From a $199 IKEA MARKUS to a $2,139 Herman Miller Aeron: the eight best ergonomic office chairs you can buy in Singapore, with today's sale prices, warranties and showrooms read off each brand's own store on 15 October 2026.
Your chair matters more than your desk if you work from home three days a week.
> Quick view: best value is ErgoTune Supreme from $549; proper ergonomic chairs run $199 (IKEA MARKUS) to $2,139 (Aeron); ignore "usual price" strikethroughs, which run near double at some stores.
Singapore-designed ErgoTune is the chair most local reviewers land on, and its World Spine Day sale takes up to $100 off. The Supreme (all-mesh, adjustable headrest and lumbar, S/M/L sizes) is from $549 (U.P. $649), the cheaper Joobie Lite is $369 (U.P. $449), the Joobie is from $549 and the body-hugging Vesby is $799 (U.P. $899). On 15 October the $549 Supreme (no headrest) was buyable in Charcoal and Coral Red only, with Aqua Blue sold out, and the $599 headrest version was in stock in Charcoal only. Free shipping, up to 6 years' warranty and a 3-week free trial mean you can sit in it at home and return it if your back disagrees. Or try before buying at the showroom, 101 Lorong 23 Geylang, #01-03. No end date is published for the sale.
World Spine Day sale: up to $100 off, Supreme from $549 (U.P. $649), Joobie Lite $369 (U.P. $449). No end date published.
On 15 October Sihoo's official Singapore store still sold the M57 at $299 with a 3-year warranty, the cheapest full mesh chair on this list. Sihoo's own floor is lower, but read the variant before you celebrate: the M59B is $269, and that is the install-included option, because the $259 no-install one is sold out and the chair carries a 1-year warranty against the M57's 3. Step up to the M57C at $399, the C100 at $499 or the popular Doro C300 at $599 (5-year warranty), and the flagship S300 is $1,099. Ignore the strikethroughs: the "usual" prices run close to double (the S300 shows $2,168), so compare the sale price only. Several cheaper models (M56, M76, M59AS Pro) are out of stock. Installation adds $10. Office at 1 Tampines North Drive 1, #04-02 T-Space, Mon-Fri 9am-6pm.
Sale collection (re-checked 15 Oct): M57 $299, Doro C300 $599, S300 $1,099. No end date published.
Omnidesk is best known for standing desks, but its own Embrace Pro chair is $519 (U.P. $699) with a cushion seat and $549 (U.P. $729) in mesh, with 7cm headrest height adjustment and up to 6 years' warranty (3 years extra via warranty registration). Mesh is the version worth checking first in Singapore's humidity, and it is also the better stocked: on 15 October every mesh colour was available while the cushion seat was down to black and grey. It also stocks Norwegian HÅG chairs: the saddle-style Capisco Puls 8020 from $899 and the Capisco 8106 from $1,650. If you need a desk too, the site says you save up to $250 pairing an Ascent desk with any Pro chair, with free delivery and assembly. Showrooms at 107 North Bridge Road, #03-K03 and 996 Bendemeer Road, #01-05.
Embrace Pro $519 cushion (U.P. $699) or $549 mesh (U.P. $729); save up to $250 when you pair an Ascent desk with a Pro chair.
Ergoworks is the place to go if you want to sit in a dozen chairs before paying. Its range runs from the online-exclusive Truly One at $269 ($299 with headrest) through the Truly Comfort ($899), Truly Airflex ($999) and Falcon ($1,299) to the award-winning Truly Perfect Chair V2 at $1,399. Its 10.10 Mega Sale banner was still up on 15 October, and it adds a free footrest worth $150 with the Falcon Chair, though only one of the Falcon's four finishes was in stock that day: grey with a mesh seat. Standing-desk users can also try the LeanRite ($1,199) and LeanX ($999) perching chairs. Free delivery for bulky items above $600. Store at 6 Raffles Boulevard, #03-140/141 Marina Square (above McDonald's).
10.10 Mega Sale: Falcon Chair $1,299 with a free footrest worth $150.
Secretlab rolls one campaign straight into the next. Black Friday Prices, Now (16 to 23 September) has ended and the chair markdowns went with it, so on 15 October the TITAN Evo (built-in adjustable lumbar support, magnetic memory-foam head pillow, sizes S, R and XL) is back to from S$679 in NEO Hybrid Leatherette, S$699 in SoftWeave Plus fabric and S$769 for the Dark Knight edition. The more useful news for this page is the ATLAS, Secretlab's actual ergonomic task chair rather than a gaming seat: US Ergonomics certified, a RE-CURVE backrest with integrated lumbar support, synchronous tilt, a S$59 magnetic head pillow in the box, and from S$599 in Classic Black leatherette, S$619 in SoftWeave fabric and S$849 for the NanoFoam Dune+. What replaced the markdowns is a better code: SLEV-MINC7LTO26 takes $80 off $1,019 with an eligible chair, running 23 September 2pm to 23 October 2026, 2pm SGT per Secretlab's own terms. One chair still falls short of $1,019, so it pays off on a chair plus accessories or two chairs.
Re-checked 15 Oct 2026: code SLEV-MINC7LTO26 takes $80 off $1,019 with an eligible chair (23 Sep 2pm to 23 Oct 2026 2pm SGT). The Black Friday markdowns ended 23 Sep, so TITAN Evo is from S$679 and the ATLAS task chair from S$599.
Code: SLEV-MINC7LTO26
Valid till 23 Oct 2026
Local brand TTRacing is best known for gaming chairs, but its mesh Ergochair line is a cheap way into proper adjustability. In its current Halloween Sale the TT Airflex is $259 (U.P. $319), the Airflex V2 is $289 (U.P. $359) and the higher-spec TT Aeroflex is $499 (U.P. $689). Delivery is free storewide, and orders before 2pm on a working day arrive the next day; on-site assembly is a $50 add-on. The sale banner's countdown now reads 00d 00h 00m 00s, because the page hard-codes an end time that passed in July 2023, so treat these as current prices and not a deadline. Showroom at Vertex, #01-72 (Ubi).
Halloween Sale: TT Airflex $259 (U.P. $319), TT Aeroflex $499 (U.P. $689), free delivery storewide.
The cheapest chair here that still gives you a tall mesh back and tilt tension is IKEA's MARKUS at $199, and IKEA backs it with a 10-year guarantee. It has no adjustable lumbar or armrests, so it suits shorter work sessions or a tight budget. Want more adjustment? The JÄRVFJÄLLET with armrests is $329, the GRÖNFJÄLL is $399 ($489 with headrest) and the ALEFJÄLL leather chair is $419. No discount is running on these chairs right now. Sit-test them at IKEA Alexandra, Tampines or Jurong before ordering online.

If you sit 10 hours a day and want the chair office designers specify, XTRA (Herman Miller's authorised Singapore retailer) has the Aeron from $2,139 (U.P. $3,179), a 32% cut across sizes A, B and C, with or without headrest. That floor is the Graphite finish: Carbon is $2,199, Onyx $2,259 and Jasper or Mineral $2,389, and on 15 October the Graphite floor was in stock in every size, with or without headrest, while size B was sold out in Carbon, Onyx and Mineral. The Embody Gaming Chair is $3,479 (U.P. $4,089). Buying through the authorised dealer is what gets you Herman Miller's warranty of up to 12 years, which grey-import sellers cannot offer, plus free delivery and installation on orders above $1,000. No end date is shown for the price. Showroom at Marina Square, #02-48.

Every price, warranty and address above was read from each brand's own Singapore web store or showroom page and re-checked on 15 October 2026, including live stock status and per-variant availability. Sale prices without a published end date can change at any time, so check the product page before you pay. Chairs that were out of stock (such as Sihoo's $199 M56) are not quoted as the entry price. Expect $500-$600 for a well-reviewed mesh chair with adjustable lumbar support and headrest: ErgoTune Supreme from $549, Omnidesk Embrace Pro $519 and Sihoo Doro C300 $599 (prices checked 15 October 2026). Secretlab's ATLAS task chair sits at $599 in its cheapest finish. Budget options start at $199 (IKEA MARKUS) and $259-$299 (TTRacing Airflex, Ergoworks Truly One, Sihoo M57). A Herman Miller Aeron from the authorised dealer XTRA is $2,139 in Graphite.
For long work-from-home days in Singapore's heat, most people are better served by an all-mesh chair like the ErgoTune Supreme (from $549), which breathes better and comes with a 3-week home trial. Secretlab's TITAN Evo (from S$679) suits people who prefer a firmer, bucket-style gaming seat and has built-in adjustable lumbar support. Secretlab also sells a straight task chair now, the ATLAS, from S$599, and its current code SLEV-MINC7LTO26 gives $80 off orders of $1,019 or more with an eligible chair until 23 October 2026, 2pm.
Ergoworks at Marina Square (#03-140/141) has the widest range from $269 to $1,399, and XTRA at Marina Square (#02-48) has Herman Miller's Aeron. ErgoTune has a showroom at 101 Lorong 23 Geylang, Omnidesk at 107 North Bridge Road and 996 Bendemeer Road, and TTRacing at Vertex in Ubi. IKEA's stores at Alexandra, Tampines and Jurong display the MARKUS and JÄRVFJÄLLET.
Judge the sale price, not the strikethrough. Some stores show "usual" prices close to double the selling price (Sihoo's S300 is $1,099 against a listed $2,168), which makes the discount look bigger than it is. Compare actual prices across brands instead: in September 2026 a full mesh ergonomic chair cost $299-$599 at Sihoo, ErgoTune and Omnidesk.
It can be, as long as you know what you are buying. A Secretlab TITAN Evo (from S$679) has adjustable lumbar support built into the backrest and comes in sizes S, R and XL, so it is a genuinely adjustable chair; what it is not is breathable, because the seat is leatherette or fabric over foam rather than mesh, which matters over an eight-hour day in Singapore. If you want the brand without the bucket seat, Secretlab now sells the ATLAS task chair from S$599, and TTRacing's mesh-backed Ergochair line starts at $259. For all-day desk work in a room without aircon, a full mesh chair such as the Sihoo M57 ($299) or ErgoTune Supreme ($549) stays cooler.
