> Quick view: Skechers' Warehouse Sale is on at 45 Ubi Road 1, Level 1, until Sun 8 Nov 2026, with up to 90% off and apparel and accessories from $15. It closes at 7pm on the last day. The BOBS Slip-ins are $30 cheaper than Skechers' web store, but the kids' Foamies cost the same $49 online, so check the price before you queue.
Skechers runs this sale at its Ubi headquarters, and this edition is its year-end one. The headline is big, but the useful question is how much you save compared with what Skechers already charges online. We checked.

Sale price vs the Skechers web store
These are the eight deals named in the press coverage, set against the same model name on skechers.com.sg on 5 Nov. Online prices vary by colour, so the table shows the lowest we found.
| Item | Usual price | Warehouse Sale | Web store now | Sale saves you |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Slip-ins: BOBS B Flex Rugged Edge (men) | $129 | $79 | $109 | $30 |
| Urban Outdoor Shorts (men) | $59 | $15 | $25 | $10 |
| Slip-ins: Unicorn Dreams StarryLite (girls) | $89 | $59 | $69 | $10 |
| Arch Fit 2.0 Big League (women) | $129 | $59 | $64.50 | $5.50 |
| Performance Waist Bag | $45 | $20 | $25 | $5 |
| Performance Shoe Bag | $18 or $19 (reports differ) | $15 | $20 | $5 |
| Foamies Swifters (boys) | $69 | $49 | $49 | $0 |
| Running Performance Sports Tank Top (women) | $39 | $15 | $15 | $0 |
Two things stand out. The deepest published example is 75% off (the $15 shorts), and most of the eight sit well below that, so 90% is the ceiling and not the norm. The bigger finds are likely to be the unpublished older stock, which is why the web store comparison matters more than the sticker.
The fine print
- The footwear floor is inconsistent. Skechers' Telegram post on 1 Nov says from $25. The poster and the press write-ups say from $20. Budget for $25.
- Payment and exchange terms are not published. Neither the posts nor the poster covers payment methods, exchanges or refunds. Treat it as final until a staff member tells you otherwise.
- Some stock is Lucky Size. Skechers uses the label in its early-access post but does not define it. Expect limited sizing on those racks.
- The Gold Member 10% is not a general offer. The additional 10% off on a minimum $300 spend, excluding Lucky Size, was announced for Gold Members' early access on Tue 3 Nov. Skechers' public sale posts do not repeat it. Gold Members can ask at the counter, but do not plan around it.
- The SIMBA perk is for new users only. T&Cs apply, and Skechers' post does not print them in full.
- The sale's stock and the web store's stock can differ. Our table matches model names, not exact colours or sizes.
Tips
- Go on Friday if you can. Seth Lui's report on Skechers' May sale at the same address put weekday queues at about 15 minutes, with longer waits at weekends. Sat 7 Nov and Sun 8 Nov are the remaining weekend days.
- Open skechers.com.sg while you shop. Foamies are already $49 online, so a warehouse trip for those alone saves nothing.
- Know your size before you go. A clearance sale is a poor place to find out whether a new last fits, and return terms are unknown.
- Do not expect the new POP MART PUCKY collection here. Skechers launched it on 4 Nov as a separate collection, with a free pickleball set on a $150 spend, and its Warehouse Sale posts do not mention it.
- Regular-priced pairs have a different deal. If the sale does not have your model, Skechers at Junction 8 takes $50 off 2 pairs or $100 off 3 pairs to Mon 16 Nov.
