The silver model is cheaper at Hisense than at COURTS, which lists it at $859. The glass-door versions of the same fridge run the other way, at $888 at COURTS and Harvey Norman against $1,149 at Hisense, so check the finish before you pick a shop. It suits a small household that wants the Japanese brand without paying for a multi-door model; the next step up in Mitsubishi's range, the 378-litre MR-FX47EX, was S$1,120 at Harvey Norman.
