> Quick view: Free haze masks and haze shelters end at 6pm on Saturday 7 November 2026. The Haze Subsidy Scheme stops from 12 November, so 11 November is your last day for a subsidised visit. If you are eligible and have not collected masks, you have about two days left.
NEA said on 5 November that the haze situation has improved with inter-monsoon conditions and more showers, and that Government agencies will stop their haze measures as the risk of transboundary haze is expected to be low. MOH said NEA has advised that the likelihood of transboundary haze remains low for the rest of the year.
What ends, and when
| Measure | Ends |

| Haze Subsidy Scheme and PHPC scheme | Stops from Thu 12 Nov (last day 11 Nov) |
Masks: who can still collect
Grace Fu told Parliament that close to 30% of eligible Singaporeans had collected masks as at 29 October, so many households may still have an unused entitlement.
Under HazeMaskGoWhere's terms as we last read them on 22 October:
- At vending machines or CCs, with NRIC: Pioneer and Merdeka Generation, CHAS Blue and Orange, MFEC holders, ComCare recipients and all Singaporeans aged 60 and above.
- At CCs only: pregnant women, children aged 7 to 16 and people with medical conditions such as asthma.
A family member can collect using the eligible person's NRIC. Check gowhere.gov.sg/hazemask for your nearest point before you head out, because 7 November is also Deepavali Eve and stock at a given point can run out.
Clinic subsidy: who pays what until 11 November
| Who | At a participating GP clinic | At a polyclinic |
|---|---|---|
| Public Assistance cardholders | $0 | $0 |
| Pioneer and Merdeka Generation | $5 at most | $5 at most |
| Citizens aged 18 and below or 65 and above, CHAS Blue or Orange, MFEC | $10 at most | $10 at most |
| Other Singapore Citizens | Not covered | $10 at most |
The cap covers haze-related conditions only, and the doctor decides what is claimable. Our earlier guide to the scheme lists the covered conditions and what to bring.
Watch the long weekend. Deepavali is on Sunday 8 November, with the public holiday on Monday 9 November. Polyclinics generally close on Sundays and public holidays, so that may leave just Friday, Saturday morning, Tuesday and Wednesday. Check opening hours first, and if you have a lingering cough or eye irritation, do not leave it to the final day.
What this does not change
MOH's release ends only the PHPC scheme and the Haze Subsidy Scheme. It does not mention your usual CHAS, Pioneer or Merdeka Generation benefits. After 11 November, ask your clinic what you will pay. Permanent residents and foreigners were not covered by this scheme.
Haze can still return in a future dry season. Masks you collect now are worth storing, and NEA still points readers to haze.gov.sg and the myENV app for air quality readings.
