tampines Central 5 #08-05 CPF Tampines Building (529508), Blk 148 Lorong 1 Toa Payoh #01-903 (310148) and 431 Clementi Avenue 3 #01-358 (120431). PRICE: the first-visit promotion is $99 against a stated usual price of $305 — the biggest headline discount here in dollar terms. WHAT THE $99 COVERS: a chiropractic adjustment, X-rays, digital posture analysis, a health history review, a weight distribution test, a full spine check, orthopaedic and neurological tests, and the chiropractor's recommendations. THE TWO CONDITIONS: the price excludes GST, and the offer is for new clients only and limited to Singaporeans, PRs and Work Pass holders. If you want imaging plus an adjustment inside one appointment rather than spread across two, this is the most complete single-visit package on the list. BEST FOR: anyone who wants the full work-up — imaging, tests and treatment — in one sitting, and who works in the CBD or lives east or central.

Genesis Chiropractic — No Trial Price, Just Published Flat Rates

Genesis Chiropractic — No Trial Price, Just Published Flat Rates

Also in TripleOne Somerset, three floors below Chiropractic Studio, and it takes the opposite approach to marketing: there is no $29 hook, just its rates in the open. PRICE: $140 for the initial visit, $130 for follow-ups, and X-rays at roughly $108 when needed. The clinic says package deals that reduce the per-visit cost are available and asks you to call about current promotions, which is worth doing if you expect a course of care rather than a one-off. ADDRESS: TripleOne Somerset #08-13, 111 Somerset Road, Singapore 238164, tel 9810 9909. HOURS: Mon and Thu 10.30am–2pm and 3.30–8pm; Tue and Wed 3.30–8pm only; Sat 9am–2pm; closed Friday and Sunday — note the Friday closure, which catches out anyone assuming a weekday clinic is open all week. WHY IT IS ON THE LIST: when you are comparing offers, you need a clean benchmark for what an unsubsidised visit costs in Singapore — $130 to $140 is roughly it in the Orchard belt, and knowing that is how you judge whether a $29 or $50 trial is a bargain or just the first step of a longer bill. BEST FOR: people who dislike introductory pricing and would rather see the real number upfront.

Two clinics — 10 Sinaran Drive #10-02 Novena Medical Centre (307506) and 22 Malacca Street #11-02 Capital Building, Raffles Place (048980) — and the broadest service mix here: chiropractic care, physiotherapy, clinical Pilates and sports massage, plus Active Release Technique, shockwave therapy, trigger point dry needling, Graston therapy, golf performance work and post-operative rehab. WHY THAT MATTERS: if you are not sure whether your problem is one for a chiropractor or a physiotherapist, a clinic that has both means you are not paying twice to find out. HOURS: Mon–Thu 9am–8pm, Fri 9am–6pm, Sat 8.30am–6pm, Sun 9am–5pm — the only practice on this list open every day of the week, which is genuinely useful if weekdays are impossible. Tel +65 8223 6258. INSURANCE: the clinic publishes a set of direct billing partners on its site — the logos shown include Alliance, Allianz, Bupa, Cigna, IHP and Adept Health — so if you have corporate or expat cover, check whether your plan is on that list before you pay out of pocket. PRICE: not published; ask when you book. BEST FOR: sports and desk injuries where the right discipline is unclear, weekend appointments, and anyone with corporate or international health insurance.

Square One Active Recovery — The Chiropractor That Refuses to Crack Your Back

The deliberate outlier, at 538 Upper Cross Street in Hong Lim Complex, Chinatown. Its chiropractor does not do adjustments, dry needling or soft-tissue work at all — the practice's position, in its own words, is that cracking can give temporary relief but does not address the root cause of chronic pain. What you get instead is chiropractic rehabilitation built on supervised exercise, clinical Pilates, personal training and health coaching, with the stated goal of making further visits unnecessary rather than selling you a maintenance plan. It is also explicitly against Singapore's package-selling culture, which is the single most common complaint about the industry. PRICE: programme pricing is not currently published on the site — it is quoted on enquiry, so ask for the full programme cost and the number of sessions in writing before you start. BEST FOR: chronic, long-running back or neck pain where adjustments have already been tried and have not held, and for anyone who has been burned by a multi-thousand-dollar package. NOT FOR: someone who specifically wants a manual adjustment — this clinic does not offer one, and says so.

How to choose, in four questions

  1. Do you want to be assessed or treated on day one? That single answer eliminates half this list. Assessment: $29 or $50. Treatment: $61, $68 or $99.
  2. Where will you realistically go eight times? Chiropractic care is rarely one visit. Live Well's four heartland clinics and Chiropractic Singapore's five locations exist for exactly this reason — a clinic you dread travelling to is a course of care you will abandon.
  3. What happens after the trial? Ask for the recommended number of visits and the per-visit rate before you commit, and ask whether a package is being offered instead. If a clinic will not put the total in writing, that is your answer.
  4. Are X-rays actually needed? They are a separate charge nearly everywhere — roughly $108 to $270 — so ask why they are being recommended in your specific case, and whether existing scans you already have would do.

A note on when not to book a chiropractor

Chiropractic is for musculoskeletal complaints. See a doctor first — not a chiropractor — if you have sudden weakness or numbness in an arm or leg, any loss of bladder or bowel control, unexplained weight loss, fever alongside back pain, or pain that started after a significant fall, accident or injury. Those are red flags that need a medical assessment.

*This article is consumer information about pricing and availability, not medical advice. Prices and promotions were verified on each clinic's own website on 7 August 2026 and can change without notice — confirm directly with the clinic before you book.*

Frequently Asked Questions

Are chiropractors regulated in Singapore?

Not in the way most people assume. Only five professions are currently regulated under the Allied Health Professions Act and registered with the Allied Health Professions Council — physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech-language therapists, diagnostic radiographers and radiation therapists. Chiropractors are not among them, and chiropractic is treated as a complementary and alternative treatment that is not licensed under the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics Act. In practice that means there is no government register you can look a chiropractor up in, the way you can with a physiotherapist or a doctor. The profession self-regulates through bodies such as the Chiropractic Association (Singapore) and the Alliance of Chiropractic (Singapore), which set professional and ethical standards for their members. So the credential check falls to you: ask which chiropractic institution the practitioner graduated from, whether they belong to one of those associations, and — if X-rays are being taken — who is taking and reading them.

How much does a chiropractor cost in Singapore in 2026?

Two very different numbers, and confusing them is where people get caught out. The first is the introductory price, which is what the marketing shows you: $29 at Chiropractic Singapore with code PAINFREE29, $50 at Chiropractic Studio until 30 September 2026, $61 for Life Chiropractic Centre's two-visit SG61 package in August, $68 nett at Live Well and $99 at Total Health. The second is the ongoing rate, which is what you actually pay from visit two onwards. Chiropractic Singapore publishes $105 for a first check-up and $120 per adjustment; Genesis publishes $140 for an initial visit and $130 for follow-ups; X-rays are a separate line almost everywhere, roughly $108 at Genesis and $150 to $270 at Chiropractic Singapore. So a realistic budget for a genuine course of care is not the trial price — it is somewhere around $100 to $140 per visit afterwards, times however many visits are recommended. Ask for that recommendation in writing, with a number of sessions attached, before you pay for anything beyond the trial.

What's the catch with the $29 and $50 first-visit deals?

Usually not a catch so much as a difference in what is being sold — but you do need to read it. The cheapest offers are assessment packages: Chiropractic Singapore states in plain terms that its $29 spinal check-up does not include X-rays or the first adjustment, and goes further — its site says that for patient safety there will be no adjustments during the first visit at all, so paying more on the day does not get you treated either. Chiropractic Studio's $50 covers a consultation, spinal examination, neurological scans and a review of findings. You leave with information and a plan, and treatment is billed separately at a later appointment. The offers that include hands-on treatment cost more and say so: Live Well's $68 nett includes one treatment on the day, Life Chiropractic Centre's $61 covers two visits including X-rays if needed and the first adjustment, and Total Health's $99 includes an adjustment plus X-rays but excludes GST and is limited to new clients who are Singaporeans, PRs or Work Pass holders. Neither model is wrong. Just decide before you book whether you want to be assessed or to be treated, and pick the offer that matches.

Chiropractor or physiotherapist — which one do I need?

The most useful practical distinction in Singapore is the regulatory one: physiotherapists must be registered with the Allied Health Professions Council, chiropractors are not covered by that Act at all. Beyond that, chiropractic care here typically centres on manual spinal adjustments and, at some clinics, spinal decompression, while physiotherapy leans on graded exercise, manual therapy and rehabilitation programmes. Many people with desk-bound neck and lower-back pain would be served by either. If you genuinely cannot tell, a clinic that offers both under one roof — Onsite Health at Novena and Raffles Place is the example on this list — removes the guesswork, and Square One Active Recovery sits at the exercise-led end of the spectrum despite being a chiropractic practice. One firm rule regardless of which you pick: this is not the route for red flags. Sudden weakness or numbness in a limb, loss of bladder or bowel control, unexplained weight loss, fever with back pain, or pain after a significant fall or accident are reasons to see a doctor first, not to book a spinal check-up.

Can I claim chiropractic on MediSave or insurance in Singapore?

MediSave, no. MediSave covers approved treatments delivered by MOH-licensed providers, and chiropractic is treated as a complementary and alternative treatment outside that framework, so you should budget for it as an out-of-pocket expense. Private and corporate insurance is a different story and worth checking, because some employer and international plans do include chiropractic or musculoskeletal benefits. The practical shortcut is to look for clinics that already do direct billing — Onsite Health publishes a set of direct billing partners on its own site, with logos including Alliance, Allianz, Bupa, Cigna, IHP and Adept Health — and to confirm with your insurer or HR what your annual limit is and whether a doctor's referral is required before the first appointment. If you are paying yourself, ask for an itemised invoice anyway: it makes any later claim, or any flexible-benefits reimbursement, far easier.
