CHAGEE is nine, and it is marking the date with its longest promo calendar so far: four merch bundles from Fri 6 Nov, three 20% off Wednesdays, eight free-delivery days and a three-day sure-win prize event. There is also a new drink, BO·YA Mango Jasmine Green Tea, available as a milk tea or brewed tea from the same day.
> Quick view: bundles from $10.90, while stocks last from Fri 6 Nov · 20% off on Wed 11, 18 and 25 Nov · free delivery on selected Mondays and Tuesdays to 1 Dec, orders above $20, capped at $5 · $3,000 travel gift card chance to 22 Nov · sure-win prizes on 15-17 Nov · best value: two Large drinks for $12.10
The four bundles
| Bundle | Price | What you get | Cost per cup |
|---|---|---|---|
| Celebration Bundle (Glass Goblet) | $10.90 | 1 Large drink, 1 printed glass goblet | $10.90 |
| Screen Cleaner Bundle | $12.10 | 2 Large drinks, 1 free sticky screen cleaner pack | $6.05 |
| Plush Hand Towel Bundle | $17.90 | 1 Large drink, 1 Teadore hand towel | $17.90 |
| Celebration Bundle (Everyday Carryall) | $20.90 | 1 Large drink, 1 everyday carryall | $20.90 |
The cost per cup is our own sum, and it ignores whatever the merch is worth to you. CHAGEE prints these as "from" prices, because stores can differ.
The Screen Cleaner Bundle is the only one that is mainly a drinks deal. It includes one BO·YA Mango Jasmine Green Milk Tea and one Large Fresh Milk Tea of your choice, and CHAGEE's poster tags the screen cleaner as free. The other three are merch purchases with a tea attached, so buy them for the object.
Which drinks count. The terms limit bundle drinks to six: BO·YA Mango Jasmine Green, BO·YA Jasmine Green, Peach Oolong, Da Hong Pao, Osmanthus Oolong and Hojicha Genmai Milk Tea. CHAGEE's caption lists the goblet and carryall sets with the new mango drink, while their posters say "Large Fresh Milk Tea" with an asterisk pointing to that list. If you want a specific tea in those two sets, confirm it when you order.

The fine print
- Free delivery has a floor and a cap. The caption just says "delivery on us". The poster adds that it applies to orders above $20 and is capped at $5. One $12.10 bundle will not reach $20, though two would, if bundle orders qualify at all (see the next point).
- Promos do not stack unless stated. The bundle terms bar use with other offers, discounts or promotions. Do not assume you can put 20% off on a bundle, or get free delivery on one. Check the total in the app before paying.
- Three outlets may charge more. Prices at CHAGEE RWS WEAVE, Changi Airport Terminal 2 and Pagoda House may differ.
- Merch comes only in bundles. You cannot buy the goblet, carryall, towel or screen cleaner alone, and all of it is while stocks last. Visuals are illustrative.
- The hand towel set is the app one. Its poster carries an "App Members Exclusive" badge. CHAGEE's overview poster also files the anniversary bundles under "App Exclusive", so start in the app rather than at the counter.
- Gift Boxes come once. Each user gets them once, on the first eligible paid order of at least $0.50 after discounts. Grab orders and drinks bought with free vouchers do not count, and you need a verified mobile number.
- Voucher Pack prices are not out yet. CHAGEE says "up to 5 free drinks" without a price or pack sizes. Vouchers last 60 days from purchase, and each pack is limited to one user.
- Flash redemptions are limited. The terms allow one voucher redemption per account, in limited daily quantities. Pickup orders must be collected within 2 hours of being marked ready.
CHAGEE can change the terms without notice, and points to the app for the full version.
Tips
- Sharing a tea break? Take the $12.10 set. Two people get a Large drink each for about $6.05.
- Make your Gift Box order a paid one in the app. Since you only get the boxes once and Grab does not count, a Grab order will not unlock them.
- Set an alarm for 11.17am. The 9 Tea Leaves redemption has limited quantities every Wednesday, so have the app open a few minutes early.
- Wait for 15-17 Nov if you only want prizes. Every cup carries one then, so a drink you were buying that week is better bought on those days.
- Check your tier before Wednesday. CHAGEE's regular Wednesday voucher is 15% off from CHA Explorer (10 cups). This campaign does not say whether the 20% has a tier floor, so see what is in My Vouchers.
