The two $1 dishes
| Dates | $1 dish | Minimum subtotal | Daily cap |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tue 3 to Sun 15 Nov 2026 | Salmon Wafu Carpaccio | $60 | 100 redemptions |
| Mon 16 to Sun 22 Nov 2026 | Lobster Kamaboko Maki | $60 | 100 redemptions |
Sushi Tei's poster shows a long plate of sauced salmon slices and a roll with an orange roe coating, but it does not state portion sizes or regular prices. Judge it as a cheap extra dish on a meal you already wanted, not as a measured saving.
What it really costs
The poster says prices are subject to service charge and GST. At the usual 10% and 9%, the sums look like this:
| Line | Amount |
|---|---|
| Food subtotal | $60.00 |
| $1 dish | $1.00 |
| Service charge and GST | about $12.14 |
| Total | about $73.14 |
The poster does not say whether the $1 dish counts towards the $60, so order at least $60 of other food before asking for it.
The fine print
- Raffles City only. Other Sushi Tei outlets are not part of this deal.
- Dine-in only, while stocks last. Takeaway and delivery orders do not qualify.
- 100 redemptions a day. The poster does not split this by meal, so a late dinner may miss out.
- One serving per table, per bill. A larger group still gets one plate on one bill.
- No changes. The promotional dishes cannot be altered, so check for allergies first. Kamaboko is a fish cake product.
Where to go
- Sushi Tei, Raffles City Shopping Centre, #03-13/14, 252 North Bridge Road, above City Hall MRT. CapitaLand's directory confirms the unit.
- Hours: Burpple lists 11.30am-10pm, but that listing may predate the refit. Sushi Tei's poster does not print hours or name any blackout dates.
Tips
- Go early in the evening. With only 100 a day, a weekend dinner slot is the riskiest time, especially around Deepavali on Sunday 8 and the public holiday on Monday 9 November.
- Ask before you order. Check that the day's portions are still available when you are seated, not when the bill arrives.
- Sushi Tei Rewards members should ask too. The poster does not say whether the $1 deal works with the 10% rebate. Our sushi guide covers the membership and a separate $2.50 lunch add-on.
