Bubble tea is basically a food group in Singapore — but at S$6–8 a cup, the daily boba habit adds up fast. The good news: there's almost always a deal running if you know where to look. Here are the 8 best bubble tea deals and promos in Singapore for August 2026, re-verified this month — two genuine 1-for-1s, the loyalty ladder that quietly beats both if you drink often, the two app codes that still work, and the cheapest standing prices on the island.

What changed since July
- The HEYTEA 1-for-1 is gone. The Tampines 1 grand-opening Buy-1-Get-1-FREE closed on 12 July 2026 and HEYTEA has not replaced it — the outlet trades on, but the brand drops from first place to seventh on deal value alone.
- CHAGEE rebuilt its membership on 29 July and it is now the strongest reason on this list to stick with one chain: 30% off your first Large cup, another 30% voucher at 3 cups, a surprise gift at 5, and a Buy-1-Free-1 voucher at 8.
- Beutea is new to this list — a straightforward 1-for-1 on app sign-up, valid on the entire menu, which is rarer than it sounds.
- CHAGEE's Apple English Breakfast × Tate bundles have ended and are replaced above by the membership rewards and the Bes-Tea plushie bundle.
- CHAGEE's opening run of Members' Day dates is over. The 20% off Wednesdays announced at relaunch — 29 July, 5 and 12 August 2026 — have all passed. The perk itself is still part of the CHA Explorer tier and above, but the next dates are released in the app, so no particular Wednesday qualifies by default.
- Mixue's S$1 King Cone is a S$1.50 King Cone. The price rose on 25 November 2024 and has not come back down. It is still the cheapest cone on this list, but any site — including our own earlier version of this page — still quoting S$1 is out of date.
How to squeeze the most value
- Download the app first. Every deal here except R&B Tea's and Mixue's prices lives inside a brand's own app — PlayMade's TEATIME, KOI's KOIUME29, CHAGEE's whole voucher ladder, and both 1-for-1s.
- Use the 1-for-1s with a friend. CHICHA San Chen's and Beutea's welcome vouchers are once per account, so the value only lands if the second cup gets drunk.
- Go large on percentage deals. A 10% or 30%-off applies to the cup price, so the bigger the cup, the bigger the saving.
- Time it. PlayMade's 10% is only 3–5pm, CHAGEE's Members' Day 20% falls on nominated Wednesdays only (check the app for the current dates — the launch batch has expired), and the Bes-Tea plushie bundle ends when the plushies run out.
A quick note on prices and codes
Bubble tea promos move fast. CHAGEE's Members' Day vouchers are pinned to specific nominated Wednesdays rather than every Wednesday — the opening run (29 July, 5 and 12 August 2026) has already lapsed and the next dates appear in-app — while app codes like TEATIME and KOIUME29 run "while redemptions last" and can be pulled without notice. Standing menu prices move too: Mixue's Signature King Cone went from S$1 to S$1.50 in November 2024, and a lot of "cheapest bubble tea" listings have never caught up. Always confirm the live deal in the brand's official app before you order, and check outlet eligibility — PlayMade's TEATIME, for instance, is limited to Westgate and Jurong Point, and CHAGEE's plushie bundle is excluded from Grab pickup and delivery.
CHICHA San Chen deals: what's running, and what people are still searching for
CHICHA San Chen is the brand readers ask about most here, usually looking for a voucher, a discount code or a National Day offer. The short version:
- There is no CHICHA promo code. Unlike PlayMade (TEATIME) and KOI Thé (KOIUME29), CHICHA does not publish public codes. Anything billed as a "CHICHA San Chen discount code" on a coupon aggregator is not coming from the brand.
- The voucher is account-based. Register for the CHICHA San Chen rewards programme and a 1-for-1 welcome voucher lands in your account, ready to use on your next visit. Referrals earn both parties further rewards, and every visit collects stamps toward free drinks.
- There is no National Day 2026 promotion. The 60% off your second drink that people remember was the SG60 offer on 8–9 August 2025. Nothing equivalent ran for SG61.
- The 70% off second drink has ended. That was CHICHA's 7th-anniversary promotion, 18–22 May 2026, at every outlet except Jewel Changi Airport.
CHICHA's habit is a few short, steep second-cup promotions each year — anniversaries and national occasions — announced on its own Instagram with little notice. Between them, the new-member 1-for-1 is the only CHICHA deal that is reliably there.
CHICHA San Chen vs CHAGEE: which is actually the better deal?
They win on different timescales, so the honest answer depends on how often you drink.
CHICHA wins on your first two cups. A ~S$7 hand-shaken tea at 1-for-1 works out to about S$3.50 a cup, claimable the moment you register, with nothing to accumulate first. Nothing in this list beats that on a single visit — but it is once per account, and after that you are paying full price.
CHAGEE wins if you keep coming back. The 30% off your first Large cup is worth less on day one, but a second 30% voucher unlocks at 3 cups, a surprise gift at 5, and a full Buy-1-Free-1 at 8 — and past 10 cups the CHA Explorer tier adds a monthly 8%-off-second-cup voucher, a birthday drink and Members' Day access. Roughly, if you buy more than about three cups from the same chain, CHAGEE's ladder overtakes CHICHA's one-off.
On the tea itself they are aiming at different things: CHICHA is the tea-forward, hand-shaken premium cup; CHAGEE is cleaner, lighter and lower-sugar in a standardised format. The cheapest route for most people is neither loyalty — it is to claim CHICHA's and Beutea's welcome 1-for-1s first, then start building the CHAGEE ladder once those are spent.
