The sweet spot is a basket just over a tier. A pair that lands at $1,448 earns nothing, and one at $4,438 earns the same $200 as a $3,000 basket.

These are useful as the second item, or as a top-up when a fridge-and-washer pair falls just short of a tier.
The fine print
- Two items minimum, $30 each. A single $5,000 aircon system does not qualify on its own; add a second Panasonic item of at least $30.
- Final sales value. The tiers are measured on what you actually pay, after discounts. Ask whether a Climate Voucher deduction counts against it.
- Redeemed at Panasonic Customer Care. You do not get the voucher at the till. Keep your COURTS invoice (and the delivery order for big items).
- Unnamed supermarket. COURTS does not say which grocery chain the voucher is for, or whether two receipts can be combined. Buy everything on one receipt to be safe.
- Standard COURTS terms. Traders cannot buy advertised items, bundle deals do not apply online, and COURTS can change terms without notice.
Tips
- Price the basket before you go. Add up the COURTS online prices and see which tier you land in. If you are within $100 of the next tier, a $49 kettle or $99 microwave can be worth adding.
- Check Climate Voucher eligibility. Households with an unused $400 Climate Voucher balance can cut the cost of energy-efficient fridges and aircons, but confirm how it interacts with the tier first.
- Book redemption early. Panasonic Customer Care redemptions can have their own deadline, so ask COURTS for the redemption window when you pay.
