Welcia Singapore, the Japanese health and beauty chain, is running a Mix & Match from Friday 11 to Sunday 20 September 2026: pick any 2 participating items and get 25% off, mixing across participating brands.

The offer

  1. Pick two. Any two participating items, and they do not have to be the same product or even the same brand. Welcia pitches it at beauty, health and everyday essentials.
  2. Get 25% off. The poster reads "2 for 25% off", so the discount applies to the pair, not just the second item.
  3. Ten days. It started on Friday 11 September and ends on Sunday 20 September, so next weekend is still in play.

As an illustration using Welcia's own online prices, a Reihaku Hatomugi UV Milky Gel 80g at $12.90 and a Nivea UV Deep Protect & Care Gel 80g at $24.90 come to $37.80, and 25% off takes that to $28.35, a $9.45 saving. That is only an example: check both items are participating before you queue.

Which stores?

Welcia's poster says "Available at all stores", then carves out three. Its own store locator lists eight, which leaves five taking part:

  • Chinatown Point #B1-21, 10am to 10pm daily
  • Guoco Tower #B2-12/13, 9am to 9.30pm Monday to Saturday and 9am to 9pm Sunday
  • Northpoint City #B1-149 (South Wing), 10am to 10pm daily
  • Raffles City #B1-25/26, 10am to 10pm daily
  • Suntec City Tower 3 #01-610/611, 10am to 10pm daily

Not participating: Bedok Mall, Bugis Junction and Takashimaya S.C.

The three stores left out are clearing stock

The excluded stores are not simply missing out. Welcia's own posts show each running a clearance sale:

  • Bugis Junction: up to 50% off selected beauty, health and wellness items, until 20 September 2026
  • Bedok Mall: the same clearance, until 27 September 2026
  • Takashimaya S.C.: up to 50% off participating brands, 4 September to 4 October 2026, not valid with other promotions or vouchers

If one of those is your nearest Welcia, the clearance may beat 25% on the items it covers. Welcia has not said why these three are clearing stock, so do not read it as a closure notice.

Fine print

  • "Storewide" means participating brands. The poster's headline says storewide, but its own banner and caption both say participating brands. Check the shelf tag.
  • In store. The post only talks about stores. Welcia also sells online, and it has not said the cart discount applies there.
  • While stocks last, and T&Cs apply.
  • Unanswered: whether buying four items gets two discounted pairs, and which items are left out. Ask at the counter if you are stocking up.

Tips

  • Pair a pricey item with a cheap one only if you have to. The 25% is off the pair, so two higher-priced items you need anyway save the most.
  • Beat the 20% weekend. Welcia ran 20% off participating brands from 4 to 6 September. If you held off then, this is the better rate.
  • Guoco Tower opens earliest. At 9am it suits a pre-work stop for the Tanjong Pagar office crowd.
  • Split with a friend. Welcia's own caption suggests sharing the savings: two people wanting one item each can put them on one bill.
