What changed since our 17 October check: Far East Flora's October table-flower sale ended on 31 October. In its place, Christmas Star Buys take up to 30% off selected festive blooms, hampers and gifts with free delivery on orders placed by 11 December 2026, and the early-bird Christmas tree prices now carry a 30 November pre-order deadline. Windflower has rebuilt Blooms Rewards: the 1,500-point 30% off, 3,000-point 50% off and 5,000-point S$150 coupons are gone, replaced by a flat 5 points per S$1 with 100 points worth S$1 off (capped at S$20 an order). Its 10% off flower subscriptions is no longer published anywhere on the site, and plans are now quoted from S$56 a delivery. JM Flower's CELEBRATEBIG code, 20% off Phalaenopsis, Mega Plant Sale and early-bird Christmas trees from S$99 are unchanged. So are Floristique (still no code, no newsletter discount and no promotions page) and Little Flower Hut's price match.
A caution on aggregator sites: never pay through a third-party "deal" page, and never enter card details anywhere other than the florist's own checkout. If a code does not apply at checkout on the florist's own site, it does not exist.
Four of these five advertise free delivery. Only one of them means it without conditions. This is where the cheap bouquet stops being cheap, so read the row before you compare sticker prices.

The trap worth spelling out: Little Flower Hut markets bouquets from S$29 alongside a "$0 door-to-door delivery" line, but its own delivery policy imposes S$15 on any order under S$40. A S$35 bouquet therefore lands at S$50, which is dearer than the same spend at Floristique or Windflower. Cross S$40 and the fee disappears.
Mother's Day is always a Sunday, and almost every "same-day cut-off" quoted online is a Monday-to-Saturday cut-off. Order on the Sunday morning itself and three of these five will not deliver that day at any price.

The practical rule: if it is already Sunday morning, you have Floristique until 2pm and Windflower until 8.30am. Everyone else needed the order yesterday. In Mother's Day week specifically it gets stricter still, because both Far East Flora and Little Flower Hut switch to peak scheduling that pushes many orders to the next working day regardless of when you ordered. Getting the order in by the Friday is the only genuinely safe play.
Everything above applies year-round, not just in May. The cut-offs, fees and price bands are the same whether you are sending a birthday bouquet in September or an anniversary arrangement in March. Two things change outside Mother's Day week: you skip the seasonal markup of roughly 15% to 30%, and the weekday cut-offs actually apply, which puts Far East Flora and Little Flower Hut's 5pm back in play as the latest orders of the day.
For a late weekday delivery, note that Far East Flora's normal schedule runs a 7pm to 10pm slot on orders placed by 5pm (4.30pm on Fridays), and Little Flower Hut delivers 7pm to 10pm on orders placed between 12.01pm and 5pm, so both will still be at the door well into the evening.
